Fantastic experience!The front desk staff was amazingly helpful. I was very busy during my brief stay in Miami and Natalie was beyond awesome when it came to making follow up phone calls and confirming information with my insurance company and the adjuster.I was even more impressed by the honesty of the staff and owners. Without going into too much detail, I had an expensive personal item accidentally left in the vehicle and couldnt find it when I went to pick my vehicle up. I told the manager about it and he talked it over with the mechanics who said they had seen the device and one of them put it in the console and didnt check on it again. The owner said their guys should have been more cautious with the security of the vehicle and while they had never had an incident like this happen before, he covered the cost of the item so I could purchase a replacement. I have NEVER experienced such incredible customer service although Ill definitely be more careful in the future! It could have been so easy for the mechanic to deny he had ever seen the item but he did the right thing and I am so grateful for it. If youre looking for honest and good quality service, you should go to Miami Hi-Tech.

Eric and the staff were friendly and professional, but more importantly, they delivered as promised and fixed my 2015 Lexus IS 250 in a reasonable amount of time and price! They even fixed some damages under the front bumper as a courtesy. Id definitely refer family and friends 👍🏻👍🏻
This place shouldnt even be allowed to provide service. Would give 0 stars if I could. They are lying scammers; poor person at reception is lost and has no clue about what is going on. It seems to me as if they hire whoever comes through their door to apply. Very unprofessional, they lie about when your car will be ready from repair. If you want quick service and not someone constantly lying to you every time you call, do NOT come to this place- save your money and time by going some place else.
Had my car for over 4 weeks for simple repair. Repeatedly lied too and they even stole my rubber floor mats, which was admitted to and paid for. The work they did on my BMW has left permanent damage.
I would not recommend this body shop at all, the first thing I didnt like was that they almost never return none of my calls. Then at the end, they called me saying that the car was good and ready to be picked up, when I get in the car and I start driving the first thing I noticed was that the steering wheel was turned 45 degrees but yet the wheels was straight--they didnt do an alignment. I am thinking to myself, didnt they said it was ready?, I mean something like this is obvious even to the naked eye that something is wrong...When I went back to tell them, they just started to give me excuses, stating that the insurance didnt pay for an alignment and that for them to fix this they would had to send a request and wait for an approval that could take 48 Hours. This is all after I had returned my rental car, because they told me the car was Ready. Come on!! isnt that common sense!? How come you can say a car is ready, make me return my rental, and yet you have a steering wheel that is turned 45 degrees. R they joking??? is that a way to treat a customer? If the car needed an alignment, they should have contacted my insurance way before making me return my rental and telling that the car was ready. I told them that I didnt what the car like that, that I wanted it fix no matter what--I wanted my car the same way it was before--how can they have the guts to try to gimme the car in this condition. Luckily I had a friend that pick me up and dropped me off, because they wanted to give me another rental and make me pay for it too...in conclusion this guys suck, they have no common sense, or they are just trying to screw you at all cost.
My car was towed to this body shop. They pretended to be nice at first but they are not after all.They didnt fix my car, and even broke and made holes under bumpers. They kept my car for 60 days and didnt fix and other body shop said it takes 1 week to fix it. They got money more than $6,000 from insurance company and I paid more than $1,000 for renting excluding my insurance renting policy. They charged all things to me after they promised they would pay for it.I fixed my car at the other body shop at the end on my own expenses because they didnt fix and kept my car at their place again and again. They said they would fix till tomorrow but not. It happened again and again. If your car was towed to this place, you should drive your car to the other place promptly no matter how much you should pay for cancellation fee. I dont understand how they can make money in the US. The worst body shop in the world. They, receptionests, managers, and owner, cheated and cheated. You should go to another shop or hire a lawyer ASAP.
Tow-truck driver took me here.Had my car 123 days. Some of that was not their fault but it was impossible to get an update.Always said we will call you back, rarely did.Said rental car would be $10 per day for whatever insurance didnt cover, ended up being $26 a day.Ended up having to take my car to the dealer after we got it back to complete repairs.They have deals with tow-truck drivers and rental car company. Its going to cost you.

My car was at this shop for 50 days, Jan 14 though March 4. They blame the insurance company for the delay and did show me proof that Progressive facilitated the delays as well.The front desk staff were all very sweet and as attentive as they could be, no complaints there.The manager, Eric, was pleasant, but like most body shops, they tell you it will be ready one day and its another month before it is actually ready. When I was dealing with Mario at the beginning he would call me to give me some sort of updates but that stopped quickly, after 2nd week there.I asked the receptionist several times to have the owner call me to discuss my situation but I never received a call back from the owner. I was unhappy with the whole process and the time it took to get my car fixed, something that should have taken 2 weeks max took nearly 2 months. I will be reaching out to my insurance to figure out what happened on their end. I really wanted to like this business because the people working there seemed very sweet, but based on the experience I had, whether because of them or Progressive, I still would not recommend them.
They take forever to fix your car. The office staff doesn’t return calls. I do not recommend them.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I was in an accident and it took over 3 months for them to fix my car. Tons of excuses and changed deadlines, but this isnt the worst part. After I finally got my car back, it vibrated pretty badly, so I took it to another body shop to get a second opinion (I certainly didnt want to take it back). It turns out they forgot to put some parts back in, including the saftey pins in my front wheels. They also left the ABS cable hanging down in one of the wheels, where it could have easily gotten caught and been torn. And to top it all off they kept my lug nut key (and ignored my calls when I asked about it), so the new body shop had to replace the wheel lock set. Its one thing to not keep deadlines, but to sacrifice the safety of your customers is unacceptable. If I could give them no stars at all, I would.
Worst experience ever, they took more than 70 days to repair my car. I had to trade it in after because they did not take care of the bad job they did on it. Horrible paint job, scratches that my car did not have before, windshield liquid tank was broken, hood was not installed correctly, etc. Every time I called them they had a different excuse or they would blame it on the Insurance company. Btw the car I had was a Honda Civic 2013 sedan, parts for that are around the corner its not like I had a Ferrari. Wish I would made a different choice of where my car was taken but the guy at Downtown towing talked to me like if Miami Hi Tech was the deal, but they are not. Obviously he made some business there. Good body shops do not need towing people to refer them. This happens all the time with this body shop, just do not make business with them. This is a REAL BAD REVIEW not a good MADE UP review.

