Highly recommended. The owner and salesperson know about cigars. The humidor it is perfect. They have it calibrated at the perfect point. They have other products like watches and hookahs but I just went there for cigars. Prices are in line with the average here in Miami. The selection is pretty decent. But again, their forte in my opinion is the condition of their cigars. Just perfect.

Excellent place, great selection on all type of cigars, the owner is very knowledgeable about his trade, great back room to sit down and enjoy your favorite smoke with a full bar.

I called asking for prices of cigars and have never been treated with such disrespect. Customer service is horrible and he has no knowledge of his own product. I like to support local businesses, but I will never spend a penny in this shady place. Extremely overpriced. I wonder how he stays in business.

Very nice, and clean set up with a good selection if high end or Boutique cigars. Do NOT go there for a budget stick.... theres nothing there less than 8 bucks..... very overpriced in most situations. BUT if you want a nice scene, and are looking for a good selection of some pretty quality cigars.... and dont mind paying a lot more... this is your place.

First thing first,Alfredo Vargas is the owner,& he was very,very professional and straight to the point with no pressure in selling or nothing. He does explain the background of the cigar you pick. This place is amazing! From the front of the store too the back of the lounge. This place is amazing! I went to see why certain individuals would leave a negative feedback. I was impressed with the friendly employees,& a friendly owner. Hands down,this place is amazing with a great staff. I felt welcomed.

Have to agree with some of the negative comments in here. The owner seems to have good days and bad days. 8 months ago I went into the shop and the owner introduced me to the Opus X line which I ended up buying and enjoying very much. Fast forward to my second time in the store today where nobody greets me and then the owner approaches me to give me a backhanded remark about taking my time looking around the stores variety. I guess if I got some help perhaps I could have the information needed to make my selection. Such a shame because the store does have very nice cigars, but cigars are about having a good time and nobody needs the attitude.

I have been coming here for a few years and I can say the staff is excellent and on top of everything. The owner is a great person always willing to make your experience an enjoyable one. This is the classiest upscale cigar lounge in south Florida. I highly recommend it!

Been there a few times to buy cigars (which are on the overpriced side btw) but its conveniently located near my house. Long story short, I was smoking one with my friend on the back room when the owner literally kicked us out telling us telling us it was a private party and to next time read the sign wont be there again. Id steer clear from this one.

The most amazing place. Alfredo is a delight to mertand his infectious laugh and smile puts you at ease right away. Hes a fine of knowledge regarding the cigars he sells but make sure you yry his wife Yadis line io cigars FDG and 90 Miles. Her blends are amazing.

First impressions can only be made once. Salesman was fawning over newbies with money & completely ignored me. Yet he never asked if I needed help. Cigars ridiculously overpriced. The samplers are the only fair deal. Go elsewhere.

Came here the other day. The young lady there was very helpful and helped me chose a cigar that best fir my taste. Will come again.

Been here a few times always empty so I guess its a hidden gem or I come at the wrong times. I walk in the shop with a friend and we wait around until we decide no one is coming and we walk by the humidifier and I wave at a group of people in the back. These people were playing dominoes and no one greets us. We walk in to look at the selection of cigars. I was going to purchase half a dozen Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real for my father, his favorite cigar. We were in there for what it seemed awhile. My friend was looking at a small box of cigars and the owner walks in pissed off and grabs the box out of his hands and tells him dont touch, these are limited, sold out. So he then asks my friend if he was going to buy the box, and we thought they were sold out (according to him), he was judging my friend and i like we were broke. He then looks at us with a disturbed look on his face and says (in a rude manner) can i help you? So my friend tells him not with that attitude, no thank you, so we both walked out. This man was not a gentleman he was rude and judged us. The way how he treated us made me want to tell him off and curse at him etc. But he wasnt worth it, he was human garbage. Then I realized why his cigar shop is always empty.NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN
