They are extremely disrespectful. They claim vehicles are fixed when they clearly are not. The under panel fell off after it was fixed. They forgot the reflector. They lie to say a car is ready to pick up and take another 2 hours upon customer arrival to finish.Waste of time. Would never recommend to even my worst enemy.

I was rear ended over a month ago. The guy’s insurance sent me here. The damage was localized to the driver side bumper, light, undercarriage, and side panel. When you call you only get through to a person about 1 out of 10 phone calls and their voicemail is full so you can’t leave a call back number. The person on the phone will tell you they will call you when your car is ready. They never call you. When you get through to a person, they give you an estimated timeline, but my car was never ready by that estimated time. They will finally tell you a time to come pick up the car, but when you arrive to pick it up at the scheduled time it isn’t ready. When I finally did get my car back, there was a part missing (understandable because the whole world has a supply chain issue right now), but within a week the replaced bumper popped out and was no longer flush with the side panel and the undercarriage cover fell off in the rear end and was dragging on the road. I tied it up with ribbon to drive it home. When I took the car back on a Thursday, they told me it would be ready on Monday. I called Monday, they said tomorrow. Tuesday, they said tomorrow. Wednesday, the said they received a wrong part, but it is coming in and to pick up the car 4:00 pm on Thursday. I arrive at 4:05 pm Thursday and my car is not fully assembled. I FINALLY got my car back at 5:05 pm after bothering the receptionist and workers quite a bit. The joint where the side panel and bumper come together still doesn’t look right. I am not confident it will stay together.

If I can give this body shop zero stars I would. They are very unprofessional! Everyday they have a new update on the car and it is never accurate. Your car will sit in their lot for a month or loner like my car, it had minor repair work so there is no need for it to be at the shop for so long. The manager Mathew is never around to answer the phone or give a call back. The staff speaks so ghetto and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this shop at all.

This is the best place to take your vehicle to repair. They repaired my car after I was hit. My car looks brand new, like I just got it from the dealership. The staff was AMAZING. They all treated me like a valuable person. They explained everything that had to be done and how long it was going to take. These bad reviews are lies. Had to take my car back twice as it was not put back together correctly. Also had to purchase a new car battery as mine was drained along with half a tank of gas just horrible.

Connie and Matthew were very professional and helped resolve a problem that came up due to my insurance not informing me of fees on time. I was upset but they were very calm and collected and remained professional. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if anything happens to my car in the future.

I picked up my vehicle today and I don’t know where to start complimenting this shop.I went through the Geico Xpress repair program and was greeted by a rep who was polite, professional and answered all my questions. The estimated time to complete the repair was 7 days and the car was ready on the 3rd day. I went to pick up my car and was once again greeted by another rep who also explained the work done to the car and answered all my questions. I am thankful that they touched up other areas that were not part of the estimate and even took care of rust buildup I had on the rear door. The blending of the paint was also really well done.Awesome job H&M Auto Body Repairs! I will be recommending this shop in the future.

I was in a pretty bad car accident on 04-29-18. I thought my car would be totaled; however, I was fortunate enough to contact H & M Auto Body Repairs. The estimate was about $9K and I swore the car would never be the same. I was wrong. From the initial phone call, I was given exceptional customer service by Andrew Ruiz and Hassan. They were very specific as to what was needed to complete a successful repair. Andrew sent me photos of the progress while the car was at their facility and kept me in the loop at all times. When I picked up my car, I was completely shocked. Andrew and Hassan were very thorough and detailed about all of the work performed on the car. I immediately noticed the hood, fenders, bumpers, overall alignment and fit, color match and just about everything entailing a full frontal repair including engine components was way beyond what I expected. It was perfect! Even my headlights were adjusted to factory specs. Rest assured, this is the only place I will be coming to and recommending moving forward for any automotive repair. I picked up the vehicle nearly 2 months ago and so far so good. Hell, my neighbors could not believe the outcome. Thanks H & M for your spectacular work of art and for giving me peace of mind and thank you Andrew and Hassan for going above and beyond the call of duty. The two of you clearly make a difference!

