Great fun. The guys who worked today there made it special. Help take photos. We had a family get together and would say what a blast. We got a good deal on some kites. So glad we went.

What a great and professional place! Ryan is nothing but kind and helpful and he even let me test out the kite before buying it. I would recommend this place to anybody and also if you are there with your kids they are more than willing to let them play with the kites free of charge. It’s a really nice business and you guys should support! Flying kites is so fun.

Good quality kites and accessories.We came here on a very windy day, almost too windy. We bought a big 6.5 kite and the staff set up our kite for us.It was so windy that it proved to be quite a challenge to reel the kite back in. Eventually the spool slipped out of my hand and the kite flew away across the intercostal. But the staff were so nice, that they saw what happened and gave us another small kite to fly for free!Amazinginly, we ended up finding the original kite later that day in a tree at Oleta River State Park, completely undamaged, and were able to retrieve it. Any kite from a department store wouldve been torn to shreds.Thank you SKYWARD KITES!For your generosity, your good kites, and for a good time.

Great place to buy ans fly kites

Skyward Kites is an awesome destination ! So interesting in a beautiful setting with the ocean near and in a huge park. You can even book a Kite birthday party and they have all kinds of kites. Also lots of other events and even bubble guns for the little ones as well as lots of other interesting toys. The staff is very friendly and helpful so if you have never flown a kite before you are in for a real treat. They will show you how to go fly a kite. They also have the greatest flying led light up toy the WHISTLECOPTER

Dan was very easy to work with and he had great ideas for our kite. We were so impressed with his work. I would highly recommend his service to everyone. We love our kite and the cost was totally worth it. Great job, thank you.

Great place to go to relax, fly a kite, or buy one if you dont have one. They have a great selection, from simple ones to larger ones, along with stunt kites, & yard decorations. There are usually people there that can help you with your kite if needed, or help you learn to fly a stunt kite, specially on the weekens.If you get thirsty, they have drinks and some ice cream treats.So, go fly a kite! 😃

Sunday, Nov 2, 2014. The traffic guard at the park was determined to ruin our experience rather than making sure we had a nice time while obeying park regulations!!! We parked and my husband walked 10 meters to the trash bin in front of us. Then the security guard showed up and checked that we had no parking receipt on the dashboard. We told her we did not know we had to pay and she showed us the sign right next to us that read we had to prepay for parking. This sign, by the way, is facing the inside of the parking lot, so there is no way it can be seen on the way in, it visible only once you have parked. We told her it was our first time at this park and that we had just stepped out of our vehicle. As my husband headed to the paying booth she said she did not see any receipt and that was all she cared for. I tried to talk her into common sense, but to no avail. I kept telling her my husband was paying for parking, but she remained oblivious to my words. Ironically (or better say Gods way), the same exact time on the ticket she issued is on the parking receipt as proof of our telling the truth. I will more than gladly dispute this ticket in Court. We are honest, decent people and we felt outraged with this unfair incident. We do not want this to happen to anyone else!!!

Dan is the kindest person! Two years ago my rental scooter broke down outside his shop and he was so kind to help me. He even drove me and the scooter all the way to south beach! Great guy and cosy shop.

Operates out of a very well equipped trailer. Needed to replace string in a stunt kite and the salesman could not have been more helpful and friendly. Has every size kite from toy to large stunt kites. Thank you
