Unfortunately, someone rear ended me and I had to look for a body shop for my repairs. I searched near my house and found Moby. I picked this one due to the amazing reviews it had and how they were very professional and very detail. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Assistant manager Enrique was awesome by constantly updating me and sending me pictures of the progress on my car. They had to replace multiple parts (trunk, bumpers, support beam, lights etc.) And it came out looking just like the first day I bought my car. Front desk assistant Cristina was always professional and willing to help me. Their lifetime warranty on repairs they did is even a bigger plus. They won a customer for life.

I was involved in an accident and my car was towed to their facility. My car arrived on Wednesday and I got a call it was ready for pickup the following Monday, talk about fast! I left completely happy and satisfied, you would of never known it was involved in an accident... In addition to getting it repaired, they retured my car washed, completely clean... Everyone was super nice and professional, I will definitely go back if need be and recommend anyone looking for repairs on their vehicles.

I came to Moby Auto Collision from out of town today with a very unusual request. Not only did the staff and owner of Moby treat me either the upmost kindness, they then provided assistance to me at no cost. I did not need a repair - I needed an educated opinion about a car that had been repaired by someone else. I expected Enrique, the owner of the shop, to give me 5 or 10 minutes as I was not on his schedule for the day. Not only was he helpful and professional, he took the time to explain what he saw in a way I could understand so that I could make an educated financial decision about a car. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area. If I did, I would bring my cars to Moby Auto Collision for any and all car services his shop could provide. In my opinion, people just typically do not go out of their way when their isn’t anything in it for them. They did. They have my upmost respect and gratitude. I highly recommend them for any service they could provide to you.

Moby Auto is the spot. Didnt initially write a review, since I only had one experience with them, so hard to compare. Yet recently I referred a friend of mine, and same. Service is excellent. They keep you informed and are transparent. Quality of work, of the charts. Got into a severe fender bender that damaged the whole rear of my trunk, as well as panels. Tech at Moby told me Trust me, youll never noticed it happened, which sounded like a sales pitch. One week later, my car looked brand new. Could never tell anything had changed, paint was on point.My friend, fractured axel, noticeable damage to side of vehicle. Cant even tell. Cars aligned to perfection. If your insurance company gives you Moby as a choice, go here.

Car had accident and cooling system was damaged which it had radiator and condenser replaced. Which the anti freeze they added to the system was not the one they had specified in the invoice and turns out wasn’t the type for my car (Wasn’t oat they said it was) and color didn’t even match the color of the antifreeze that was on the invoice. They tried over the phone saying i was the one who added the wrong type trying to put blame on me when i would only go to dealership for maintenance and is ironic the color of antifreeze completely changed after the accident. They was nice and did good work but I didn’t like the back and forth i had with them so i ended up flushing the system myself for piece of mind.

This body shop rocks!! My car was scheduled be completed in 8 days but they finished a day early! Car is super clean and riding smooth. They also helped me out by putting on a part i had saving before my accident. Super nice staff and clean facility.

I was involved in an accident. The at-fault drivers insurance accepted 100 % liability and gave me the option of either choosing my own auto body shop or 1 of 3 they work directly with which provides me lifetime warranty on the repair relating to the accident for as long as I own the vehicle. I chose to go with one of theirs and gave Moby a chance. I was treated with respect, given excellent customer service, their entire staff (own, front desk, and mechanics) are friendly, they explained everything in detail several times for me to understand and were patient while doing so. They were never to busy to talk to me. I was given a time frame of 7-10 business but received a call 3 days later to advise me my car was ready and I could pick it up.They surpassed my expectations!!!
