Be careful Be careful with this shop! Don’t fix your car here! They had my had my car sitting on their shop for months, and they told me to get a rental car, that they will pay back, and nothing, $2500 in rentals, I had to remove my car unfinished just because they still haven’t done nothing,

Be careful, they track accidents which is how they get their business. They will act friendly and even tow your car for free to their shop. If you decide you want to go somewhere else, they will be able to scam you for storage fees at least. Sadly, it was my first accident so it seemed like a miracle that people were suddenly there to give me help. Definitely learned my lesson.

This place is amazing! They really care about their customers and the cars they work on. Quotes are detailed and they explain pricing and timeline clearly. I was involved in an accident on a Sunday night and I’m not from Miami - so I didn’t have anywhere to take my car overnight while I waited for a collision center to open. My AAA driver recommended them as the best and after he called them to explain my situation, they opened their shop just to help me out.

They were attentive and understanding after a terrible car crash.

From the moment I got in I was treated like one of the family. It was the first “big accident” for me and Mayra took me step by step with the insurance process. I had to come back because of a strange noise and the mechanic took the time to ride my car with me, giving me all the explanations and fixing the problem immediately. I hope I won’t have another accident but this is definitely the right place to go! They make the difference.

I wish there was a 0 star option. This place should be shut down. They are awful. Liars. Terrible work. Scam artists. They send their guys out to chase car accidents so they can get your business. They charge your insurance for work that they dont even finish. They broke pieces of my car in the process of fixing other parts of my car. They gave me back my car with the driver seatbelt not working. I guess they dont care if you die as long as they get their money. Do not come to this place unless you like wasting your time and money. You and your car are better off without them.

They got my car September 18th . Once I seen how much it would be to fix my car I asked them to tow it back to my house today September 24th no one updated me since they took the car . They told me they would let me know if my insurance would cover it they had the car all this time and never let me know anything until I CALLED FIRST . Now none of my calls are being answered both tow drivers are declining my calls, and ignoring all of my messages . 3,000 to just to fix two doors ? I can buy a whole nother car with that . I’m literally being ignored as I type this no one is answering my calls and I’m waiting on my car to be towed back to my house . THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE . THEY WILL ONLY HELP THEIR OWN PEOPLE ‼️‼️‼️

Worst body shop Ive ever been too. Took five weeks to finish my car. I had to stay on them and pop up at the shop just for them to get working on my car diligently. They lied and told me two weeks and it took five. They also lied about what uber would do. I really feel that they just want the checks from my accident. I shouldve taken it to automation collision now thats a great collision place!!! REGLO SUCKS MAJOR ASS!!!!!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They had our car for 6 months didn’t finish it, we had to tow it home to tow to another shop because it shakes going over 40mph and is still unsafe to drive. On top of that, They Messed up 2 new wheels we paid for because they didn’t check them, the brake calipers cut into the backs of the wheels.. they admitted it was their fault for mounting the wheels and still refuse to pay for them.Please save someone else the headache!

I was in a fender bender last week & needed my car back fast.i spoke to Yayi at Reglo Auto collision & she was very helpful & professional. Had work done at this shop. Work was not done properly my mercedes letters were never put back(c300) however the 4 matic was put in in reverse as matic 4; I was charged for work that was never done due to no damages in the rear... scratches still visible on the car my technician was rude and did the job poorly had to report this company to my insurance due to overcharging and very poor work!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, the work is VERY POOR QUALITY!!!! One bright spot was Mayda she was great however after taking my car back twice i stool got a new paint job.... charged me for a new bumper and put the old one back with dents!

Had my car for 6 months didn’t finish it. Messed up 2 new wheels I paid for because they didn’t check them admitted it was their fault and refuse to pay for them. Now it’s at another shop and they are finding messed up welds and the fender was missing half the bolts.

The worst in Miami. They put used parts on me and the bondo work was too bad I would have done it myself. I advise you not to give your money away here, much less the opportunity to fix your car as they do a terrible job. The people they serve are heavy and dont explain anything to you. And they get mad if you ask them something. Tremendous shame that they allow body shops like that in Miami. I had to spend more money to repair it properly. I dont put 0 stars because they wont let me.
