I had a very nice experience at Mattress Firm. I was getting my vehicle serviced at Tropical Chevrolet. I had some time to kill so I walked over to Mattress Firm. The sales associate there Chigazie Enendu (Chigo) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no idea which mattress I wanted or if I was even going to buy one today. He explained all the different mattresses to me and had me lay on each one. I purchased a mattress that was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep right in the store.He said it could be delivered today. I told him I ‘m not ready. I have to move some furniture around. My mattress and adjustable frame is scheduled for delivery Friday.I can’t wait! Chigo was awesome!

Not happy at all. Bought new bed they told me it be delivered in two weeks September first however delt never received the bed or a call.It wouldnt have been a big deal if they would had called me the a💯nd told be theres a delay then I wouldnt have given my old bed to charity.Now I sleep on the couch.Update today is September 25 and still havent received my bed and they keep telling me next week.11/04/17Okay so I had to wait six weeks but I did finally received the bed and I also got some money refunded back. The bed is awesome and really worth the wait.I really have to thank Luisa and Rolando who really went out of their way to help me.
