Purchased set of 4 chairs, 2 of which had obvious defects on the same part of the chairs. Sent 2 emails with pictures of defects 10 days ago, still have not heard back. I think there is an issue with the QC department.The 2 chairs without defects are beautiful and very sturdy. Will be happy to revise my review once issues are rectified.

I would give a lower rating if possible. Purchased two chaise lounges on 5/3/2020. We also ordered cushions for each. We received the chaise lounges but not the cushions, despite being charged for them. We followed up regularly by email (that was the only option because they shut down their customer service phone lines) and was told repeatedly (at least 3 times) that there was a delay because of COVID-19 and our products would ship in 3-4 weeks. It has bow been over 5 months since we ordered AND PAID for products we did not receive. I requested a phone call by the end of the week via email on 10/5/2020 and did not receive a phone call or even an email back. Effectively, this company has stolen money from me and my family and are refusing to take any ownership of the problem. This isn’t that complicated. You either have the product you still sell on your website or you don’t. If you do, send what we ordered AND PAID for or refund us. Will not do business with this company again and plan on reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. Abysmal customer service.

I was hesitant to buy from them based on some of the negative reviews. I contacted them to ask about the reviews and they stated the customers did not have a realistic view about the time that it took to get furniture. I decided to bite the bullet and buy the furniture from them. I had a great experience. It did take a few weeks to get here but that is what you would expect anyways as this would be the case if you went to Polywood directly. When it arrived everything was in great condition and everything was packaged well. I have purchased many pieces of furniture and have never received a package where something in the furniture wasn’t broken and in this instance absolutely nothing was broken. Also the shipping company that they used was wonderful and was actually on the earlier side of the window they gave me, which rarely happens. I am very happy with my purchase and this company had the best prices! I would recommend this company and I would buy from them again as well! This is a real review from a real person who has done a ton of research on where to get buy Polywood.

Zero Star Customer Service, they shut off phone support during 2020 COVID-19 times. And they are not responding to emails. I received the wrong color, and Polywood the actual manufacturer is in contact with me but unable to contact Polywood-furniture as well... Terrible. Just go to Polywood.com they will price match the prices you see at this site. I didnt know before I bought. Awful service. Polywood.com is great, I love the furniture, just skip out on their distributor polywood-furniture.

Customer Service has been awful!! Ordered our couch over a month ago and still have not received it nor given a date when it will be delivered. My husband got ahold of them last week saying it will ship today. And I have tried to reach them all week for delivery time. Because we have to drive over 3 hours of where it will be getting delivered... I’ve emailed, chatted on the website and called and literally got NO response. VERY disappointed. I wanted to order more pieces but will go elsewhere.

This place is a SCAM!! Total joke. I called everyday 10x time a day for a week straight to see where my couch is. BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN A MONTH!!! Finally got a hold of someone Friday at 4pm to transfer me to a VM that was FULL!!! I bought on a CC so hopefully I am protected. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered back on May 29th 2020. They said it would take 8 weeks due to covid. After 8 weeks of nothing. I called them and left emails and they never responded. Sometime around August 15 or so I finally got someone to agree to refund me via email. However, Ive yet to see a refund hit my credit card. Its now almost October (almost 4 months later) and still cant get a hold of them to get my money back. When they do have chat available ( because they disable it) I am number 178 in the queue. NUMBER 178! After several minutes of waiting they disconnect you from the chat forcing you to leave a message. Which they wont respond to. They are also not answering phones calls. Stay far away from this company. See pictures of queue.

Looked at several dealers, but ended up going with this company. Glad we did. Good customer service and we were well informed on the items we were considering. The product ended up arriving earlier than we expected as I did not get a tracking notification, but I later found out it was my fault, I had entered my email incorrectly on the order. No big deal. All good.

I cant say enough good things about this store. I ended up purchasing two of the polywood presidential rocking chairs and boy are they nice! After researching the product on the internet, I found that they had the best prices and quickest shipping times. The customer service staff was very professional and knowledgeable on their product. The rockers are excellent quality. Ill definitely be purchasing from Polywood Furniture again & highly recommend them if you are in the market for Polywood furniture products.

I called in to place an order and they told me they told too busy at this time. However, they do make a good product!

The products were very good. But the customer service related to the return of a damaged piece has been very very frustrating. After getting their approval to return the piece for credit and putting it where instructed to six days ago for their contracted pick up service, there has been no pick up. Daily I have made calls and written emails to their customer service department about it not being picked up. It remains now where I was instructed to leave it in a place that is vulnerable to theft and weather outside of our garage in a very public area. NO ONE answers their phone - at any extension including the operator. They may have closed up shop.

Polywood-Furniture, in my opinion, is one of the best outdoor furniture stores out there. We bought a pair of polywood adirondack chairs from them this summer. The chairs are very well designed and made. The material used appears to be of high quality. The colors & style look was awesome on our patio. Will be adding some peices next summer and look forward to doing business with them again.

Went to check on my chairs but could not login... been locked out of website... Called to see when chairs would be delivered and ask about coupon for Memorial Day Sale- fraudulent. Coupon is a farce. Girl ended up screaming at me and I caught her lying to me. She cursed and screamed at me and said she was cancelling my order and hung up on me. Fortunately I paid with paypal and its covered. Also, company does not provide a tracking number. I am filing on them with the Better Business Bureau. Run away from this company.

The positive review by Dan Zicom is suspiciously a plant. Owners first name is Daniel and his company named Zicom does business as Polywood-Furniture.Weve had 2 warranty problems with Polywood furniture. To be fair, both were eventually resolved, but with great persistence required. Nobody ever answers the operator number, ever. Voice messages left there are never returned, ever. Customer service answers about half the time. Voice messages left at customer service are never returned, ever. When you do reach someone, they will promise a response by email end of following business day. That is never achieved, ever.This business appears to be a back room somewhere with some friendly order takers. When you order, they then order from the manufacturer, and drop shipped delivery may be weeks away. When there is a problem, they order parts from the manufacturer, and replacement parts may be weeks away. Then, because there is no actual business facility, they expect you to dispose of the defective parts. While HPDE can technically be recycled, our garbage company wont take it as recycle. Polywood-furniture highly resists taking the stuff back because they dont appear to have any process to deal with it. Ive spent right at 3 months from initial order to defective parts being returned to them via USPS on this last and final order.