Took way longer than the estimated time frame to repair 2k of damage. Had to go back 3 different times because they said car was done and they did half as jobs. Forget about dealing with the manager, hes always out to lunch for the whole day. Just standing in the office you will realize how bad this shop is from all the complaints the secretarys have to deal with and cover up. In the end i was so pissed that i took the car and will end paying out of pocket to get it done correctly. Paint and clear was horrible, charged me to recondition the factory wheel where the car was hit and was never done, pulling out of the drive way i almost crashed because car pulls to the left and shakes like crazy with steering noises. They obviously never did an alignment or check the steering for possible additional damage for a car that was hit on the front tire. I really dont know how this shop is still in business. If you can avoid it do so at all cost!!!! Insurance says they wont pay additional so its pay out of pocket or take them to court!
After my wreck the tow truck suggested this spot. The ladies at the desk reassured me that going through my insurance wouldnt be a big deal and would be easy.They took 6 weeks to complete a 2 week job. Every update was inaccurate. Every time I called something else was wrong or they were told the wrong thing.I highly suggest AGAINST using this shop. And if you are in a situation that you have to; never hang up the phone. If they say they will call you back they are lying. I called every day for 3 weeks and never one time received a call back. (Even from the Manager that I drove to the shop to meet to get an update in person; since they could not get him on the phone). This was a horrible experience.Do NOT use this shop. They are trying to scam you. The fact they dont take credit cards or checks and are cash only shows that enough.
Theyve had my car since Monday morning, theyre fixing a 1 in scratch, they have told me the car is going to be ready 2 days in a row and put me off until Thursday, they said 12pm it will be ready, I call to follow up and I asked to speak to the manager at 9am by 2:30pm, 2 and half hours after its supposed to be ready I still dont get a call back from the manager. I finally get ahold of Eric the manager and he says the car will be ready at 3pm. I asked him what time they closed so I could leave work early and pick it up, he said 5pm .. I asked what time they closed becuase it seemed early and he told me 5pm, I check online after and it says 6pm. I get here at 4:30 and no one knows anything about the car and its still not ready, the manager Eric gave me petty excuses and started lying and telling me he told me between 3:30 and 4:30 .. well it was 5 minutes to 4:30 and the tech doing the work wasnt even working on getting my car ready. Its not 5pm Im sitting here waiting and my cad is still not ready and Eric has yet to face me or apologize for the delay or anything.. the place smelled like crap and looks very unorganized. Terrible experience, theyre liars and have terrible customer service skills. Gave me back my car with a dead battery. Dust particles in the paint .

I just had taken out my brand new lexus is 250 out of a dealer had the car for a week, and on my way to work this woman texting rear ended me . Was referred to miami hi tech bodyshop ladies at the front desk made my day much easier they helped me do the claim advised of every step ahead and informed me of what i had to do, i had no way to get home and it was 3am they provided me with an enterprise vehicle right there at the shop. Ins took a couple days to come but after that everything was quick, i liked that they kept me informed at all times. Car came out looking great . I totally recommend this shop ...management is awesome 😆Bella

A drunk driver hit me while I was in Coral Gables for a class meeting. Im surprised my insurance didnt decide to total the car after they saw it. At any rate, the car was shipped to this shop and I decided to go ahead and go with them for the repairs. They had my car for two and a half months and any time I called kept on telling me Monday or Next week or were in the final stages or its a management issue. They never called when they said they would. I dont even have my car back yet to talk about the quality of the work done on it.I would not recommend this piece of crap shop to anyone.
These guys are so bad at their job that they have to py tow trucks to refer them clients, our car has been in the shop for more than 60 days, when its ready i will ask them to reimburse me my rental expense, if they dont i will sue them, thats the good thing about being a lawyer, you can hold people like this accountable

Do not take your car here 72 day after full payment and no car yet excuses run around,, they pay tow truck drivers to convince you not to use a insurance certified shop.. Im over 3k in rental car bills,. if I would have taken to certified shop and the shop took this long rental would have been covered.. bad service not enough employees to handle the work load.. I wish I would have read there reviews before. .

Totally dishonest - they pay towers to pick up your car, then promise but never give estimates, finally 5 weeks later they claim that car cannot be repaired, then demand storage feels - this plus the unanimous negative reviews should keep any sane person from using this criminal enterprise
