Best place to get your car fix fast and great job keep up the good work

Price competitive with another company, and turnaround time was much faster. About 4 days versus 2-3 weeks at competitor. Ralph was busy but kept us updated on how soon he could see us as a walk-in. The end product was fantastic, all scratches and dents were gone, including some fender damage. There was a small bit of overspray on a window which was fixed immediately. The finish looks factory new. Even the roof looks great, Ralph had the guys remove old adhesive from a broken sunroof shade. Overall, very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Truly impressed by how much detail, and work that was put into my car once I received it back. I went with their mid tier package, and I truly do not regret it. I plan on keeping my car for the next 3+ years so the warranty that comes with it is extra piece of mind if something were to happen with the work they have done.

I had my 96 Saturn painted here a few years ago. I paid $444.00 for a basic single stage paint job and some prep work. I was very happy with the job they did and turn around was super fast. There was some over-spray, but nothing too bad (expected worse). Dont expect these guys to give you a $3000 paint job for $300! Be realistic! If you have a work truck or older beater car like mine you cant go wrong with Auto Painting USA.

NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE! Should of read their estimate sheet thoroughly. It states in part THIS IS A LOW BUDGET AFTERMARKET PAINT JOB. (IMPERFECTIONS MAY SHOW.Took my truck to paint the side bed panels. (some scratches near the top) the paint job was horrific. There was orange-peel on the lower ends of the panels. I refuse to take it and they said they will fix it. 2 days later, they called to tell me the truck was ready. The Manager A.J. Colvin (according to his business card) told me they had repainted the panels. When i arrived at the truck, it was exactly the same as when they first told me it was ready, with the exception that it now had 2 days worth of dirt all over the truck (this makes me doubt that they repainted it at all). When I showed him the worst areas, he told me that it needed to be buffed. When i asked him when they would do that, he told me that they dont. That I had to do that on my own. I then asked if he would reduce the price so i cant take it to get buffed and he said no. and that I had to pay to get my keys. Dont repeat my mistake.

The services offered by AJ and Ralph were on point. From my first visit to when I picked up my car. They painted my Scion xB 06. The cars sealant was peeling off like a bad sunburn. Paint was super faded. I had recently installed new headlamps and fog lights. They taped the lights and took the symbols off with great care. They did not paint over any accessories and even cleaned the Black trims. The car looks SPECTACULAR!!! I have a new car all over again!Thank you AJ and Ralph!-CG

Terrible. In January 2018 I painted my car in this place, I paid $100 dollars for a 3-year warranty. In the middle of 2018 the paint started to rise, I took my car back and the employee did not complete the service, when I complained about the incomplete service he told me that I can bring it whenever I want because I had a 3-year warranty. When I take my car back the third time (July 2020), the General Manager Ralph told me that I have to pay $373 dollars for the service because I have to paid again for the warranty. I dont understand why I have to pay for a bad and incomplete service. He was so unprofessional. I feel cheated.

Love this place! I got into an accident on my passenger door, my side mirror came apart as well, and I took it to this shop. Got my car in a week looking brand new! Alex and Holly were great and I definitely recommend you check this shop out! Reasonable prices and great handy work and work well with insurances. I just picked my car up and I’m so excited. They did a phenomenal job in a reasonable time and I couldn’t be any happier! Thank you guys.

At first I was going to take my rust bucket to macco. I friend of mine said naaaaa man take it to auto painting USA they are great. So I put my car in 2nd gear because my 1st is broken drove over there and within a few days I had my car looking like a 2021 model car. Not gonna lie it felt like gta5 they guys where great they offered me water coffee I felt really welcomed here so trust me my next rust bucket is going to go straight to Auto Painting USA. I had a bad ding on the hood of my car where the paint had peeled and it was rusting underneath the paint! As well my bumper was quite scratched. I took it in and they took it in same day. It was ready in 24 hours and it was perfect.The service from Heather and Mayer was great. I would have given 5 stars, but once I got home I noticed a lot of dust and boot prints on the floor and the seats. That was disappointing. As well the rubber along the inside back hatch of the SUV had been removed (likely for painting) and not returned to its original condition. Again disappointing.I would still recommend, however, before you leave the shop check the inside of your car.

