My husband and I are in Miami for a few months, and we got into an accident while staying here. We called our insurance company and they referred us to Caliber Collinsion. I cant express enough, how friendly and professional they were. From assisting with the car rental, keeping us informed of the progress, staying on track, to delivering a transformed vehicle, was an excellent experience. We didnt have to go through a long painful process, they took care of everything for us, and they delivered on every little detail they promise. Was little pain full they do a quick job but sloppy, at the first they treat your car like nothing, i had replace one door,in the mean time waiting for the door they did the exterior job but but they took the door out and they didnt cover the hole and all my interior and sealing BLACK BLACK got spray with white prime THANKS PAINTER! have to take the truck many time to auto details, also they are not careful when they take your pieces to paint, you will find a lot scratch when they try to remove the pieces, not experience mechanics working in your cars, and the last was over spry in my windshield of paint witch i have to replace the windshield on my own i try so many products and also i have to take it one day and the problem was not fix. i know they are quick, they keep you update but THE JOB THEY OFFER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL, MIGHT WORK BETTER FOR YOU BUT NOT FOR ME .DO A LOT SEARCH BEFORE PUT YOUR 50K OR MORE IN HAND OF SOMEONE DO NOT CARE. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They did great work repairing my hood and back passenger side door and replacing my windshield after my incident. The staff were incredibly helpful and their technicians did great work. My adjuster Issac oversaw the process, making sure that the repairs were being done to the best possible standard and kept me updated through the process. I had a great experience and recommend their expertise and ease if you find yourself in need of car repair.
Excellent service. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company, work was completed early even during the week of Christmas! I was updated every step of the way. Such professional service. Car was in like new condition except for the accident to the rear bumper and light- it once again looks like it was driven straight off the lot, beautiful.
This is one of the worst services I have ever received in my life. Caliber Collision is a disgrace and I do not recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. If I had to describe the service in one word: dreadful. The repair was estimated to take two weeks (according to my insurance) and it has taken Caliber Collision well over a month (and still waiting). I never received any updates about my car until I gave a bad review of the service. Ever since, all the information I have gotten has been petty excuses and no real answers. Today I called and asked for the phone number of the manager, and again all I got was excuses. Finally, after talking to three different employees (one of which was rather rude) I got the number. The experience with this company has been nightmarish. Save yourself a LOT of trouble and take your car somewhere else.

I had a minor accident and a major disappointment with the repair. Their slogan is to leave the car on the conditions before the accident and that was never accomplished in my case.They did a bad job with the painting and Body shop. Instead of fixing the imperfects, theyre trying to justify them.They couldnt align properly the hood, neither the bumper, and I have to come back several times in order for them to fix the same mistake, which at the end..., they never did it.Customer service is OK. Sadly, the associate who managed my fix gave me too many excuses instead of solutions.IF YOU WANT TO KEEP GOING BECAUSE YOURE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.Just keep in mind you have a lifetime warranty with them on the repair, but they will not provide you a rental if youre willing to leave your car after the first time you drive it out of the shop.OVERALL (DISSAPOINTED)Please provide me with an Email that works. Theres a constant stream of communications, flexibility, and a two way conversation regarding your vehicle. They also do very good work and stand behind it. Had an appointment, contact person had me waiting for 30 minutes, supervisor examines my vehicle. Another 15 minute wait. Finally contact person shows,re-examines vehicle. Another 10 minute wait. Overpriced estimate !!!! Went elsewhere, got job done for 1/2 the price. 👎👎👎👎

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My car was declared a total lost so I went to retrieve the belongings from it. I had driven my car to the place because my bumper was damaged when I got there the next day to retrieve my personal belongings, they could not open my car even though it was opening just fine when I drove it there. I said I would pass by the next day in between work meetings. When I called the next day, the Lady from the front desk was super rude. She tried to say it was my fault, that the car was brought in from a tow yard and I was like no I drove my car there and it was working just fine before. They kept coming up with excuses one person even suggested I hire a locksmith(when again it wasn’t my fault). The lady who I spoke with started arguing with me even though I was not arguing with her she said I should come in and speak with manage.Eventually, I lost my temper and threaten with taking legal action and calling the insurance. The adjuster from the insurance was able to get the issued solved. The problem was they left the trunk open and that drained the battery so my electronic key wouldn’t work. Moral of the story they were rude argumentative and unprofessional over a mistake that they had made. It was possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Oh and the manager said” it’s a total lost so you don’t care how we open the car.”Instead of listening he just wanted to get me of the phone.That’s when I decided to call the insurance in case they were now extra damages. I’m sure most insurances wouldn’t be happy to hear that’s is how they treat their total lost issues when giving the cars back to the insurance companies. At the end of the day it was not a big issue; only thing I retrieved was my car registration with my personal information on it however their rudeness and lack of willingness to help is what prompted this review.

