They did a amazing job on my bmw and even corrected the paint job on the previous bumper that wasnt even painted right. I never noticed it after owning the car for a year and a few months. But they did and made sure that the paint matched my older red paint. It was an absolute pleasure, btw I purchase a pretty rough front bumper not knowing too much and they definetly did a very good job. Im coming back for the rear bumper spoiler and a few details touch ups down the road. Thank you, they also corrected a small mistake on their end and still gave me back my car on time.

Came here for an insurance claim, they gave me an estimate and charged me $100 but wouldn’t follow through with additional paperwork that the adjuster asked for. So I had to go somewhere else and wasted my $100. Who knows if they do a good job, they have five star reviews, but dealing with insurance I give them zero stars

I was looking for an auto paint shop that would be willing to paint a bedroom set with auto paint. I like to get that high gloss look that can only be achieved with auto paint. I did a Google search and randomly called various shops. My luck changed when I called magic touch and spoke to Ray, he was willing to do it. I am very happy with the results and the excellent service Ray extended to me. This is a one of those rare business you find today, where they respect you and give you top notch service. I went here after seeing all the good reviews for this shop, and I have to say I was not let down! I had a small front bumper issue and they took care of it in 45 minutes. Even though another party was paying for the repairs, everyone at Magic Touch was very attentive and professional; that in itself was very refreshing since many other business out there dont afford you the same professionalism even when you personally are footing the bill. Took the car back about 5 days after I picked up to correct something with the washer fluid reservoir and, once gain, Ray had my back. My first accident ever and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this shop as they were closing. They stopped and gave me an estimate anyway. Excellent customer service and their pricing is more than fair.I recommend this shop to everyone.

This was my first time ever searching for a body shop and Magic Touch appeared. I went there and WOW the amount of care they gave me and especially my car was unbelievable. I have a Bmw M4 with a lot of minor problems from carelessness. Anthony assured me the car would be better than when I first got it, and I took that chance. Upon receiving my car, I had many paint chips and peeling paint on my front bumper which couldnt even be found now which amazed me, and not to forget how shiny and perfect the car looked (till now its shining and I get compliments on my paint color!). My suspension issues were fixed and my car stopped pulling to the right which the dealer quoted me 7x more to fix this. I also had an abundant of lights on my dashboard which the dealer quoted me around $7,800 to fix this, and upon telling this to Anthony he quoted me $4,200 which seemed too good to be true. Now after driving my car for around 4 months after, no lights have appeared and its driving better than ever. I really recommend this shop not only because it is great on cost, but the work done and the care taken into my vehicle and for sure others is just UNBELIEVABLE!!!

So I came across Magic Touch the condition and how my 2008 Honda civic looked before was not decent I couldn’t even drive it to far because of the debris rubbing against my tire making it too hot to drive. Long story short Magic Touch is hands down the best body shop I came across. From their customer service, prices, and awesome work. Ive had several cars worked on by this shop and have all ways been very pleased.. they are not the cheapest but then again, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for... they have done some very complicated projects (salt water damage on high end Italian cars) and finished under budget.. I do not hesitate to recommend Ilan and Marlon for any project you have in mind.. nothing too small or too big for these guys..

Creating a personal business relationship with Magic Touch was a painless process. I was in my first car accident and was referred to Magic Touch, from the very moment that I walked in my expectations were quickly exceeded. Quality customer service was evident, their knowledge on the matter showed how well versed they were. The manager went above and beyond to provide kind service to ease my distress, reason being, my car was deemed undriveable, they confirmed my suspicion upon arrival. While waiting for the insurance company to cut me a check, the car was stored at Magic Touch. Ray (Manager) extended their helping hand to further amaze me. The Other services provided by Magic Touch are practical and convenient. 7 days a week someone was always able to help expedite my needs. they remained flexible and helpful while I waited to settle with the Insurance company, I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone with similar ailments.

I am disappointed more by the lack of accountability. Second would definitely be workmanship. The owner Illan will act like your friend all the while lying through his teeth. The paint and body work will look good for a few years then fail. My first time at Magic Touch was five years ago. The car has been back 3x after I was hit. Not once did any of the workmanship last. Either overspray, bad alignment, or bad paint that turns yellow and chips off. Please view my attached photos!! He admitted to me it was his fault the white turned yellow. Magic Touch was paid to replace the entire quarter panel five years ago, instead he fixed it. I brought the car in last week for bubbling paint on the quarter panel he repaired. He told me it’s not covered because it’s 5 years old. But it turns out Magic Touch painted the quarter panel in 2015 as well! He refused to fix the panel, furthermore now refusing to repaint the roof that is turning yellow. 5 years of loyal business, over 15,000$ spent and still no desire to do the right thing. Do not go here.

After much searching for body shops in Miami, I took the chance to go with this one since all the amazing reviews. They did a great job on my 2013 BMW after a car accident that damaged the rear end of my car including bumper, headlamps, and trunk hood. I was devastated. When I saw my car after the repair, it literally looked brand new again. The owner is so nice and a car guru, he jokes around with you and everything so you dont feel so bad your car is all messed up for what ever the reason may be. Its by far the best auto body shop in Miami. I feel so lucky to have found this body shop, It was a very unfortunate situation but they made it smooth and easy for me, they even offer coffee and water. I brought my once beautiful Mercedes convertible to Magic Touch the day after an accident that totally destroyed the passenger side of the car. I was very sad.Firstly, I was so pleased to find that there was a nice person on the other end of the phone offering me directions and assuring me that my car would be put back together again. Upon entering the office of Magic Touch I was pleased that it was clean and orderly. Then, I was met by a lovely lady named Lily-- same person with whom I had spoken on the phone. Then she introduced me to the owner, Ilan. It was very friendly and easy experience, but the best part was when I went to pick up my repaired car.It looked gorgeous -- I mean like NEW. Every detail was tended to, and then some. Ilan went BEYOND what I was hoping for. The result was so great that I didnt even use my discount that I received from Angies list. It was obvious to me that things were done for which I was not charged, so I didnt have the heart.Bring your car there without a doubt, and tell them Iris sent you!

Only honest shop in Miami!. I took my 67 Mustang to Magic Touch upon the recommendation of a friend who has had work done on his antique cars from Magic for over 10 years. I had my exhaust fixed and my rear trunk lock replaced on two different visits. Each time Mr. Ilan (the owner) refused to do work I didnt need- an excellent indication of honesty. My insurance company Geico also approveded my car to be repaired in their body shop so that made it much easier process. If I could I would rate it a 10 star thats how good these people are.
