This is the only Office Depot where I have received real assistance from the manager. I love this place the manager I believe really cares about his customers, goes out of his way to help. I will always go there instead of the big online stores for office type items.

There is a girl that works in the printing department her name is Elizabeth, she has no customer service and doesnt appreciate the job opportunity that was given to her at office depot whats so ever, as I got in the store she asked me what I need, so I told her I wanted to print a picture, she told me to email it and went around the counter and got lost. There was a line the gentleman that was there had to call her 3 times and she walks with all her patience back to the printing started to print a job and I asked if she can work a little quicker cause I was in a rush and she said that she was only one person. A lady got the printer jammed she went fixed it and didnt even tell her that it was ready to keep using. I did tell her that if she didnt want to work she could of stayed home....

It’s easy to get in and out. Sometimes a few things missing, but most of the time you can get your supplies

I came here for the first time and I had a great experience with the staff at this location. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. I really love the new couch I bought. Very beautiful!

Horrible service...still had to wait in a 25 min line to pick up items ordered (copies) . Defeats the purpose.

Never using this location again. Not professional for any copy/print services. I sent in a presentation to be printed in black and white, but when I got the job the print was very poor quality, as if the toner was almost running out, some areas had even white spots missing information. When I asked them to re-do it, the rep said that that was the way their printer worked because its an old printer so I should expect it to be that way. That for the future, I had to make sure to request they use the newer printer so the job comes out properly. When I asked to rush it he said he didnt know if he could since he had other customers so he would get to it whenever he could. Not only their job quality was poor but I felt they put the blame on the customer for not knowing their old printer would not do the job properly, even for a simple B/w copy.

I cant say enough good things about this store. The customer service staff was very professional and knowledgeable on their product. Great stock of nice furniture!

Antonio should be the example to follow for the rest of the team. Harold who attended me first not only shows that he doesn’t like his job and don’t want to be there, he completely doesn’t care to give the total information on what certain services cost… Promote Antonio to Manager and send Harold to the stock room so that he doesn’t face clients. The personnel they have on the business services have no patience, went in 20 minutes before closing, all I needed was to laminate a paper(a single sheet) was rudely told that they didn’t have time to do it since she was busy...If it was a big job i understand, but you can’t laminate a single sheet in less then 20 minutes? You are being over payed for the little you do...very bad experience

Very nice experience the girl behind the counter was very helpful I was looking for some printer ink Unfortunately they were out of it when she tried her best I was there today March 7 2019 the only reason Im giving 5 stars because of that girl thank you again

I received very bad attention and two workers from this place made fun of my cell phone, in the telephone repair area, 06.06.19 at 6:40 pm. I found it very disrespectful and I left with a very bad impression of the place.

This location is under staffed. Its really hard to get helped here. You actually need to go around the store to get somebody. Also, the layout of the store is different than others, making the task of finding your item a bit more challenging.

Very professional and nice staff here at this location. Mylee and Raymond are super helpful and I will tell everyone I know to come to this location for their professional and personal printing needs and supplies.

Almost everything can be found, almost all staff is kind helping you find what you look for or offering options, at the print and copy center usually you have to wait a few minutes but staff is friendly.

Disrespectful. Arrived at 9:04 in a Thursday night, and they told us the store was closed. Tried to explained that the website stays they close at 10, however couldnt said a word, because they closed the door in my face.
