I placed an order on Friday morning to be delivered that afternoon to an address different than whats listed on my account. The rep confirmed and repeated the address back to me. The delivery never made it to me because for some reason it still had the main address on the order. I was told there was a glitch in the system. Nevertheless I needed those parts that day. I spoke to a manager who said there was nothing he could do other give me a 5% discount if I came to pick up the parts. I explained it was not my fault, but nothing could be done. I picked up the parts the next morning, Saturday, and was given a 10% discount and an apology for the incident. I have been doing business with them for years and I look forward to many more.

Surprised to find out the warranty on parts is non existent, was transferred to a manager who said warranty was 1 or two months.. bought set of headlamps for a customer 10 months later the moisture is getting inside lamp called in for replacement under warranty.. paper work does not list warranty period. surprised really - otherwise they have good prices and good delivery.

Buyer Beware!! Ordered a part through CariD fulfilled by Parts Max. After waiting more than two weeks and calling and calling for status I cancelled order. Parts Max then shipped it after that and although we never received the part refused to refund the nearly $500 order. Horrible.

I am a shop and I purchased from them in the past every time I order the part never arrives when you call they tell you today when it should have been yesterday like they said when it would be but they don’t call to inform you then you call to speak to the manager (Ralph) and he will put the blame on the customer when this happens 99% of the time maybe none of the staff including Ralph doesn’t want to take the blame for anything when they can’t get it right not the customer it’s simple with this place you place the order correctly and hope to get your parts on time and correct! They lost our business a long while ago!

This place is heading down the drain, they went front being the best aftermarket company to the worst. The drivers are awesome, they have a big inventory with the best prices around town.They use to deliver twice a day, now Id be lucky if I get my parts in 2 days, which that just really screw up the flow of work through the shop. Big inconvenience.

We bought a Mercedes rear bumper, we never checked inside the store, when took it to the Mechanic the part is broken. We purchased this on Saturday now they wont take it back because they believe we broke it ..The manager very nasty person not professional at all. Part Max is an Auto, Warehouse. Where you can buy, brand new, exterior parts for your car. Only. They are approximately 6 miles away, from North Miami. In the warehouse District. When you walk in, you will find, about twenty-five, Service employee desks. You will be asked to come over to one of them. And sit down and explain, what it is that you need for your vehicle. They will look up in the computer, to check if they have it in stock. They will tell you what the price is. At this point you must agree, or disagree whether you want to pay. If you agree, they will send your shipping information, to the warehouse. Which is located in the same building. Where Customer Care office, is also located. Once you have made your purchase. Which you can find, at the payout window. You can have a seat, or wait in your car, or come back. I would suggest you wait. Because they will give you a number. When your number is called. Walk over to the pick up desk. And they will hand you your parts. You must show proof of order, and payment first. In order to receive what you have bought. They accept cash credit cards and debit. Keep in mind, if you are buying large Parts, come ready to take them away. What I mean by that, is bring a pick up, truck or a trailer. Especially if your parts are long. As they will not fit inside a small car. They have great prices. You are better off coming here, then going to a junkyard. Because the parts are all new. And if they do not fit. You can return them. As long as they have not been damaged. This is something you cannot do with a junkyard. Once you buy it. Its yours. No returns at junk yards. And you are not going to be receiving brand new parts, at a junkyard. Like you will at Part Max. They are all very well wrapped, so they do not get scratched. I bought a Front End Grill, for my 1999 Chevy Suburban. The whole set up. The grill the headlights the signal lenses. Light bulbs. $141. Yes you read that right $141. I had it put on my car. It made my 1999 Suburban look brand-new in the front. All parts are aftermarket. They do not sell original parts. Please keep in mind, they do not sell anything, for the inside of your vehicle. I brought two brand new headlights not even a week ago and when I went to let my mechanic put it on, the next day the headlight was full of rain water and come to find out the light was defective and we tried to call the store and speak to a manager to see if he can replace the headlight and they repeatedly hung up on us after calling the store 3 times and was told no we can’t replace the light. Don’t buy anything from this store because if it’s defecti you won’t be able to use any warranty or get them to even see what’s wrong.

I do not recommend going to Parts max I went there to buy headlight assembly for my Lincoln Navigator the guy tried to sell me a headlight assembly for a Ford Expedition when I explain to him that thats not the right headlight and I showed him a picture of the headlight assembly his answer to me was you have a aftermarket part I told him I bought the car brand new and Ive had it ever since that that is original parts on the car I ask to speak to a manager I explained the situation to the manager he looked on the computer and pulled up the same part I told him once again that thats not the part for a Lincoln Navigator that part for a expedition the clerk and the manager both told me I was wrong Ive had the car for over 10 years I know what my car looks like.

Customer service is a word they never heard at this place, I bought a part and it broke within 3 weeks (clearly bad quality and factory defected) I tried to have it exchanged and the store manager didnt even look at it or heard what I had to say, then I waited for the owner and he was the most disrespectful person I ever met in my life, if you have somewhere else to buy what you need dont even go there.

I open an account and now cant even log on to look or to purchase, we called the main number and placed us on hold for 30 minutes, we called back same thingwe ask for some one for this matter and if we stay on phone will be still on wait, their customer service is horrible, no one cares to answer unless they are selling and making money, you go pick up parts at their Miami location, paid the parts and was waiting for over 30 minutes for parts to be brought out, but that was after they took care of their buddies with came in after i did. Is like any other place if you know people you will get service if not. Stand on line. If you have a problem? i wish you the best. You get best service from a computer on internet.Horrible and they tell you to call and For what? to be on Hold again? please learn how to take care of the people making you money. And teach your salesman how to provide proper parts not what they think is correcti got parts wrong and still didnt get them replace.

Terrible warranty. I own a repair shop in the area and purchased a $200 headlamp from them and a little over a month it went bad. Called for warranty and they denied. The competitors in the area five at least 6 months warranty. Will never buy from them again and when anyone ask (which by the way was my first recommendation) I will definitely discourage them from buying there.

Very poor costumer service. I called to checked on a part they said it was in stock. So I came all the way from Broward on a rainy day. I walked in the store bought the piece. Driver promised me $175 refund on their defective parts and when we call looking for refund check that was said to be mailed to us, Ralph refused to stand behind their word and told me we werent getting a refund.
