The staff at Giant Motors were utmost professionals and I highly recommend them for all auto body services.They were very knowledgeable and honest from the start: from asking anticipatory questions about claims status and my specific insurance company, to making a quick assessment of my vehicles damage in comparison to my insurance appraisal, to making an accurate estimate of how long it would take to complete the repairs.They were also quick to return my calls whenever I asked for a status update, and were honest about needing an extra day or two for additional damage discovered after removing the bumper and assessing internally, and they worked directly with my insurance company to relay the damage and get approval for the additional parts and service. They were even able to locate brand-specific parts for my Jeep at no additional cost compared to the generic parts approved on my insurance appraisal.My baby looked good as new and they had washed it before I picked it up!

I came in with a small dime size paint chip and scratch, it wasn’t super noticeable on the car but I didn’t want the spot to rust. Another shop wanted to charge me $700 to disassemble and repaint the entire side of the car to fix this small spot. When I came here they said they could do that same thing, or given the location of the chip and scratch apply some touch up paint and a bit of clear coat for $40. 35 minutes later we were out the door and the car looked almost like it did coming off the lot! This shop is great they gave me a lot of options for how to fix the car! the shop is respectful of you, your car, and your wallet!

I had my fender repaired here recently and they did an excellent job. They kept the price as low as possible but did excellent quality work. They blended the color so that a complete respray of the whole side was not needed. The owner/manager Jorge Diaz always answered his phone and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their work.

Awesome service that I would highly recommend!!! I usually dont take the time to write reviews, but making an exception in this case because I had such a positive experience. I had a minor fender bender a while back and put off getting my car fixed for a year because I figured it would be a painful experience and just didnt want to deal with it. When I finally took my car to Giant though, everything was easy, straightforward and painfree. Here were the things I really liked about Giant: (A) my car came back looking brand new, (B) they did the work in just a single day, (C) George and Chris were very communicative and helpful, (D) there were several other minor issues with my car that they fixed free of charge. On that last point, for example, my drivers side window wasnt working (the issue was totally unrelated to the fender bender). A Subaru dealership had previously told me it would cost $300+ to replace the window control panel. The Giant guys, on the other hand, were able to fiddle with it and now the window works perfectly. Best of all, Giant didnt charge me a single penny for doing so.

Honor their work to the smallest request

Jorge painted my car. they removed every part and then put car back together again. They used a factory specified metallic color for my Mercedes and it matched perfectly, It cost a bit more but the results were outstanding and my car looks like new right from the showroom.

This is the sixth time Ive taken a car to Jorge Diaz at Giant Motors: everything from a Honda Odyssey to a Tesla Roadster. Every single time, the repairs have been perfect and the service impeccable. Price is fair, too. But in this kind of business, what I care about most is quality and execution of the repairs; and my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) considers them a partner shop and gives me a lifetime warranty on any work they perform. Cant beat that, and Ive stopped trying: all body/paint work now goes directly to them.

This is the worst body shop you can go to. The customer service is beyond horrible I had such a horrible experience. Dont let the luxury cars parked outside fool you, they work so bad I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I took my car to change the passenger door which got damaged in an accident and they took 2 weeks to get it done, its just a change of door, it was unbelievable. The owner is rude and has no respect for his customers. When I went to pick it up the car wasnt even ready after they said it was. They even promised to clean the lights on the front of the car and they couldnt even deliver. They were rushing to finish the car because they wanted to leave already. Worst body shop in Miami hands down. Dont come to this place theres better body shops out there.

This is a real review from a real experience. First i could have chosen any body shop to do the repairs on my car after an accident. I have a place in miami and fort lauderdale. I read online reviews and i was a little iffy about Giant. But as they work with my insurance company, their 50 years in the biz, and theres an Enterprise rent a car across the street. I went with Giant, and Im glad I did. Rich and the guys there are professionals. They got me discounts on my deductible, detailed my car, and left it as if it had never been in an accident. And the car was ready on time. Yes i will use them again. Yes I would recommend them. Thanks for making me feel that you do appreciate my business.

They fixed my front fender and matched the paint without having to charge me for painting the whole car. Saved a bunch of money and time. I was not convinced the paint on the new part would match since the car was a few years old and the paint had faded but the computer photometer gizmo they have allowed them to make it exactly like the rest of the car. You cant tell the difference.

My family and I have used body shop a couple times. They did great job in a timely manner and the prices were fair.

I have taken both my car and my wifes car to Giant Motors to have them fixed. My 2008 Honda Accord just needed some minor dings taken out of the doors. My wifes car was hit on the passenger side by someone texting and (not) driving. Jorge (Owner/Manager) took care of both of our cars and they did a great job on both of them (2007 Honda CRV). We use to use Giant Motors on South Beach and after Jorge purchased the company and moved it Miami, it is now right around the corner from my office in Downtown. Jorge shared with me that they have a computerized paint matcher that can even match the paint of your car that is a few years old. They even haggled with the insurance company for us to replace her door actuator and to extend the covered period for a rental. Hope fully we will not need to have our car fixed again anytime soon, but if we do, we will be taking them to Giant Motors.

If you plan to take your car to this place for a minor ding/dent/scratch then it may be an ok shop ... btw, minor ding/dent/scratches are bound to happen in miami. You have to learn to live with it. However, I do not recommend this shop for any major work. I took my car to this shop because my insurance company recommended it to me. 1- Their welding job was so poor, the parts that they put on the car were crooked and not aligned properly. 2- They did not assemble the parts properly. Some were tightened too hard. Some were too loose. 3- After the repair I took the car to 2 mechanics in a few months period and they both told me to take the car back to this shop, so they could fix their errors. The last mechanic told me that the car was not even safe to drive. I am very disappointed. If you take your car to this place because your insurance company asked you to, you should take your car to a different shop for inspection to see if everything is fixed properly.it deserves maybe 2 or 3 stars but I lowered it down to 1 since they caused so much headache with their sloppy repair job.They denied screwing up a few things, but luckily I had pictures of the car before I took it to that shop and after I took it that shop, so I had proof.

Clean cut prices, professional paint job

I have seen the high quality Jorge and the guys put out at Giant Motors Auto Body and Paint since he took over the business in 2014 and it is impeccable. Jorge is a perfectionist and uses the latest frame straightening and computerized paint matching tools.

Did my roommates car after he dented it parking and texting at the same time.. They were able to repair the dent from the inside and painting the car was not required.

Please avoid this place and go to a more reputable body shop.

The worst experience in painting a car was here at Guantanamo engines. Rather they damaged my painting and did a lousy job. Q pray paintjob i have even seen and had in my life. Paint has 2 tones obviously. The paint has 2 shades.