Terrible. I was trying to talk to someone but their offices are open and unattended. Easily distracted employees that anyone can walk into their office and do God knows what. I waiting for a good 20 mins, nobody approached me asking what I wanted. Ill go somewhere else where they ask questions and get to know what I want.

Messed up my moms car a few months back. Got it fixed here. They did such a great job that she never noticed. The price was reasonable too. Thanks to Alex, he was very helpful and explained what need to be done.

Alex and Ivan provided excellent service. They were both courteous and professional. The shop has various packages to choose from; we asked for the American which comes with a 2-year warranty. The car looks beautiful. They were helpful in providing post-painting care instructions.

We had my mothers Toyota Highlander painted here a year ago**. Customer service was awesome, the price was great and the paint job was way better than expected for the price.**We waited to do a review, because our chief complaint was that the hood from the factory kept bubbling up for unknown reasons after the initial new car purchase, paint popped off and then non-stop surface rust developed.We were assured that their painting process would eliminate further bubbling / rusting. This company stripped the paint completely and stripped whatever Toyota had done to cause the bubbling paint issues (100s of bubbles originally). We gave it a year to see if the problem returned. As of this review, there are ZERO signs of bubbling up on the hood as before (or anywhere) and the paint job still looks fantastic.**Thank you very much! I have highly recommended your company to anyone that I know that needs painting.

I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and got it back on Friday looking as new as when i purchased it. They were eager to help out and give me the best deal for what I needed. I would recommend Auto Painting USA to anyone.

Holley and Alex are great! Took my truck in for a quote, and ended up just leaving it their. Holley is honest and works with your budget to get you what you need. Left it over the weekend and picked it up on Wednesday. I recommend you add them in when looking for quotes. I am really happy with how the work came out. Truck had bad rust on rear fender wheel wells, and fade paint.

I would say I am a very picky client. I ask many questions to make sure I am getting what I want. I was definitely wrong in my opinion that this was a subpar auto body shop. Took my pride enjoy project car I’ve had since the age of 18. The customer service that Mighel and Tony provided me was A+++. My car was returned to me and surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this body shop. Holly and Alex are very professional and easy to work with. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it, even though an entire door had to be replaced. The paint matching was flawless.

My first experience with Auto Painting USA was over 5 years ago, when I had my whole car painted as well as having a small bit of body work done. Fast forward to today, over 5 years later. I still have the car (its a 2003) and the paint job still looks great! More recently, I went back to Auto Painting USA to have a replacement outside door handle spot painted (and subsequently installed). When some issues arose during the course of the job, they worked with me professionally, diligently and honorably to get everything fully resolved. Thats not necessarily something that always happens in Miami, so I am happy to be able to share my experience!

I had property and money stolen from my center console.I left my car to get painted and when I returned to pick up it I realized the money and other property was stolen from my center console from one of their employees. I have several cameras installed in the car. I checked the recording for my cameras and I saw a couple employees open my center console, go through my stuff and take what they wanted.

I replaced the fender and bumper. Within a week the paint on one corner chipped off. I was also aware of after market parts never looking the same as original parts but they left HUGE gaps in between the parts. After I was told it was bc I paid for the cheaper part (I was only offered one part and was told it would come out almost identical). My grill didn’t stick and was hanging off. They then said I had to replace my entire grill and front section of the car. This was something they should have voiced to replace from the beginning if it was true.I rate them a 2 for them being nice but the body work and paint job here is terrible. They told me to go buff the car. After I did, you can clearly see the difference in paint and the cheap clear base coat they utilized. Extremely dissatisfied. Please invest a little more somewhere where they will do it the right way.

This was and honest rate based in my personal experience with your business. I dont want to go into details, but my car was painted without a properly body work, even when I told to the guy who cuote me. Nice paint job, good paint quality over deformed spots.

They will not stand behind their guarentee. I spoke to miguel who could not make decision to save his life! He told me to speak to Ralph and he was just not willing to work with me. He kept on making excuses. I spoke to someone in the ft. Lauderdale location that was identified as an upper management person but never received a call back. Very disappointed in the lack luster work and pretty much disgusted with the absence of customer support and or service!!!EDIT:After speaking with Ralph(district manager) I have noticed that as an organization, they are willing to help. The Hialeah location is different and the employees there seem to be of a higher caliber. When I take the car back for a repaint job I will add to my review and elaborate on what was done.

