Best experience ever! Rosey was honest and personable she was able to analyze the issue and quote me a fair price . I was doing all this from online searching ( I am in Virginia, my college age son lives in Miami ) Once he got to the business Chris was able to help him quickly and efficiently and at the quoted price!! I called that place twice and both times spoke with a girl who promised she would call me back about my concerns. Never got a call back. Dont know if they pay for these positive reviews but my experience was not positive at all.

I borrowed my mom’s car a Honda Crv and the window got smashed at my work place. While freaking out trying to find out where I can take it to fix it my girl found this place. For half the price of every other glass shop ( keep in mind they only use OEM Parts) they will treat you like a princess. My only recommendation is call in advance to make sure they have the part that is needed before you head down to see them. They had me in and out the same day with a fix window!!

I had a leak in my car and I wasn’t sure if it was the tubes that drain the water or the sunroof. So I searched online and found “El Chamo Auto Glass” and read excellent reviews. I called and Rosy was helpful and kind over the phone and told me to come in person to get everything checked out. I took my car and we met, Chris, who is a genius with cars! He’s phenomenal and dedicated to his work. He explained everything to my dad and I so we could understand what was happening with the leak. He showed us where the tubes that drain the water out were located and what we should look out for. He cleaned out the tubes and showed us the accumulation of dirt and particles that had been clogging the tubes. He was very respectful and took his time to make sure everything checked out okay. My dad and I are beyond happy and we learned a lot as well! Chris, is a talented, hard working individual and we highly recommend him for the job because he’s meticulous and knows a lot about cars! Thank you, Chris and El Chamo! We will recommend people and will come back if anything ever happens.

Overall experience was perfect! I couldnt find a reasonable auto glass repair shop until I found this company online. Spoke to Rosy explained to her the small window i needed for my chysler pacifica. She was super helpful and willing to go out of her way. She was really good with communication skills and barely had to wait for window repair. Awesome company!!! I didn’t know that my insurance covered my windshield without having to pay the deductible since I’ve never had a cracked windshield. They informed me and told me the steps to take. Chris was here within the hour, changed the molding if the window since it was defective, and had my windshield on quickly. It was ready an hour before I left work at 3. I am so lucky to have called them. Very professional, quick, and overall awesome!!!

I had a huge rock hit my windshield on my way to Orlando in the middle of the night. I called a few shops in Orlando at that time no one would respond with a quote, so I decided to look up shops in Miami and wait until I came bac to repair it. I called El Chamos shop late at night and they answered me and told me everything I needed to know, told me I can even have my insurance cover it since I wasnt aware of that in Florida because I recently moved here from out of state. She had me text her a picture of my glass just to ensure she had the right one since my car was foreign and has many extras. THEY OFFERED TO COME TO MY HOME AND FIX IT BUT i OPTED TO BRING IT TO THEM AND THEY were so quick, I was out of there in 20 minutes, they even offered me breakfast. Great place great service great price very friendly.

It was 3:30 in the afternoon when my kids returned to their car at the Airport to find the windshield smashed (Irma). Could not drive it 60 miles home. El Chamo came to them and had the windshield replaced and payment worked out with insurance in less than 3 hours! They even vacuumed the glass out of the car, and saved the parking stickers and SunPass off the broken windshield. Incredible service. Communicated with me the whole time via text and phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They did amazing job even though I came through last minute, I had my rear window busted out on my honda accord and they fixed it the same day. they even cleaned up all of the glass! extremely nice staff as well. and safelight quoted me over $350 for the same job they did for less than half of that, highly recommend

When my sunroof flew off I called many places. They all wanted $500 to fix my sunroof. When I called El Chamo they told me it might be under warranty recall. They did some research and found out it was a recall and I didnt have to pay to have a brand-new sunroof put in. Thank goodness I talked to them. They put it in in 2 hours and I was on my way home. They kept in close contact so I knew where we were along the whole process. Thank you thank you!