My car had scratches in few areas and Geico advised me to go to this place. After few days they called me to go and pick my car. When I went, I found that they didnt fix everything and they asked me to leave the car. Then called me few days later to pick the car. When I saw the car, I found scratches and a small dent that were not there before and they ruined the roof molding. It is clear that they did not even check their work before calling me. Again they asked me to leave the car. Then they called me and said they will not fix it because this is wear and tear. The car has only 10k miles.I am very unhappy with their service.

My insurance assigned classic collision after my car accident to fix my car over a month now, my car was supposed to get fixed in 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for them to give me my car back, I’ve been calling them every week and they keep telling me the same excuse, that they’re waiting for a windshield and my windshield wasn’t even damage during the accident, all this time I’ve been paying for a rental and on top of that paying for my lease, my experience with them has been just terrible, if you can take your car to a different bodyshop just do it!

They did the work fast...when I checked it there were a few minor things like primer on my car and the bumper not being clipped on all the way but once I pointed it out they took care of it.

Very professional and expert business. They turned my bad experience into something that I could tolerate. I hope I never have to experience another hit and run again, but I am so thankful to have ended up in their hands! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Progressive chose this place for my car repairs. When I called in the morning to ask when they were gonna pick it up, the woman who sounds half asleep said “progressive deals with that, not us.” I let my claim handler know and she said that was incorrect. When I called the shop back she handed the phone to someone else who said he “spoke to the towing in the morning and they were supposed to reach out. Let me call them and I’ll get back to you.” He calls me back and assured me they would pick up the car within an hour. It has now been 3 hours, the shop is now forwarding my calls even tho they close at 6. In other words, before they could even pick up my car they are already HORRIBLE and ignore dale to avoid confrontation! Read the negative reviews on here. They are an eye opener.

I was in a car accident which put my car in the shop for almost two weeks. Classic collision has done an AMAZING job, everyone there was very professional and kind. Jonathan, Laura, and Chris were super attentive. They always updated me on the status whether it was my car being worked on, or the arrival of a part. Everything was done in a timely manner. Im super impressed with this shop!

I had the highest expectations from this place, but the service is totally unprofessional. Some guy crashed into my brand new Alfa Romeo and Geico gave me this place. The first delay, almost a week, was understandable because Jose, their guy, said that Alfa had sent them two front ends that were damaged. Though the red flag of Jose never calling back should have been a signal.About 5 days after I got the car back, one of the parts they fixed had ripped off (lining of the wheel well on the passenger side). I took a picture and emailed to Jose. No answer. I sent him another email, no answer. I leave him 2 or 3 voice mails, no answer.Finally after a week, I manage to talk to Jose. This is last Wednesday, he says he will call the Alfa place and call me back. No call back. I call him on Thursday, he says that the part will be delivered on Friday and he will call me back. No call back for, for personal reasons, I could not call him that day. On Tuesday I call Jose. He answers his cell phone, turns out that he had had a disagreement with Mike, the manager and was no longer working there. He assures me that Laura is on top of everything.Today, Wednesday, I call them. Laura sort-of-knows, she is going to check. After 15 minutes on hold I hang up, call Mike. Mike only has ONE tone of voice: shouts. And he interrupts the customer (me) every 2 words. Finally, Mike hangs up on me.So I call again, talk to Jonathan, who says that I need to lose that attitude. Mike is, of course, no available.Laura comes on the phone. Same school as Mike, interrupts every 2 words. Tomorrow Im due to get that part replaced. Well see.But, honestly, I will never take a car back there. Their work is good, no doubt, but their service is totally hostile.

I just had a full body paint and repair for nearly 5K in work. Excellent Job all around with great service and a fair price for all of the work that was completed on time. Do not waste your time looking for other people and go with H & M for all of your auto body repair needs. This is as good as it gets, especially in Miami. Well done guys!

They got it right the third time around. I hate people and places that do not check their work. Its a must to maintain quality control. I got an excuse when I inquired about the initial faulty work. After a conversation, some how everything was apparent. Dont play games with people that know your business! The job was finally done right so they sorta earn the extra star but not really.

