I highly recommend using this company. I first went to a company called Affordable Auto Glass in Hialeah, Fl. What a huge mistake that was! I ended calling Countywide Auto Glass back and having a call back immediately. advising that my windshield is in stock and was given an appointment for the very next day. The technician Christian was prompt and professionalism and took about 30 minutes for the install. I would definitely recommend Countywide to all my coworkers, friends, and family. I live in North Carolina and I was traveling to see family in Homestead. On my way there, my windshield got cracked pretty bad. I really needed to have my windshield replaced before I went home because I was concerned it would get worse and be a safety hazard.It’s a good thing my family was able to refer me to Countywide. They came the very next day and even worked in the rain to replace my front windshield. I couldn’t be happier with their service because I even mentioned that I had tinted my glass and they were able to come with the windshield that looked identical to the one I had.The technician answered all of my questions and made sure I knew exactly what to do. I also appreciate that they stand by their work and guarantee their work against leaks and noise. I wish I knew of a company like Countywide in North Carolina, because I would tell everyone I knew to call them when they have broken glass on their car.

Great service and they come to you! My pickups back glass panel had been leaking, or so I thought. The tech came and diagnosed that the water was actually coming in through the third brake cab light. He sealed it up and also resealed my back glass panel. Very happy with the service! Will definitely be calling them back to replace my windshield.

Listen - youre not going to get a quicker response or a more friendly customer service experience for the price. Spoke to Damian after my car rear window got smashed in by a Homerun at a softball tournament. As upset as I was about the whole thing, I asked for a quote via yelp and was given the best price possible in a super timely manner. Damian was professional and more than accommodating. The morning of the install, Chris came to my house for the installation and was courteous and quick. Overall the experience was overwhelmingly pleasant given the circumstances of having to replace my car window in the first place. Glad I went with Countywide and if this ever happens to any of our softball friends, we have an amazing recommendation to give!!

I got the windshield replacement for my BMW. They did a perfect job, super quick and nice customer service and good price. I highly recommend them, if you need to change your auto glass. One thing that is really good is they’ll give you a lifetime warranty for the replaced part.

They gave me an appointment for the same day I called them, the technician they sent was on time, nice to work with and did his job well. Had an issue after the windshield replacement where my window spray jets didnt work and they promptly came back out and replaced a fitting that had broken during the install. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from Countywide and highly recommend them...

Had a cracked glass sunroof on my Jaguar after calling about 5 places and getting told they couldn’t get the glass and one place quoting way over price!Lastly, I found Countywide Auto Glass they were professional and wasted no time immediately told me they could get the glass and came to my location to replace it... the result excellent!! The unfortunate happens requiring us with the chore of replacing windshields after something hits it causing cracks. I contacted insurance as we all do who recommend Safelite. You know when your car has collision avoidance and/or headsup displays this can be a pain causing you to have to go to the dealer after it’s replaced or drive around with warnings all over your dash. Well not with countywide. Professionals like Ivan are needed to avoid this pain and I couldn’t be happier that he was able to prevent me going to the pain in the a$$ dealer. He took the time to call me, explain the process and then accommodated my difficult schedule.Very knowledgeable and very professional! Insurance should be recommending these guys! I had scheduled them to come and fix my windshield on my car, they had done a reasonable job but the next day I had woke up to scratches all over the left side of my hood. I know for a fact they weren’t there before, including photos proving that the car had no scratches in that spot previously. They had the tech come and take a look and they didn’t do anything about it even after I showed them the pictures. They claimed he didn’t do it and the tech that took care of my car lied and said no tools were placed on my hood. Do NOT go here, unless you are prepared to cover your hood with a tarp, I Do Not reccomend this shop!

I was driving on the turnpike one morning and I saw as tractor trailer crossed over three lanes in fear of missing his exit. I was able to slow down but I watched as the back of the trailer fishtailed and hit a truck. I slowed down to avoid the collision, but my windshield was damaged by debris from the accident. Once I confirmed that there had been no other damage to my vehicle, I called Countywide Autoglass and Damian answered. He helped call my insurance and process the claim. The very next day a technician was at my home. The process was fast and painless and the technician was extremely professional. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I had a crack on my windshield and initially called Safelite, but they said their earliest available appointment was several days later. I couldn’t keep driving my car because the crack kept getting bigger and I needed to meet with clients all over South Florida. A coworker of mine referred to me to Countywide Auto Glass and they were absolutely great. They worked my insurance to get the costs covered and the best part was that they were able to fix it the same day I called! They did a great job and have great customer service. These guys replaced the windshield on my 2015 F150 a couple years back. At first we had a couple issues regarding the windshield not being sound screen like the factory one, but the owner and his staff worked with me to try to get the correct windshield from Ford. At the end of the day it seems the issue falls on Ford because they could not even get the right windshield. Overall these guys were great. They were patient with me during the frustrating process and went out of their way and spent their money and time to try and make it right. Will use them again for sure!

Countywide did a great job replacing my mothers driver side mirror of her new Buick. They matched the paint perfectly and it was fast, friendly and convenient at my home. They also came back and tinted her windows to reduce the heat level in the car.

You can just imagine the heartache I felt when I walked to my car parked in Downtown Miami to find the back window smashed in and that a small item was taken from my car. My pain of how to fix the window was my greatest concern. Questions like will it rain soon, how much will this cost, how fast can I get someone to fix this and who can I trust to do a great job came up? Before the cops arrived to my car, I already had an appointment scheduled with Countywide for the afternoon. The technician did a great job taking the door panel apart, cleaning the debris, and putting it all together again as it was before this heartache. Not only was the tech great but again the quick response to take action, and repair ASAP made me feel at ease that I wasnt alone in solving this problem. Thanks again for helping me get my car and my day back in order.

If you have a sunroof issue, go somewhere else. the guy that came out didnt even try to close the sunroof for me, and it has been raining. All he did was charge me $45 for coming out and i didnt get a quote until 3 days later. i went somewhere else, they closed the sunroof and had part 2 days later.I called and asked to speak to owner and was told he was not in and try again later. Sounds like they cant fix sunroofs but were quick to take my $45 tho

I offered to drive to one of their locations with the hopes of immediate service and that made the wait time worse... Thankfully, I was referred to Countywide Auto Glass... Not only did they come to my home to repair the window that same afternoon but the customer service exceeded my expectations!!! Countrywide Auto Glass professionally installed the rear window glass to my 2003 Ford Excursion. What is amazing is that they picked up and agreed to perform this work the same day as our mandatory evacuation while we left for Hurricane Irma on Thursday September 7th. Having to replace the windshield of your new 2018 Mercedes can be very stressful and most of all depressing. After dealing with Safelite for a few days and not getting a response on the approval of my claim for an OEM glass, I decided to contact my insurance company to let them know that I no longer wanted them to do the work since I was not happy with the time that they were taking to get back to me with an answer. I asked my insurance company to switch me to Countywide Autoglass. They were highly recommended by the Mercedes dealer and I felt more comfortable having them replace the glass.Im so glad that I made this choice.
