You can get to this place without an appointment, especially when you have an emergency but no matter how you arrived, the wait is long. Some employees will try to make you feel comfortable, others do not care and do not greet you even out of politeness. They have a great slogan in their waiting room: proud to serve Starbucks coffee and when you go to the machine it is out of order. If your products are expensive and the wait is long, you should offer us excellent customer service.

I had an appointment last Tuesday that was scheduled in advance. I do have a gold extended warranty that was bought at this place last December. My appointment was for 07:00. I arrived before 07:00. At 12:25 I did ask about how was my car doing. Surprisedly, I figured out that my car wasnt being touched. Of course I showed my madness. When I asked about the manager and employee very moody told me the manager was on his brake and it will take about an hour. I ended up crossing the street and looking for the manager of the dealer. I bought my car there as well as my extended warranty. This place is a disappointment and a shame for Miami citizens.
Fastest time for an oil change: 2h...and no rentals available, I was lucky somebody care and she was able to find me a rental or else I would have lost my day of work.
I had an emergency and needed to be towed to the service center, I was not able to make an appointment prior yet they were able to accept my vehicle right away since it was still early morning. I received my assistance from Manny Arancibia and he was the most helpful I highly recommend you ask for his assistance when arriving at the service station. Manny was patient, honest, and took his tome to explain everything from quotes, to the services charges that would later appear on my invoice for the work that was done. He checked with me before the mechanics proceeded with repairs. I am grateful for his professionalism.
They never answer the phone, Ive been trying to schedule an appointment for the pass month and nothing.Terrible service and very stuck up workers, there is only ONE worker who actually does his job and is attentive of the clients.
My experience with AutoNation Nissan Service has been less than 1star.As far as experience, I dont think I had it better than when Rafael Marzo was working there as a service advisor. It seems that every time I call to check on the status of the repair of my fathers truck, which we use for our business, not one person knows what is going on.The person directing the calls also has issues finding who I am and what I have servicing in their service garage. I am beyond upset that I paid $3000 for my last service because I am back to square one with the same issue. I know things happen and that they may not be perfect but a call from my advisor or their director would have been satisfactory.I dont know how they expect to run business this way. If they were on my end as a customer that paid $70,000 for a truck, they would expect higher quality of service and not what I am receiving now.I hope that my review helps their service area to structure their department differently and better but also clients to know what you buy and what service you will be getting.
I have rented a Nissan Murano at this dealer. The experience with the seller Hansel Pérez has always been wonderful. His customer service is unsurpassed. I had to bring the car twice to repair, first they had to change the transmission, at that time. On occasion Alejandro attended me, who helped me a lot. His attention was very professional. This time I had to go because the car had a strange noise and Mr. Jorge attended to me. I felt very poorly attended, in fact he mistreated me like never before. They had mistreated in this country. They had to leave my car in and they gave me a rental car. They gave me a Nissan Altima, which Im not adapted to driving a small car. Besides, it was dirty inside and out, it couldnt be touched. I was like this because of COVID, and when I told him that I was going to complain, he told me to complain, obviously they do not take action with the employees who mistreat customers in this place.When I spoke with Mr. Pedro Villalobos, I could see that attention to Customer is not the main thing in this Autonation. I think I will never go to this place again.
I want to start off by thanking our salesman & manager Carlos’s for making this the easiest and least stressful car purchase that I have ever experienced. We went in to purchase a Rogue for my Grandmother to replace her old Rogue. We wanted to keep it the same for her since it is difficult for her to learn to new things. They went out of their way and searched all their locations to find the closest car to what she is used to driving. They found the exact one she has down to the color and all the features that she had, which really made it an easy transition for her! I would recommend these guys to anyone and I would definitely go there again! This was really a dream com true for us to be able to do this for her! Thank you for everything!!
Update 5/27/2021. Was there for more than 4 hours for a tire replacement. My bet is the car parked for most of that time since there is no way it takes that long to replace a tire. They said they didnt have loaners available, but there are 2 parked outside and one lady did get one as her car had to stay. In the past I gave 5 stars to this place, but this is not the case anymore. I used to do services with Pedro(who is amazing), but since he got promoted I had to do the last couple with Alejandro (and every time it takes 4 hours at least!!). There is something wrong when simple services take this long. Maybe its because of a shortage of mechanics due to the pandemic, idk. But something needs to be fixed.
Slow service, no one answers the line.I recently went to fix one of the censors, oil change and wheel alignment it took for ever which is kind of understandable so I told them Im going to need a car to get to work after this and for tomorrow. Needless to say it took 2 months for my part to come in when they told me it would take a week and a half. No one ever got me so, I kept calling to check on the status, turns out the person that was in charge of the part moved to a different location. Fast forwarded I told them about needing a car, next they denied me and said no no no no, so I had to figure out a way to get to work and at 4:50pm I get the call saying, the car wont be ready today and if you need a rental you have to come before 5pm.I asked them for the rental before I left because I knew it wasnt going to be ready, now to only have 10min to resolve while Im at work...I also have been telling them 3x that the car is making noises, the trunk door and the drivers seat. It makes a noise as if something is loose but, the 3x they just put in the report that they couldnt recreate the noise. I told all you have to do is accelerate and itll start rattling... but nothing.