They do a nice paint job, but the part my car needs will not be available untill 3 month later, they order the part without telling me to see if I was willing to wait that long or take any other action, like trade in my 10 year old car. When the paint job was ready, I had to pay the deductible of $500, of $835 total amount of the job, otherwise they will not allow me to take the car home. Now I still have the damaged part in my car for who knows how long. Also they told me that the racks that hold the damaged part (step rail) were welded to the chasis. I spoke to a manager at the Hyundai dealer and he said that is not true. They could very easily take off the rack and forget about the step rail.I think this is enough to never come back to that place.

A few months ago, my front and rear bumpers were damaged after hitting a blown out truck tire on the 836. I went there around 3pm to get a quote, trying to see if I should go through my insurance or out of pocket. They unfortunately didnt see it worth their time to give me a quote. I remember going there back in the late 90s and early 2000 when I was into modifying cars and they never treated me or my friends like that. Times have changed and with it their professionalism.

I just picked my car up from here today. Geico listed this place as one of my options to get my bumper fixed. I dropped it off this past Monday (today is Friday) and the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, and organized. I was expecting it to take at least an hour to get everything set up.. I was out of there within 20 minutes. They were constantly calling my father and I to give us updates on the repairs. Before I picked it up I was a little worried about the paint job they mentioned. But when I got there, It looked brand new. They did a great job and Id highly recommend anyone to bring their car here. I wont be going anywhere else for future repairs.

Terrible place, I was there last sept for a passenger side repair . You can clearly see those people made it big with Geico but not for the good job . All they had to do was change the front right side door and blend the color so it won’t be noticeable, when I got my car the new door had a difference in color, and when I approached the person who was attending me he tried to convinced me that it was the shine of the sun . They don’t do a good job . They have really bad workers that don’t even know how to blend a color on a repair car . I thought they were good because it was recommended by Geico but if Geico would send satisfaction letters to insurers asking for their experience they would know the piece of trash place they are dealing with .Don’t get confused, Geico is a great company but should investigate more the business they are sending their customers to .

Rude, disorganized and dirty. That was just getting in the door. They said the repairs would take 1 week, I ended up waiting for 3 weeks. I left the car there because the insurance company told me to, never again! Oh, and the repairs? My car now is 2 tones, the smooth glossy finish of the original paint and the rough dull one of my door. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!

It takes a long time (31 days) to just change a comvertible roof and the work is not good ... now I have to deal with a different company ... I do not recommend it..

Dropped off my car to fix damage from an accident. When I picked up my car a few days later, the paint on the spot where they repaired the dent was HORRIBLE. It looked like they over sprayed the area and the paint had begun to run. Im not talking about a barely noticeable section, this was a section roughly 4 or 5 in diameter, not something easily missed. They tried to return the car to me like this. Seriously? I had also asked them to fix some other dings that had accumulated over the years and I would pay for that out of pocket (main repair was an insurance claim), but that was never taken care. The area they repainted was better when I finally picked it up. On the plus side, they were pretty quick

Had an appointment for an inspection from Geico on SEP,23,2016, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. As soon as the adjuster & I met...The first thing she ask is ARE YOU LEAVING THE CAR HERE? i reply Im just doing the inspection & that depends how long it would take the shop with the repair...She then says to me legally shes not allowed to let me leave & HAS TO CALL A TOLL FOR MY CAR....I immediately called GEICO & asked and was told that was NOT TRUE. Also found out the adjuster is from GEICO.......which leads me to think that she has some sort of unethical practice to bring this shop FORCED CLIENTS & BUSINESS.. This shady experience that pushed me away all happened in less then 2 minutes ....DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Its simply a hustle from the adjuster & the shop.... it should tell you a lot about the place your leaving your car. DONT DO IT.

I had them Restore my 1978 FJ40 cruiser... I never expected to see what I saw. They took it down to the FRame and restored right down to the frame.. I cant even recognize the car.... unbelievable
