Great service. Pretty honest about their options. Very responsive with calls and friendly customer service after purchase.

I paid in advanced for a headlight to be ordered and the labor to install. They said the would call me when the part came in. Didnt hear from them for a week and a half. So i called and Victor said he thinks the part came in and he would call me back after dealing with a customer. Never called me back. Called back again 2 days later victor said he would look for the part had me on hold for 10 minuets and then hung up the phone. I called back right away and no one answers. I don’t understand what is going on but it is very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this shop.

Arnaud and Victor are always friendly and helpful. Victor is the service guru who always keeps my GTS300 in the safest operating condition.

Me and my wife purchase 2 vespas last week. A GTS and a Primavera and from the beginning Javier Cue was helpful and informative about all the process. No BS place. Just honestly. We are super happy with the motorcycles and I will recommend this place and Javier to friends and family.

I had a great experience at this store. I went for the first time and didnt know anything about scooters. I think they realized I wasnt going to buy because Im petite and need a smaller scooter but still they were extremely helpful and informative and even gave me additional options for my body frame. The sales person even had his lunch sitting there and was so kind to keep talking to us and explaining us everything to know about buying a good scooter. Thanks so much for such a great service!

Honest and friendly. I had my Vespa serviced there and I cant say a single bad thing about the experience. They were friendly, didnt try to over-sell me, and seemed very knowledgeable. If youre looking to get your Vespa serviced this is the spot, but theyre usually busy so plan on waiting a week or two for an appointment.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I took my Vespa there for a service and they make a scratch on the side. Not only they didn’t told me but when I claim they accept they did it and after several times I called them the owner told he will call me with the solution and he never call me back. Poor service. Is a shame for Vespa been represent so bad.

This is the most ugly place and people to deal with EVER. I do not know how they stay in business. If they tell you something forget it....no follow up. Bought two scooters from them and never will again. Went to Ft Lauderdale Vespa...which they also own but the guys there are the best. Warning....do not deal with this liars.

Funny place, you wanna buy something but sales people don’t know much, don’t reply to your emails, basically don’t want you to buy anything! Avoid at all cost or you will lose your time! Showroom super dirty since it’s open with renovation inside so all scooters are fully covered with dust! What a joke!

Excellent customer service, the salesman spent over an hour with me going over the difference in the models I am interested in. Very upfront and pleasant.

Horrible attitude and rude. They need better customer service. I called this morning and the guy who answered the phone told me to call back cause he was too busy with 2 clients and he was all alone. He spent more time complaining about this than it would have taken him to get my number to call me back. 🙄

Avoid Vespa Miami, and its sister shop in Fort Lauderdale, like the plague that they are. Ive dealt with both of them extensively for years. No more. Fort Lauderdale is slightly better than Miami, but only slightly. Joe, the service manager at both shops, told me when I was planning to upgrade my Vespa 150 LX, bought and serviced by his shop, to a Vespa 300 GTS, i dont want your bike. Thats because it was in several crashes and restored to like new by his shop. But Joe apparently doesnt stand behind his work. The bike never had major damage, only cosmetic fixes. Didnt matter to Joe. He wasnt about to buy back a bike that he repaired. And then theres Javier in Miami, truly a piece of work. For more than a year, their phone has not worked. It took phone call after phone call to get through. Even the Fort Lauderdale shop could not reach them. And then they moved around the corner to where their separate repair facility is. The phone now works, but you cant tell that by calling. You get a recording that says The number you dialed and then recites a number that you DID NOT DIAL. Last time I called, I had to call 13 times to reach someone. As I learned later, all 13 calls apparently went through. Javier and his non-English speaking assistant were just too busy to answer. But they werent too busy to count the number of times I called. Javier later told me that my attempts to reach him for either a product or service was to him a business interruption. Imagine! Trying to spend your hard-earned dollars at his shop is a business interruption. Their claim that theyre just too busy to answer the phone is remarkable in itself. Of the many times I visited the shop, there were NEVER more than two people ahead of me. Most times, there was no one. Well, Javier neednt worry. I will never interrupt his business again. I found a shop that does good work, has more mechanics on hand than Vespa Miami, answers the phone every time I call, and offers friendly, helpful service. Theyre also open seven days a week and stay open every night until 8. And guess what? Theyre just around the corner from Vespa Miami. So do yourself a favor: Dont interrupt Javiers business either.

Had a pressing problem with my Vespa and Tony went out of his way to help me and get me riding again fast. They might be more expensive, but hey, its a Vespa.

Javier, Joe and Tony are all very helpful! I purchased my first Vespa ever about 3 months ago and i LOVE IT!! I let Javier know what i was looking for and what i wanted to use the Vespa for. Javier took his time and explained to me what my options where and we decided from there. Javier was very knowledgeable and honest with his suggestions.I purchased a 2015 Sprint 150cc ABS and i dont want to drive my car anymore!. Its excellent on gas (i only feed it REC 90) and very easy to drive, park and zip through town. I drive it about 30min back and forth every day to work. I could have purchased any other brand for half the price, but theres nothing like a VESPA; built and quality are superior to any other out there. I cant tell you how many people while im at a red light ask me about the Vespa and where i purchased it.. what a good looking machine.I hope this review was helpful to anyone buying a Vespa! You will love it!

Took my vespa GTV 250 in for rear brake sticking and locking up. They said I needed a master cylinder and rear brake caliper replaced. 650.00! Thank goodness I called beach scooter down the road to get a second opinion. Something didnt seem right and it wasnt! The oil needed to be drained and cleaned so the pump would not stick. They took care of it, 175.00! I would avoid Vespa Miami Beach at all costs!

Walked in the store to buy a Vespa for my wife, I was completely ignore by sales guys, not even a good afternoon, very disappointed. if you are looking for a Vespa visit The Ft Lauderdale Store, yes is 30miles away by the do have costumer services.

They never answer or promise to call back and never calls. Just like my gf.

If you have a Vespa: don’t go anywhere else!Nice people, great work, fast and honest!

I bought my brand new scooter there and it never worked. The very unprofessional manager blamed me for a product that he sold me and it never worked. When I first bought it, inside the store without any sort of acceleration, the scooter fall for five seconds. According to this unprofessional guy, that is the reason why my brand new scooter NEVER worked more than a week in a row. Now (three months later and 5 visits to the body shop in between), they just realized that it wasnt MY FAULT (who would have thought?) and that theres something else going on with the scooter. Its been over 10 days since I took it to their body shop, still no answer, still nobody even called me to tell me if I will ever have a decent scooter, still nobody offered a new one (even though lemon law requires them to do so). Please, do not make my same mistake, dont you ever buy something at Vespa Miami.
