I rented a Mercedes GT Roadster at Pugachev luxury car rental, and I can say that it was very simple. The rates included all the insurances required, the price I saw was the price I paid. I had to extend my car rental for another week and the customer service was great. This was my second time using South Beach Exotic Rental the experience was absolutely incredible. They met my wife and I at the airport with the car and helped situate our luggage. By far the best exotic rental company in Miami, if not the US. They are lenient with age since I am 21 another rental company asked for a deposit of $10,000 but they only asked for a fraction of it. I was here for spring break and had an exceptional experience with them in the Lamborghini Aventador. They have an amazing collection of cars which are at the best rates a person could ask for. From how quickly they prepare the paperwork to their great customer service, I would highly recommend this company over any other. Definitely going to be the first people I contact when Im back for my next vacation. Special thanks to Chris and Jeff for all their services and hospitality.

I had a reservation with them for 2 weeks and the day before I was supposed to pick up the car I contacted them to make sure it was all set and they told me everything was good. When I get there to pick up the car they didn’t have the car I wanted so left without a car. Unprofessional at it’s best if you don’t want your weekend ruined DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PEOPLE.

We were picked up at the airport in a Rolls Royce !!!On the way they told us that the Bentley GTC was extended and they would make it up by giving us an upgrade on them to a rolls ghost. We had the best time ever with the Huracan Spyder. Best deal around, best service and the car was mint. The service blew me away. So easy and fast. They dropped it off and picked it up at the cruise port so we could drive more. The value was amazing. The service was stellar. Dont look or call anywhere else and waste your time, I did it already. The Lambo we rented was amazing. A convertible Huracan Spyder in white with red interior. It was only exceeded by the service we received from Chris and KP. They delivered the car and the paperwork to our hotel and picked it up at our convenience. They were there when we had questions while we were driving the car. They drove back to our hotel to return the glasses left in the car. A convertible in South Miami Beach!! It doesn’t get better. All and all a great experience. Very highly recommend. The service and The Lambo V-10 surpassed our expectation.

Superior customer service and cars! I met with KP when I rented a g wagon this past weekend and it was wonderful. He’s super nice and got my boyfriend and I from the airport, he was on time as soon as my flight landed, he went over the basics with me and i had the car within 5 mins. The whole process was very stress free. The car itself was great too and I enjoyed driving it around Miami. KP also drove to Fort Lauderdale airport at 4am so we could drop the car off before my early flight which was literally so nice of him! This Company is totally unprofessional I went to Miami on business a couple of weeks ago and wanted to have fun after my business was complete, I made it appoint before I went to Miami to make sure I had all my ducks in a row, just so when I got to Miami it would be smooth sailing. However this company made that very difficult, the day I was suppose to pick up my rental I was given the run around by the employers and the Manage, BOTH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Then after missing time with my family because of this Company lack of professionalism. I was offered an apology and a 50% gift card for my next visit to Miami needless to say I never received the gift card. this company cost me Money and Time, There are way better exotic rental companies in Miami STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE. If you dont use this company for helping 3 young men and keeping them off the streets. Sorry to say you are part of the problem.All of you should be very ashamed of yourself. Its OK when the white kids are driving BMW & Benz but when a black kid thats at UM just to play football so everyone can watch on Saturdays and the school can make MILLIONS its NOT OK??? Did UM investigate every kid that drives a nice car or puts a picture on Instagram with a nice car or just the 3 black kids that are there just to play football for FREE!!!! If you want to write something all of you should be writing to the school for the way they treat our young brothers and use them for there benefit. GREAT JOB!!! I will use and recommend this company for standing up for some young men with nothing to benefit but helping keep some kids stay away from guns and drugs.FYI 1.6% of all NCAA seniors playing football will get drafted. . 008% of all high school athletes get drafted. You think the school care what happens to them 10 years down the road or 20 when they cant remember anything or even walk in some cases.

I came to Miami on a business trip and wanted to enjoy myself during my down time so I decided to rent an exotic vehicle. I did some extensive research and found that south beach exotic rentals would be the best place for me. I called and spoke to Josh and JC about possible rental vehicles where I found a crazy deal for a Lamborghini Gallardo!!! Driving a car like this was unlike anything Ive ever experienced and I recommend an experience like this for everyone. The guys are super professional unlike any and even offered to drop the car off off at the airport. My bags were too big so they for that so they pick me up in an 2016 S550. Either way I felt an amazing amount of professionalism and expertise. I will most definitely be renting from and only from South Beach Exotic Rentals from here on out..As I was leaving Miami I found out that SBER also offers discounts on any hotel so I definitely will be taking full advantage.No other rental company comes close. If you have even a day in Miami or New York please take advantage of this and get to drive the car if your dreams. I sure did and will be doing so much more.

I wanted a different experience to share with my son. And no other way I could think then to rent a lambo!!! They hooked me up with a lambo for the day.
