The worst service experience i ever got. I paid them for bumper cover and engine splash guard replacement for my toyota corolla. They didn’t even fix the right screws. My bumber cover fell off on road. Even the engine splash gaurd is coming out just 20 days after the repair. They took whole week to do this irresponsible job. Changed my appointment twice. Please avoid this if you want good service.
This body shop should be audit immediately!! They keep your car forever to “fix it” and then when they finally ask you to pick it up something will be broken (SOMETHING NOT RELATED TO THE PREVIOUS DAMAGE). Juan Prestamo o Joe Rodriguez will ask you to leave your car AGAIN stating they will pay you a rental car with ENTERPRISE (that one that is located next to them) but SURPRISE SURPRISE: Enterprise will charge you with the service not immediately but months later.In my case everything took place last February and last June I was charge by Enterprise with the total cost of the rent. I called them to ask why? EVEN WHEN THE DOCUMENT I SIGNED STATE CLASSIC COLLISION WILL BE THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY and an employee named Aron told me since Classic Collision did not pay that service, they had to charged me because SOMEONE HAS TO PAY FOR IT…I called to Classic Collision and spoke to Joe Rodriguez who very unprofessional just told me he needed to review if that story was true… C’mon!!! He asked me to sent several documents to prove I was charged AND OF COURSE I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM HIM AND I AM PRETTY SURE I WILL NOT SO BESIDES ALL THE TROUBLE CLASSIC COLLISION CAUSED ME IN THE PAST I HAVE TO ADD ONE MORE: I PAID FOR A RENTAL CAR I DID NOT ASK but they offered for made me return my car to that body shop.I am pretty sure a lot of people has been in the same situation and maybe they have not realized about it and my husband is just the perfect example (BECAUSE YES!!! WE HAD TO RETURN ON MARCH AGAIN FOR MORE TROUBLES WITH THE CAR AND AGAIN JOE RODRIGUEZ OFFERED A RENTAL CAL WITH ENTERPRISE) and it was until this week my husband noted the charge from Enterprise in his credit card when I told him what was happening…I tried with BOFA to reverse the charge but since “there was a real service with Enterprise they did nothing”… So please, if in the past you were offered by Juan Prestamo o Joe Rodriguez a rental car with Enterprise go and check your bank statements because for sure you will see you ended paying for that rental you did not ask!!!Can you imagine all the money Classic Collision and Enterprise is taking from all the customers in the exactly same way?! Very lucrative, do not you think??? And please noted all the time I waste due to the negligent service.Besides let me tell you this: back in February the initial estimate from Infinity to repair my car was $2’000 and at the end Classic Collision took from the insurance company more than $14’000…Jump yourself into the conclusions

Had an accident and brought my car to this shop since it was certified by my car manufacturer and worked with my insurance directly.Drop off was smooth. They did a good job keeping me updated via sms throughout the time they had it. They did take a bit to repair the car but I did not rush them as I rather have the work done well over fast.Well either way this was not the case. The paint job was great but the reassembly was very shoddy. They put a new OEM bumper but failed to align it with the emblem and grill. When pointed out they said they would fix it and call me back to come pick it up. After 4 or 5 hours I get an email saying they were able to fix it. I show up and it was exactly as before. When pointed out again, the employee stood his ground on that being up to factory standards. After several minutes of arguing it became clear they were not capable of rectifying the situation and I had to leave with the car as is.Safe to say I wont be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. Repairs that are done right the first time should definitely not be the slogan.If you love your car like I do and expect attention to detail avoid this place.
Worst experience after a collision. Employees are very unprofessional. A vehicle is a need and not a luxury. As a paying consumer make sure you steer away from this body shop. Customers should feel protected and comfortable with any service. This company failed to accomplish the reason my car was taken there to begin with. Any insurance working with this company should audit the shops repair and service and recommend another body shop to their clients. Hopefully someone can read this review before thinking of taking their car to Classic Collision of DORAL.

Worse service ever after one month my car havent been repaired properly, I have picked up my car two times once the fuel gauge was broken they didnt notice, the second time is not working, it is impressive how they just want to collect the money and deliver a car without making sure its working properly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY

What an impressive operation. I took my Lexus ES 350 in to have them repair the antenna fin on the roof which was knocked off when my wife backed up into the garage door at our house. They did a fantastic and very detailed job buffing out the scratches and replacing the parts. The owner, RENE is very attentive and makes you feel at home. Just a fantastic experience all the way around.
Great place and employees! My car was done quick and came out perfect. The insurance company had no problems paying what needed to be done after learning we too it to Imperio. Insurance adjuster also told me it was a top notch body shop. After dealing with them I determined that to be true! I recommend anyone to Imperio Auto Body & Collision.

So far, they have kept me updated with the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. Even though I received an estimate, they conducted their own evaluation. During it, they discovered more damage than was initially reported. Imperio contacted the insurance company to get the further damage covered. I have received an ETR. If they can stick the landing (quality repairs within the specified ETR), it will be one of the best customer service experiences Ive had while in Florida.
Juan FREE estimate fitted my wallet and the job was excellent plus they paint some extra damage with not additional cost.
The people are fantastic. Very clear explanation of what is needed, cost and time involved for repairs. I have used them several times over the years and have always been pleased. I just had my 2006 Infiniti painted and lights cleaned and the car looks brand new! I recommend them!

Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner, but STOLE $6 to $7 dollars worth of change out of my car. When I called to give them a heads up of what was going on in their shop the Manager refused to come to the phone and advised the Secretary to have me to come in. Luckily I work in the area so I stopped by. Once there he still would not come to the front to speak to me. He sent the Supervisor Andy out to tell me verbatim, we advise all of our customers not to leave anything of value in the car and we will be glad to help you again in the future.Service like this you guys will never work on any of my vehicle again and I will not refer anyone to you.

While on vacation we were hit by an 18 wheeler. The damage was extensive and fortunately our insurance company directed us to Imperio. They stayed late to receive the vehicle, were very courteous, explained the process, kept us informed throughout the repair and finished ahead of schedule. We flew back to Miami, picked up the vehicle. It was like off the showroom floor. Could not be more pleased with the work they did and how professional they are.

I was referred to Imperio Auto Repairs by the insurance of the person who crashed into me in an accident I was involved in. The rear bumper was the spot of impact, so it had to be replaced completely. I was assisted by a Mr. Juan Prestamo, who has great customer service and sense of humor. Mr. Prestamo went over and beyond in making me feel comfortable that my car will be in great hands. When picking up my car, it was washed clean and the rear bumper was brand new as promised. Not only was the bumper replaced, Mr. Prestamo and I’m sure other Imperio Auto Repairs workers had worked in repairing my glove compartment box which didn’t close at all and was always left opened. Thank you all at Imperio Auto Parts in doing an excellent job. 5/5, I highly recommend taking your vehicle for repairs here.
I strongly recommend Imperio for anyone looking for a top of the line body shop. I have had a Mercedes repaired there twice and have been 100% satisfied with he body and paint work. Looks like new. Thank you Imerio!

My first visit to Imperio about a year ago was painless. I took my car directly to the car dealership where the owner met both me and the service agent . He was very attentive and fair. Other than the time it took for the repairs to be done to my car, everything was okay .However, this last visit was extremely disappointing.I am not going to mention the name of the person that attended me . But an easy and cheap fix quickly turned costly once insurance was mentioned .Let’s start from the beginning. The mechanic took a look at my car, told me he estimated $400 to repair. I told him I was hit and was still deciding on which insurance to use.My mistake.He not only tried excessively to get me to go with the other parties insurance but also tried to get me to get an estimate from the insurance inspector to guide him in his estimate.After a while of going back and forth on this, he handed me an estimate for $1,000.When I confronted him about it, he first fed me a story about the quarter panel having to be taken off to paint the bumper.(Come on).Then he told me he was also including painting some “knicks or scratches” on the rest of my car.(That’s not what I asked for).Mind you, none of the above was mentioned before the insurance was brought up .To the dealerships affiliated with this body shop... These people represent you in one way or another. You are recomending them to your clients. It’s sad that their quality of service changes so durastically if one of your agents is not there to oversee the process.
Ive had my car repaired here before and it was great but not this last experience. I wont mention the name of the guy just out of putty but totally screwed me. I felt like he was siding with the insurance company and delaying the process of getting my vehicle fixed to the point that we capped out on the insurance limit because of the rental. He didnt believe I had damage under my vehicle caused by the accident until I had my attorney call. Total bullshit. Because of him I had to pay an additional 500 to the rental company. Oh and also shotty work. Left my car with the seat belt in the drivers side not able to work. But I refuse they get anymore money so Im taking it somewhere else. I would never recommend Imperio.

1st) I went there for a very specific and simple reason, so much so that they didnt even charge me. (Something extremely unusual to happen anywhere no matter how simple the work is) And not only that, the entertainment was beyond excellent and the look of the place is impeccable. That motivated me to show them some details of the painting that my car presented and ask how much they could charge me to solve it. With the same kindness they gave me an estimate that I considered reasonable and I decided to take it there.2 °) When I returned, there were not those who attended me before, for them another totally different man who identified himself as the owner of the place (I thought that this was one of those I had seen previously) His treatment was very dry and even a bit authoritarian. Unfortunately he had not written down names and I asked him about those describing them but he did not recognize any. A long time later he gave me in writing a new estimate that exceeded by more than $ 100 the one I already had (verbally) and when I asked about this he answered me with a technical-economist phraseology that could be summarized as: take it or take it. you let. I did not answer. I did not understand either how in the same place there could be an abyss of difference between the treatment offered by some beautiful people, whom I will always thank, and that of this individual who claimed to be the owner. Logically before the question of; Take it or leave it I chose to leave it. A couple of days later they did the work for me at a place located at 114 West Flagler st and they charged me, curiously, $ 100 less than even the first estimate of this place and that I would have gladly paid for the treatment they had given me. initially given. My respects to those people and thanks to the owner or whoever whose attitude ended up saving me $ 200. Draw your own conclusions.

Terrible attention!I never imagined that my dealer would send me to a site like this. Being an authorized and specialized place they are obliged to provide a good service. I approached them because I want to add an accessory to my car (specifically a spoiler) upon arrival and ask why, the answer of the professional was: I DO BUT I DONT ASSURE YOU THAT IT IS OF THE SAME COLOR.This is where my discomfort begins, since they are a specialized workshop should ensure that it remains the same, the same color. This character just told me that the colors would never be the same, and that they only ensured the color black.With all that this professional tells me, my conclusion is that this workshop DOES NOT SERVE to paint cars, because everyone will be left with different shades. The irony of the case is that they give me a bussines card from the workshop and when reading I find myself saying complete paint & body work - color match & quality guaranteedNothing is further from reality ..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ...