Just picked up my 2003 Toyota Solara from Auto Painting USA and the end result was ultimate perfection! Took only 2 days to complete my new paint job and thats including removing all dings and imperfections around the entire vehicle. I even selected a color change to a new unique Laser Red (recommended by Gabe) and my ride looks fresh out the box new. This was my 2nd time having a car painted here and without a doubt, the team here is knowledgeable, friendly, cool, and honest. Once you find a quality trust- worthy company you stick with them and this is it 1000%!

I strong recommend dont go there, if you are thinking to use Auto Painting USA better use the one in Hialeah at 57 ave, I paid $1000 dollars to paint a Mazda Miata 1992, when they try to delivery to me there was too many imperfections that they took two weeks to finish it, still imperfections, they removed items from my car that they couldnt find it and they just told me to buy them again at my cost, after $1000 paid I was not satisfied with their job and what I received back was just excuses and Claudio states that for $1000 Dollars I can not ask for more when their special packages start at $399, he just tried to tell me that if you pay $1000 you will received a very poor quality, so, I dont want to see when you pay their special. Please, dont even think about it!!!!!! Use another one.

Had my car painted there couple of weeks ago and im very happy with job that was done on it. The service was great and the price was good and fair. Other places were charging me alot more. If your looking to get a nice inexpensive paint job done on your car this is the place to go!!

I give them one star because is the only way to comment. But I wont give them anything. Stay away as far as possible. I was looking for a decent price to paint my sons first car, a 98 Toyota Corolla. Someone mentioned the one on 72 ave to my husband and decided to take it there. We dropped it off yesterday morning and today for my surprise we received a call that was ready. No wonder was cheaper than other places, the car looks like brush painted. The inside/side part of the doors, the whole area that you can see from when you open all doors was not painted. I guess is not included as part of the car. The guy said that is how they do it. Very sloppy work. Would never recommend this place. This was a surprise for my son for when he returned from his trip and it turns into a completely disappointment for us. Horrible place.

Excellent work and perfect finish on a super fast delivery. My son first car was on an urgent need of a paint job. I usually shop arround for price, quality and warranty but this time was really complicated because we were trying to get a good work on a car that really is not worth it the job but since is the first car for my 16 year old son I still wanted to try.This shop was the only one who offered a written warranty and could do the job in a acceptable time frame.I did try like another 10 shops and even I got better prices some did not look reliable at all and others gave some ridiculos prices that were not even worth the discussion.Thanks Alex for an excelent customer service and a job well done.

Took my baby mamas car there to get work done. Some places wanted 3k to paint an 03 corolla. I said NOOOOO! He did my whole car, installed new lights, and it was less than Half that!!! Ive had it for over a year now and it still shines! The staff is super professional and friendly. Alexander, the manager took the time to show me alllllll the dents it had. Amazing job. Horrible and sloppy work, you get what you pay for and it shows. The customer service is horrendous as well. Apparently them having a phone number is pointless, as when making a simple appointment I have to drive there in person just to show them how much they messed up. Paint dripping off the door handles, body work not done correctly, and after leaving it a second time strange scratches appeared near the passenger side doors in which their man Rey said it had always been there all along. Its funny how business is conducted nowadays, they take your money and give you a low quality product. Spend the extra cash, even if its 3 grand, cause for half that price all i got was complete garbage and an uneducated and clueless bunch of employees that promote customer hindrance.

Dont do it. Got into a car accident, I had a huge dent and had to repaint the whole half of my car. The person who hit my car payed $1700, to get more money the employee told me for $300 more he was going to repaint my whole car. I said okay. 2 years later the dent caved back in and the paint is cracking and peeling everywhere. Take my advice dont do it.

I brought in my 2001 sentra on wednesday morning and by thursday morning they called me that the vehicle was ready. Im very satisfied with the results.

Rally bad customer service, awful paint job! there was dirt under the paint, mirror covers felt like sandpaper, the gave me the car really dirty inside, total opposite as it was given to them. Im talking about the 57th location
