I brought my car for a regular car wash and when I picked it up the door panel was loose and the pins broken as if someone pulled the door off. They said it was like that when I got there, which of course is a lie. They know it wasn’t like that because I bring my 2 cars to them regularly, the guy who received my car can say for a fact the door was in perfectly normal condition.It wasn’t my first time here so I expected being treated as a loyal customer or at least as a paying customer who’s always been very respectful to them and their business. It didn’t happen.I don’t mind repairing it, what I don’t like is dishonesty and lies. I won’t ever bring my cars to them again and I suggest to everyone to avoid this place, not because they can’t wash a car, but because when the do something wrong they won’t take any responsibility and will blatantly lie.

Excellent quality

I always use this hand car wash. The prices are reasonable and I have never been disappointed. After we had a “100 year storm” my car was smelled like mildew, so I paid fir a top-of-the-line inside and out detailing and it came out smelling fresh. The bonus is that this is a wonderful new retail area here, so there are several delicious places to go while you wait, including Panther coffee or Icebox for a full breakfast, but I recommend you go to Truloaf bakery, get an almond croissant, and walk over to our beautiful Maurice Gibb Memorial Park, which is right on Biscayne Bay, and enjoy it while your car is beautified.

Wish I could leave a 0 star rating.Went there to wash my car and was told it will take 45min.45min later the car was untouched in the same spot I had left it.Do not go there if you value your time and money. This business obviously does not!

Taking $40 box for a car wash and rims had oil and dust on it.Took back to the place they didnt even wash it, just swipe the oil on the rims not kiddingThat was the last time i took my car never again.

Honestly, I dont get where the negative reviews come from about this establishment. It is Miami Beach, so its highly likely the customers that posted the negative reviews walked in with their typically uppity attitudes. Personally, I found the owner and the staff to be pleasant, courteous, and thorough. The quality of the work was excellent (I am rarely satisfied with the work done by most car washes) as well as completed within the length of time they quoted. The will absolutely have my business every time I am in Miami Beach.

Terrible cleaning service, I didnt get lucky as other customer that has marked this business as 5 star service. They offered me a detailed cleaning for $30 ($10 more than regular cleaning) and when I went to pick up the car noticed carpet and dashboard had some dirty spots. Too bad I paid before getting my keys. When I spoke to the administrator he had an actitud and sounded arrogant. This people are not customer service oriented and even worse, they are the worse car washers that I have taken my car to in years!

The service was very good and they did a very good job on my car I recommend this car wash to all there the best in the area the staff is great to very friendly and polite. I have gone to other car washes but this is the best dont even get me started on the prices for the job they do they charge very cheep.

Ive used these guys for 15 years and they have always done a great job.

Worst experience i have ever had….very rude,,, the guy did a lousy job on my black car…there were mud spots all around the cars that they did not remove…when i pointed it out to him….He mentioned to me that this you have to do it yourself….i confronted the owner about his employee rude behavior,, all he kept on saying was Que pasa, que pass, no problem,,,,, he did not force his workers to correct their mistakes, charged me 20 dollars and they left the key hanging on a dirty box for me to pick up….rest Assured i will never go back there!!! One block down,,, south beach finest hand car wash has long queue of cars waiting to get Service !!! I wonder why…bye bye Route 66,, you ll be out of BUSINESS !!! SOON

At the end of this wash there were spots all over the car. I asked for a rag and they removed them easily. I kept finding them and pointed them out to staff and I was told that the car needs a wax.I instead went to the other car wash on Alton road and for 15% more they leave no spots.

Do not go here, they were tasked only with removing the love bugs off the car. I explicitly describe what I wanted a 3x3 foot area cleaned free of bugs. they didnt do it at all. wings were all over it and when I got home a little spray cleaner and attention to detail to each bug and they were gone. sand left in the car and didnt clean off the brake dust from the rims. THE WORST CARWASH in MIAMI BEACH, no in florida for that matter.I couldnt be clearer what I wanted! totally ignored and that no habla stuff dont work with me, we speak 5 languages in the car that day. DONT GO HERE! theres a reputable and popular car wash just down the street. FOR REAL

Theres a young man there with one arm, working just as hard if not harder than the rest of them washing cars. He didnt miss a beat! Tip him!

This is not self service. I didnt use this business. I was looking for a self service place. Thats what the listing says it is but it wasnt.
