Great customer service!.. Restroom not so good and outside the building.

This is the worst experience I ever had buying a car from an auto auction. Starting from a false advertising, long waiting periods of time and make the entire experience a nightmare. First time buyer there and this is my last time too. I hope people starting reading this review and open your eyes. You are a about waste your time and money like a lot other users. Check their reviews under the BBB before make the mistake I made. At this time the BBB wont do Anything so Im going in a different route. Legal action.

That disrespect so great I have been calling for 30 minutes by phone to get information about a vehicle to pick up and they have hung up the telephone, they do not let me speak and they leave me waiting without explanation. Horrible

Never had this horrible of an experience. Only Copart auction I know that works against everything they stand for. The employees were impolite and the GM, Julio, was absolutely horrible to work with. The vehicle they listed on their site was not the way they described and now they are doing everything in their power to get around it and have me stuck with a vehicle that has way more issues then mentioned. Everything from previous repairs and held on drywall screws and the description is front end damage. Seriously?

Please contact Jonathan Stratton if you were ripped off by Copart Jonathan.Stratton@usdoj gov send him proof of payment and or complaint you have with Copart he is investigating poor quality of vehicles being sold to customers. cars are all pulled and scammed by car dealers then sent back to auction for resale as insurance cars

I would say the service was good but they could use more chairs in the lobby area

Worst experience ever!!!! Every single time we come here to pick up a car it takes them 3 years to bring it out because there is only one person on a forklift and 15 trucks waiting for a vehicle. We spend almost an entire day waiting and the service is extremly slow. We go to multiple co parts in Miami and never have as much trouble as we do at this location EVER TIME. They should really look into the business model of the other co parts in the area for guidance.

I feel betrayed. The company offers a port on the auction site with good transport costs. After purchase, it turns out that this is a mistake and they do not send with more expensive nj. Leaky service cannot admit error. Charges the cost of 10% of the value of the goods and 250 USD for transactions although I gave up because of their errors on the site. I do not recommend. I even warn you. The case will be dealt with by the relevant institutions and court. I wont let things go, as a rule! They didnt even have the courage to say sorry. Zero level.

This copart is a trap, very bad experience with them. They couldnt solve a small problem of $ 89 where the mistakes were made by themselves. Money is the least. The thing is that when the client fails, they immediately apply it with everything, but when the failure is copart, you have no way to defend yourself. What I have is tremendous helplessness. The auction is good marketed with Copart for almost 30 years, the service is excellent easy to buy on the internet, in my opinion they should not allow the purchase to individuals without a Dmv license since we pay insurance bond licenses and all the requirements they request in the city of Miami, and it is not fair to have to compete with the auction we also pay an annual payment to register our dealers and be able to buy.
