Beyond awful customer service experience. Bought a new iPhone I got talked into, then tried to exchange it for a different one within the 14 days period. Got confirmation that the new one was ordered. Never received a call or mail that it arrived. 2 weeks after it was supposed to be there called them and checked on it - allegedly it was still in process because of the high demand for the new iPhone. Got the number for the sales rep who helped me who would never pick up when I called. Then I had to leave Miami because I don’t live there. Almost a month later I call again to check on status and supposedly it’s been there for a month, without any notification from their end that it arrived. Also they can’t hold it any longer for me and neither can I exchange it at a different store so I’m stuck with a 1k+ phone i never wanted. Always had a good experience with Verizon but after this experience I feel scammed.

I went in to the store just because I had time to kill. Switched my provider and came out as a verizon costumer. The worst experience imaginable. I went in to upgrade my phone. They sold me a defective Google Pixel 3 which the manager (from Venezuela - I did not catch her name) and her crack staff could not get to work for more than an hour. They assured me the software would download any minute. I called Verizon Tech Support to find out the device was defective. I came back to the store to exchange the phone, they could not do it on the spot & asked me to come back in more than an hour while they processes it.I came back yet again, & they finally gave me a replacement. On my way home the first email to flow through the phone is that the promotional credit of $350 on the phone has been removed. The attitude of the manager and the whippersnapper staff is reminiscent of the Post Office, only at the PO, stamps cost pennies, not an $835 Google Pixel.I am on the phone for 35 minutes with Verizon Tech now; trying to resolve so I do not need to go into this terrible store again.Good Luck to you if you shop there, you are going to need it.

This phone I have has given me issues these past few weeks with my email. I came in and as expected got the service I needed from this very nice worker here he helped me with the email situation and gave me good advice on how to use my phone. I walked into the store with one thing in mind and nothing was going to stop me from getting the Samsung Galaxy Note except for the fact that they were on back order for a week. I was two minutes 30 seconds from leaving until one of the sales reps offered to process everything at their store and I could still get my phone at another store that she called to hold for me -quick thinking cause my patience is low. They were very knowledgeable and engaging, they kept it honest and thats what is important to me. Now thats what I call service.
