My experience at Abana Auto Parts Was extremely good. Carlos was very friendly and polite. I went in to get a new set of tires for my Hummer H3 and they did a multi point check on my vehicle And determined that I needed to replace the wheel bearings, They explained the reason in a simple but detailed manner, proceeded to give me a quote for the parts and labor and they even threw in a discount since I was already buying the tires from them. They told me the car would be ready at 5 PM and when I got there my car was fixed and on the pick up ramp. These guys love what they do and they do it for a fair price. I definitely recommend them!

Moved here from Boston Ma recently. Went to Abana for rear break service and front shocks today. Work was preformed very efficently. The price was the best in the area as well out of the list of 10 mechanics I called for quotes. I would def recommend them to anyone looking for a new mechanic.

Took my motorcycle on the phone they said one price, when I was gonna pay, they increased the price by almost $70, not only that, it had been the second time that I had to take my bike there, because the first time they said I was something else and the problem continued, so I went there to claim warranty and ended up paying more than $600, besides that fact it took them more that 3 weeks for something that the charged me 2.5 hours of labor at $75 per hour. Save time and more importantly money. DONT GO THERE.

Scam artists! Will steal your money. Run! Will complete the work before giving a quote and then demand tons of money! I dropped my car off for a quote, a couple days later, they call and tell me the work is done and then demand nearly $4k for work I never approved! Please, please go elsewhere and save your money, time, headaches and stress!

This is the only place I know that charges customers 4% of your total if you pay with credit or debit card. There are signs but I noticed them after I agreed to do the work and they dont tell you until the end they call it a convenience fee (maybe for them) the work was ok although the wait was a bit long.En este negocio te cobran 4% mas arrival del total si pagas con tarjeta de debito o credito siempre pregunta antes ya que no te lo dicen de frente a no ser que te des cuenta de los avisos, el trabajo estubo bien a unique se demoro bastante.

This is the worst mechanic shop in Miami. I sent my engine to be rebuild and they did a horrible job. Engine is worse than before I took it. Im here to let anybody that is thinking about taking your vehicle there, to STOP. Ive lost so much money in this place and in the end I stayed without a car. This place should be shut down forever

DO NOT GO HERE! I took the cylinder head for a quote he told me to call back on Monday for price because system was down. I called him back he told me the head was ready to be picked up and it would be $400 for a 05 civic. I never agreed to anything. He said I had two choices. Pay $400 or he would keep the heads and hung up. Thats not right.

Very poor attention is what you will gain by taking your car to this workshop. At first they seemed friendly but few worried, my car being the only means of my family and my baby, they leave anyone in command and if it is not for a phone call that I made to ask if I could move the car or not, this would be with the engine molten! They care very little about their customers. What a bitter and unpleasant experience in addition to feeling the helplessness of not being able to do anything because the manager does not care about his clients. They totally do not care.

I am a person with hearing impairment, they even made fun of this and I just needed to explain the correct diagnosis to me, however they did not hesitate to charge. They are only interested in stealing your money! There are more options in the area where they can assist you. Excellent service and seriousness. The owner changes now and things are not the same, the prices have gone up a lot since you see the service is not the best aunq the new owner is super nice but he has to be aware of his people and the service and I treat the public.

I have always taken my car to be repaired at that place with Mr. Novoa, the owner, now with a new administration they treated me very well with the new administrator called Carlos and with the same mechanics, very good customer service guaranteed.