Went to this place because I had a engine noise and stalling problem. Was asked $130 for a diagnostic. Left the car for the diagnostic, next day the mechanic calls me saying that I would need to change the fuel pump, sparkplugs and ignition coils because it would solve the problem, I was asked $1500 to do the fix with the stalling, then I asked about the engine noise fix and the mechanic simply asked me engine noise? It wasnt written here that I should check for a engine noise, so the guy who attended my repair didnt even write my problems (which were only 2). Went to the store and asked what was the cause of the engine noise and they said it was because of the fuel pump, sparkplugs and ignition coils (which obviously isnt, I replaced the parts by myself and didnt solve the problem), after I said that I wasnt going to do the repair inside the shop they simply just left me with the wrong diagnostic and sent me to the cashier, THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL ME IF THEY DID THE PENDING AIRBAG RECALL. I spent 130 dollars for nothing, incorrect diagnostic and extremely incompetent staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money and go to another nissan repair store.
Poor communication when reaching out regarding a part for my Vehicle its been over a month now and every time I call to check the status of the part I can never get in touch with my Service advisor.
I usually go to the Bilsidles Nissan on 107 Ave and do not need to have an appointment to service my vehicle. At this location apparently I need an appointment be cause they were too busy. I just saw a few cars and the tech where drinking coffee.

When I arrived a gentleman opened the door of the car for us and was very educated and polite(sadly I didn’t get his name, he was wearing a black shirt and was very professional) he pointed me in the direction of a guy named Jesus, who was going to be our service representative. So far so good right ? Sadly that would not be the rest of the experience.Jesús greeted me with an attitude and started our conversation by saying there was going to be a long wait of at least 2 hours because I showed up without appointment, he was rude and impolite.I walked inside, sat down and waited for a few minutes until I realized that I don’t have to put up with anyone’s bad attitude specially when paying for a service.Went to retrieve my keys and Jesus asked me “why?” When I replied “I am going to Palmetto Nissan where they treat me better” the guy kept holding on to my keys and would not release them with an offensive and cocky attitude. I ended up getting my keys and leaving and the guy kept saying “bye” with a smirk.It is a shame that this place located in the heart of a colorful and lovely historical neighborhood like calle 8’s surroundings, treat people like this.Kudos to the gentleman that opened the door for me when we got to the place. I wish Nissan provides better customer training to some of their employees on the site. It speaks volumes of management on this place, or maybe it was just this Jesus guy, but my experience was bad. Would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I’m sitting right now at Palmetto Nissan and my car is getting fixed, no bad attitudes and I will be giving them a great review.

How good it is to find friendly and collaborative people. For me it was important but I knew it was solved only by changing a fuse but I didnt even know where the rifle was. Search the browser for a Nissan car dealer near me and find this dealer. From the time I arrived, I was treated excellently by Randol and then I completed a very collaborative attention from Yoisel on spare parts and Tony, who provided me with the clamp to change the fuse.
