Very fresh produce! High quality products but its very pricey! But overall if you want great products you gotta pay extra right? But i buy cilantro here and it last me forever lol very good quality!

After traveling to 2 other Pulbix, this location had those Cotton Candy Grapes 🍇 that Ive been looking for. I got the Last bag, and boy I wasnt disappointed😋Now Im on the look for more🧐👀 Cause these dont stand a chance in my house. Kids are in Love🍇😋

Good spot to buy groceries. Parking may be a challenge at rush hour, especially since many patrons park in front and block the roadway. Maybe management can look into that and ensure safe and easy flow of traffic.The market is generally clean and prices are just average. The self checkout line can be annoying since the line isnt marked and many patrons stand in line not knowing who is next.

I enjoy shopping at this Publix. Everything is always fresh. Smells like coffee as soon as you walk in. Starbucks in store. Their sushi is always fresh. Clean store.

The store is horrible! Only early in the morning i guess you will be able to get in and get out. None of the employees there have a good attitude. Even the cashiers have an attitude. Customer Service has an attitude. Bakery, Produce, and Delivery all have attitudes! The bathrooms are completely filthy! Mind you CV19 is still around! The restrooms literally make you want to puke when you go in there!Employees uniforms are not kept well. I noticed one employee could barely walk. Her feet were badly swollen, uniform appearance was not groomed. If the CEO Randall Todd Jones or any of the Jenkins Family members ever came to this store undercover and looked at the bathrooms and employees, they would literally run out screaming 😱. This use to be a beautiful store. I now drive to Aventura or all the way to Coral Springs or Coconut Creek.

Pretty big Publix, which is a grocery store with a pharmacy, bakery, deli meat, produce and frozen section.Great staff, very helpful and open.Definitely recommend for a grocery stop if you are nearby

Very clean store. Isles restocked as necessary. Staff very professional and friendly. Great place to shop. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Fresh seafood displayed. Deli area can improve with more staff during lunch time my wait time in line was approximately .30 minutes I almost gave up waiting but finally when I reached counter for service they did not have jerk turkey or spinach wrap I wanted. Staff dud not try to accommodate me at all I wasted .30 minutes in line for nothing. 😢😢😢

Excellent store! This is a good Publix where the store is clean, the staff is friendly and the manager is always making sure everything is running smoothly. My only suggestion is to hire more Deli/Subs personnel because the lines can get long at times.

I had the worst experience with this publix’s bakery yesterday. Upon picking up my sons CUSTOM 2 birthday cake his father stated the cake was completely melted The party had already started so I told him to just get the cake, I didn’t believe it was that bad. Boy was I wrong, the cake was melted, the design was done terribly The top of the cake was swollen and not flat! The cake was melted! I’m not quite sure who was in charge of cakes yesterday but they honestly need to be FIRED! Yesterday was so overwhelming, I didn’t even get a chance to take freaking photos of how terrible the cake looked! I always order my birthday cakes from Publix and have never had an issue in the past. Publix you definitely dropped the ball yesterday! Worst experience yesterday and not to mention your staff ruined my sons 2nd birthday!

I called to get my sons medication for asthma and he has COVID. I spoke to a lady who was quick to get me off the phone. I told her if she can speed the process due to him having COVID and needing his medication. Her response was we will have the medication ready by 3pm. I called at 1:20. Once again I asked if possible can they have the medication quicker. She said no, at 3pm and she has a big line in front of her. I called back to speak to the manager and advised him what happened. He tells me to wait and he will find out. When he came back to the phone he didn’t say they had a long line but that the pharmacy takes their lunch from 2-3pm. That he was sorry but it wasn’t enough time for the pharmacy to process and call the insurance before their break. I’m mind blown right now and want people to be aware of the poor customer service on the pharmacy part especially when a medication is needed for an ill patient.

The online sub ordering sucks. Wverytime i order online and try to pick up i end uo waiting more than prople getting in line and ordering on the spot. This needs to be improved. HappenedMore than 9/10 times

One of the nicer grocery stores in that area of Occupied Dade County. Handy little Starbucks. The same bums spend the mornings in the small dining area every day.

