This is by far the best staff for any business here in SoFlo. They are kind and caring. The storage facility is clean and accountable to their customers. I am always grateful to know when I pop in I will be greeted with a friendly face and my concerns have always addressed respectfully. They have updated their access and now getting in via the app makes grabbing something quick and easy. Highly recommend this business for your personal or business storage.

Staff is friendly, place is clean.No 24/7 access.Sometimes staff closes before end of business day hours. Went last week and it was closed at 5:24pm while its posted that they close at 6:00 pm. Not always the case but it has happened to me a few times before.

I have been storing my items for a year now and I have to say I am very impressed with the cleanliness and security of the facility. But most of all with the attendant Lupe whom always greets you with a smile and is very courteous and knowledgeable. Amazing Experience from ArletteArlette was super knowledgeable about everything that I needed and made sure everything was satisfactory before left by even offering me useful equipment sold in the store for my convenience.The office was also clean and well kept. Decent place to store your stuff, its clean & well kept & the people there are nice. However, I only recommend using them if you need tempoary storage. If you plan on keeping your stuff stored long term then you better be prepared to be taken for a ride. My stuff has been there for 6 months and I just gat a notice of a significant rent increase that will take effect in 3 weeks, thanks for all the notice (even though corporate says they raise rent once a year) From a business standpoint I understand raising rates but not so soon and not so much and not in the middle of a pandemic when no one is working. With no income its challenging enough to eat, keep the lights on or pay the rent for where I live much less all the extras like a storage unit. I spoke to someone in corporate hoping to at least postpone this increase considering these challenging times, the response was basically to bad so sad. The business aspect is mind boggling to me ... why chase away paying (on time) customers only to have to rerent it & offer a discounted rent special and give the 1st month rent for $1 to a new customer? Very unfair & makes no sense. I will be exploring other options.

This public storage is very nice. The staff is always respectful, helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns. The property is always well kept and the facility is always nice and quiet and not overwhelming with crowd. And even when there is a busy weekend, there is always more than enough moving ladders and push carts available. It would also be wonderful if the property could extend their hours of operation to a later time vs. closing at 5pm on the weekends. Otherwise, everything else is great!!!

I am an out of state college student and every summer I have to request a storage and I must say requesting this storage has been one of my best decisions. Carolina has been a great help. She assisted me throughout the whole registration & if I had any questions, she did not mind answering them. She is great! I recommend you all to come here.

The attendant here is the best. I call her mamma Lupe. Lupe stayed extra time for us after a long day when she was supposed to close shop. She was so willing to figure the best way to help my friend and I find the right unit, last minute.

Carolina is superb. Always does anything she needs to do to make the customer happy. Although, I am now taking my things out, I just want to say that I have had my rental in this facility for five months, and I have been very happy with the cleanliness and service. I need the space while i was in between moving. Carolina was great at explaining the fees and rules to a first-timer like me. Its about 3 weeks later and Im grateful for her helpfulness. I just wish the location was open a little later... I work far south but live close by-- sometimes Id like to pass by to drop off a few things after work but its difficult to do so. But other than the limited access time, Its a recommendable self-storage facility.Thank you :)

Carolina is an amazing property manager; takes care of everything you need and is always ready to help. The property on the other hand, is disgusting and filled with cockroaches (just killed 1 today from a box filled with new stuff for my daughter). The lights at the unit are constantly turning off because the sensors are placed far from the units (smart electrician). These issues have been going on for months and it seems the only person that cares is Carolina. They should definitely fire the district manager since he doesnt care. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the property manager.

Carolina is always ready to assist the customers with their needs and she goes the extra mile to help when it comes to information or informing the client as to which space is the better one to suit the clients need. Morela was very helpful in helping me find and rent a unit that works just perfectly for my needs, even though I had reserved a different sized unit online. She took the time to show me the units that were available and we were able to quickly set up my account including autopay, which makes it easy for me, as I travel for work. Also the facility is all one level with wide access doors and hallways. Very convenient for loading and unloading my unit.