Horrible experience with this place. Took way longer then they promised. Had to come back because they left the emblem of my car. Was told to bring back and as soon as I pulled into the parking lot some guy came straight to me, took my keys and said hed be back in 5 minutes. Almost like he didnt want anyone to know that he forgot in the first place. Comes back 5 minutes later and emblem is on the hood, I check it, its there so I leave. Next morning I get to work, park my car next to same make and model as my car and then I realized the emblem is not centered to the car. Looks horrible, the dude just wanted to get me out of there. I will take someplace else to fix. I dont want to deal with this place again.
I turned to Caliber Collision to make a bumper that I was badly damaged. Very nice staff. The manager of Diego was very good and their staff made my car fast and excellent. I will advise all friends. Thank you very much for the excellent work. You are the best.

To busy to be bothered with a request to look at your car for an estimate. Staff kind of just ignored me while I was waiting to be helped. Didnt get a good vibe. Ill take my business somewhere that seems happy to have customers that are paying thousands of dollars for thier services. Will never go back. They might do great work? I dont know I didnt get though the first part of having someone even look at my car so who knows if they are good or not.

This is my unfortunate 2nd visit in a year to a body shop. Thankfully I found this shop that was able to offer me a good job and quick turnaround. The staff were helpful and attentive, guiding me through the process. Glad to have a Audi certified collision center near by. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! The receptionist was very nice and made the paper work easy. The technician that helped also was very professional and courteous and helped relieve some of my panic when he saw the damage and assured me they could fix it and sure enough they did! Thanks to Carlos and the whole staff for making my car look like new again!
I just dropped my car off. They were very polite and efficient. They assigned a service rep to take care of me and I was out in 10 minutes and I didnt even have an appointment. Having Enterprise Car Rental on the premises was great for convenience. They told me the car will be ready in one week. So far so good. Ill be back next week to report on the final result.
Caliber Collison has been a nightmare from start to finish. First of all, their communication is horrible. They called me initially after the insurance had inspected the vehicle and told me that I had to pick up my car because I had told the insurance that I wasn’t proceeding with them. This was false as no such conversation had ever happened. Then, after a two week delay ok the vehicle they said that it was our fault because we took so long to decide to fix it. Another lie. I was finally told the vehicle would be ready in a Friday, even received text messages advising of such, but car was not released until Tuesday because they had not received payment from insurance. This is a body shop that was a preferred Progressive body shop and they knew they would be getting payment. The total delay cost me two weeks worth of car rentals. When my wife inspected the car, she noticed a small plastic cap cover missing next to the shifter. She pointed that out and was told “Oh - that was never there. We can call insurance if anything to see if they will replace it.” To top it all off, the day after I picked up the car, I tried to unlock it with the physical key at the keyhole (not the remote) and the car would not unlock. Tried with second key, same issue. When I call Caliber to see if someone can come out to help me, their response was “Well that was done by Honda. It will take us three hours to get there” - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lastly, the individual that was assisting us through out the process, Jose, is very argumentative and continuously pointing fingers. Any time we called for a timeline he pointed fingers either at us, Honda, or Progressive. He would talk over us and basically make it seem like we were constantly wrong. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. I would never use them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone. They have zero accountability for their actions.

The car took longer then expected for the repairs. I was two weeks with out my car. When i recieved the car my battery was completely dead. Found out next day my battery can no longer hold its charge so i had to buy a new battery. 147.00 dollars out of pocket because this shop somehow killed my battery. My service agent is probably the only good review i can give. Angle who was professional and kept me informed with updates.