My experience was sort of displeased in 1 particular way. Being disable I was definitely in need of a electric shopping cart but there was none available or they were too low on battery. Other than that my shopping experience was ok just couldnt shop fully due to my knee issue and no riding cart available. Thank you

I love Publix st Miami Shores. But today my experience in the pharmacy was horrible my prescription was order a 2:01 Pm according to the pharmacist wait time was to 3pm i stay there to almost 5pm, why ? They told me to pay x my items and will ready in 10 minutes, this 20 minutes when on, and on, I was upset and told one of the lady is this take longer I will take my prescription, she say go ahead on the front, that was the most insane part, i can believed, she is was very rude, i have surgery dental surgery, she doesnt no what was my problem. Any way I feel bad, never again going back . Sorry . The manager at there is one of the best at there, I have all my flu shot with him, he is excellent, but I believe he is was off today, I even give him an excellent review before. When boss are not home things happening.

Its fabulous to have a Starbucks INSIDE the store where shopping is a pleasure...PUBLIX.I needed to do a return of 2 products that I had purchased with a gift card & my credit card for a sick relative. And the Mgr. on duty this afternoon was very gracious, kind, and professional and took care of it very smoothly after 2 other employees had tried to do it. I asked that the $ be given back to me the same way that I paid - a bit complicated but computers make things very smooth.Thank you PUBLIX for making shopping a pleasure when even making purchases that have to be returned :)

I live right behind this publix, and sadly I prefer drive two miles to the one on 125th Street and Biscayne Blvd. In overall, customer service is very dissapointing. Staff is rude. Pharmacy is a mess, I stopped filling my prescriptions there because they dont have a sense of urgency or customer service. Dont even call, they would leave you waiting forever. Sad but true

Worst publix i’ve ever been to. Ordering online from the deli is never done right or done on the scheduled time according to the order confirmation. Everybody moves extremely slow with no sense of urgency been here a couple times and its the same thing over and over. Only reason i continue to come here because it is literally 2 minutes away from my house. Highly recommend going to another Publix this one is horrible And you will be late if your in a rush to where ever you are going.

Always stop carrying products I like. For example, this is crazy .Cascadian farms daily fibre breakfast cereal ONLY this one the most healthy, They Added new sugery cereals. I enquired at several Trumpix . Some lame answer, low sales, BS, it was always the 1st sold out on that shelf.

I had a very pleasant first experience at this Publix today. As I entered I was suprised by its enormous size, excellent organization and cleanliness in comparison to other Publix stores in Miami Beach. The cashier even asked me if I found everything I needed and her professionalism and positive demeanor was kind of refreshing. I just wish I lived closer so I could come to this particular store more often!

Very disappointed. Couldnt go inside with my little Chihuahua yes indeed very sad. My sister went in and buy me the butter bread. Like them a lot, very fresh and tasty.

If they could come up with a plan, to get that line moving faster, that would be AWESOME. I always order a sub, but didnt have time to wait in the long line yestrrday. There is always a long line to purchase subs.

Love this place .. If they fix the issue they have when its full (not enough cashiers, people paying with 200 coupons, etc), would be perfect, but these are issues every grocery store have... the staff is super helpful...

The worst Publix managed of all the Publix Ive been. Empty boxes without staff, and lines with too much people to pay at any time.There is a Latina lady, who always delays the management of western union, or to pay in the customer service. Its horrible!Good service at the delicatessen, good service at the Starbucks that its inside, polite employees at the cashier but not enough to attend the customers. So many times, I decide to drive to Fresh Market, or Whole Foods.

This has always been a very convenient location for Publix and me. I used to stop in on my way home from work at Barry University. Its always a clean store with plenty of stocked shelves. The only problem is that some of the staff members at the hot food bar cannot speak English well and get everything confused. Its frustrating.

Yummy subs if you order online, long lunch lines mean the food is good.

This Publix retailer is a contemporary building housing a larger selection of goods and seevices including Publix Catering, a Starbucks and roof parking for the guest convinience.

