Please avoid this location. This place have not working AC and it feels like a sauna. You will be sweating like a pig before you get ice cream. Everything inside was melting. The chocolate covered cones on the counter were dripping chocolate.Ice cream as overpriced as we got used to is put in a scale before being handed to you and scraped exces is being put back in to the ice bin.You can see in the photo this ice cream as it was handed to me looks like someone already ate quarter of it. Just looks bad considering it was with tip over $8. And the store looked dirty, while one of the employees instead of cleaning the store bailed out while we were inside...You can see in the photo behind the ice cream....

SO MAD, how am I supposed to eat the ice cream cone if it’s glued sticked to the paper.

What can I say? Dulce de leche shakes are where its at! Also try the Baileys Shake, its heaven.

1 person working an ice cream shop in South beach during spring break, one of the busiest times of the year. Not only 1 person, this particular person is extremely slow and dragging her feet like she hates her job. And they want to be paid $15/hour to scoop ice cream, but cant even put forth any effort?

We ordered a smoothie and an ice cream. The ice cream was good, as usually, but the smoothie they made really surprised us. The very moment the lady took our order, she seemed to be puzzled about how to make it. Then she started asking her colleague, and finally they made some smoothie which was not good at all. I believe that forgot to add something there...

I love Häagen Dasz but... Häagen Dasz seems to keep the temperature of its ice cream at a set level anywhere in the world. Bad idea, as on a rather hot winter day it melts way too fast. Hence youre forced to eat it as fast as you can before youre left with a molten mess. Rather expensive ice cream too.

Vivian was amazing, she was overwhelmed because her boss is obviously a moron to only schedule one employee on a Friday evening, but Vivian persevered and helped line after line of people with no break! Keeping a smile the whole time! Haagen dazs please hire more help!

This is a nice little spot for a Haagen Dazs and sits perfectly on the beach. However, the ice cream selection was very small when I visited and the service was really really poor. The server was moody and could hardly crack a smile and there was no sense of manners. Disappointing!

I ordered a milk shake with no added sugar due to my high fructose corn syrup intolerance. They still added it and u did not even drink a quarter of my 10 dollar shake.By the way, the prices are way too high. I would have been better off with walking a couple of blocks to a different ice cream shop.

Their internet was down so they ran my credit card several times. I asked if I would be charged more than once, they assured me that it didnt work and I would only be charged once. Guess what? I have been charged twice. $9.40 for 1 scoop. This is outrageous! I am trying to call them to get my money back but no one is answering and I am not in Florida anymore. Worse service ever!

I purchased a Mini which is one scoop (almost $6.00). A small (2 scoops) is $8.70! Realistically speaking for that amount I could have purchased 3 pints of ice cream. Its disappointing that you arent presented with a normal monetary experience for dessert while on Ocean Drive. Häagen-Dazs icecream wholl always be delicious, however the prices are distasteful.

14 bucks for 2 scoops and some hot fudge. Take your family here and you will have to take out a loan to get ice cream.

Arrived at 10:21pm and the fat guy working inside was on his phone and made hand signals that they were closed. Like cmon you guys state online that you close at 11pm!

Prices are so outrageous and theyre stingy with the portions. You can get a pint from a convenience store for cheaper than one scoop here.

We find the original and rich flavor of this brand. We ordered three different presentations of ice cream, all delicious. The tables are in an outdoor area, not for people with reduced mobility, since you have to climb stairs and there is no ramp. The staff that attended us does not speak Spanish and is not very friendly, the price is quite high and the presentation and quantity of ice cream will be reflected.