Very nice people, however they did terrible fixing my car I took my car in after an accident. I took my car in with problems from my accident and got my car back with only the cosmetic fixed... I explained that my car had not been displaying any issues due to the fact that I regularly kept it maintained. I had to obtain records stating my car didnt have the issues they claim were existing prior to my accident. I was then told to take my car back to the manufacturer to check for my vehicles recalls and warranty

I was taken care of by this team of ladies.since the insurance company sent me the list with several workshops and I heard talk about Caliber I had no doubt in going; I attended, had a rental car there while they repaired my vehicle and they coordinated everything with AllState Insurance without major inconveniences for me. I was given the card as new, with no details or problems in the paint and parts used. the work was a great job on the part of the painting boys. 100% recommend this site, they will have a great experience in attention and quality of service, I assure you ...! So far the customer service is poor. Jay lost my estimate more than a week ago and my name isnt even in their computer. Now I have to go back in to have pictures taken to send to the insurance company.Since this is the place used by the Toyota dealership Im hesitant to go anywhere else. I hope their work is better than the customer service.

Quick service and very personable staff!
I was very happy with almost all of my experience at this facility. However, they left my front seat FILTHY!! I brought in a vehicle with 2800 miles and when I picked it up, the seat was so dirty it looked like 100,000 miles. I have spent 1 hour trying to clean it. Very disappointing. Be sure you check for this when GEICO sends you there.

I went in through an auto claim and to date, the repair is not done. I have a brand new vehicle that I had a mishap where the door needed to be replaced, and the door frame straightened out. When I first arrived, the door was on crooked. I sent it back to fix. Then, the inside panel leather was bubbling which it had not done before, that was replaced, The third time I came to get my car, the indoor paint was peeling off. I left it again. Then finally when I came to get the vehicle, there was overspray on the car, orange peel finish where they painted, and the frame is not aligned at the front corner panel. This as well as their detail where they left a white haze all over the interior dash, console and doors. Mind you, my interior is mostly black and they broke the sensor in the front. They keep telling me theyll fix it, but I would rather take it elsewhere. Luckily, my insurance should be covering this as Ocean collision obviously has no standard in their repair. They would much rather give excuses.
First I scheduled an estimate for my car for first thing in the morning. When I got there I was told it would be more than an hour before the adjuster would show up. There was only one adjuster. Thankfully GEICO sent an adjuster out to my office. I brought my car in on Thursday morning. It took days for the body shop repair rep to call me. He was calling the wrong number. Finally he called my work number. My car was in the shop for three weeks. He only managed to call me once or twice to let me know the status. The body shop ordered the wrong front bumper leading to more delays and the need for more money from the insurance company.When I finally got my car, there were spare parts in the cup holder and white gunk in there as well.The first time I brought my car there everything was great. This time I was very disappointed in the service and will not be taking my car there again if repair needs to be done.

Do not take your car to this shop!!! Customer service, repair work, communication all terrible. 10 months later have taken it back for the 8th time for them to repair another part they worked on. The car rental situation is a nightmare. I had things stolen out of my car on quick stop ins for fixes. Just save yourself the grief, time and money, insist your repair is done elsewhere.Update: i responded to this distict managers email and was ignored. No email back, no call, nothing just like when i took my car there. I just had to have my car repaired again after being rear ended. The shop called me everyother day with an update like they said, i got my car back clean inside and out (not dirtier than i dropped it off like calliber), super friendly, my time waiting was important and the car is fixed when they promised. Calliber is a joke along with this district manager who truly cares. I will say it again save yourself time, heartache, frustration and sanity.
Caliber collision is the worst company, I have encountered in my life. From the service advisor to the manager of the facility no one take responsibility. They had my car for over a month. Brand new rav4 2018 for my wife. Got involved in a car accident and the only damage was the bumper and back trunk. 3 times they told me the car was ready and all 3 times the paint job was bad. The car dirty, you have over spray all on the light the top the side of the car. Cesar Gonzalez is the manager and Joseph ruiz my service adviser. Toyota delearship couldn’t believe the bad paint job on the car. I’m tired and exhausted from running around to get it right with caliber. I would not recommend it to anyone.