If you are ordering a sub online expect it to be 15-20 min late. On 2 occasions my sub was made after i complained for standing there for 15min and recently my sub was sitting ready on the table just no one put the tag with it or moved it to the pick up location. Very rude when you ask why your sub isnt ready when they are give atleast 40 min from time of order.

This has to be the most wonderfully established Publix in US 🇺🇸history. Top secret is probably how how they pick the most helpful, informative, courteous and reliable employees, specifically 2 employees that went beyond their duties to help me out while, having a slight, unnoticed medical condition that I suffered while shopping. Ill never forget those 2 names (a young guy by name of Korai, not sure if my memory is correct with spelling; and another young lady by the name of Tanya.) I never got the chance to thank you both, but BIG THANK YOU FROM ME TO PUBLIX, THEIR WONDERFUL STAFF AND COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION TO SERVING THE COMMUNITY... This Publix is clean however the inventory is lagging. If it wasnt for the fried chicken on sale. The bogos buy one get one free did not work out because they do not keep the store stocked well. Thats sad because a lot of senior citizens live in that area and depend on the bogos. So Miami shores Publix get your stock together asap

This is my primary place for shopping in the area. Publix is always clean. Some remodeling of the store has taken place this year. Since hurricane season is now in effect it is a good idea to do your preparation for stocking up for the same!I suggest you do so in advance of power loss happenings. This Publix is now equipped with its own back up power systems. Look for long lines and waits post storm. Florida now requires such systems be in place to meet the general publics needs. Being a native Floridian this is so much better now than Pre-Andrew times. The destruction was so bad here and at ground zero in South Miami-Dade County that power outages in the neighborhoods lasted 21/2 months before restoration here.Advanced preparations are always advised. It is always a pleasure to shop at Publix. The atmosphere is so relaxed and comfortable.

Almost all of this Publix is great. The one thing that wrecks it? The deli. Staff are often rude and they never have enough people working the counter at rush times. If you pre-order a sandwich, its never ready, no matter how much time you give them. They just dont check online orders. They run out of lunch meat all the time. Ive gotten catering orders from this Publix twice, ordered at least a week ahead of time, and the deli portion of that order is NEVER ready at pick up. I got the deli portion of my most recent catering order for free because of this last time, but when you have a weeks notice, why is it so hard to just have it ready. Even more frustrating, the bakery had their part of my catering order ready, so its not like this Publix is incapable of meeting deadlines. It seems like a management AND staff issue in that department.Were moving soon, but if we werent, Id be switching to a different publix anyway.

Its very clean and have a plenty variety of products, its a big enough have a lot space. Long parking lot.

While getting a sub, in line for 10 minutes at least I was skip, and the publix employee was laughing with the person and allowed it to happen, leaving me to get into a minor verbal altercation. Then my sub,I had pepperoni substituted without being asked on my Italian, I wouldve gotten a different sub not fan of pepperoni on cold cuts.

Had the most horrible experience while waiting to get a sub. The line was extremely long,so I could tell the lady making my subs was overwhelmed, but still her attitude was extremely uncalled for,she slammes the bread down,got mad because she had to go slice the meat& when I asked if she could just get a new bottle of mustard instead of just squeezing& shaking to get the last little bit of mustard out,the old bottle she just stared at me. So, I told her nevermind,I dont want my order anymore, she then proceeds to tell me how she already made one sub,I told her forget the whole order. I went to speak to a manager& the two I spoke to kept telling me they were not the deli manager (I never asked for the deli manager, I asked for the store manager)& would not give me the ladys name(they both claimed they did not know it& per store policy they do not stop employees while working,on orders for personal matters),so I could make a formal complaint. Then, the actual store manager comes back from his lunch break (which means the other two department managers lied to me,about them being the store manager) & proceeds to offer me a premade sub. By this time I was now mad at the fact the other two managers, misrepresented themselves & they had no name tags& now the store manager, is gas lighting me when I was asking for their names. Just all around bad customer service. I will not be visiting this store anymore,eventho this is my neighborhood Publix.

This is my hometown Publix! Grew up coming here! Just on the edge of Miami Shores. Ive never had a bad experience here 😊👍
