Very friendly and helpful service writers. Process for service was easy and smooth. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the negative attitude of the check in/valet attendant. Not a customer friendly personality. And getting our car after paying for service took way too long. However I kept my 5 star rating for the most important part - good quality car service.
This has by far been the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I set foot inside this location, I was greeted with such a warm welcoming. Albert was my salesman and he is the absolute best!! He guided me to the Benz that best fits me. He was so knowledgeable, kind, professional, and prompt. He answered all my questions and explained each and every feature of my new S580. I felt very pleased and confident that I made a such a valuable purchased, even more confident that I Albert made sure everything was ready for me when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Such a smooth process!! Mercedes Benz is not just a company, it’s a Brand, and with Albert at the Miami location, my car buying experience was phenomenal!! Thank you once again Albert!

My overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Francisco. He was professional, enthusiastic, and listened. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very honest about where my investment would work best for my needs. Will of the Finance Department, was equally honest and upfront. Let’s face it, we all know that sometimes buying a car can be a challenging experience. Not all places have their customer’s best interests at heart and you can never be sure if the sales person is really on your side. That’s why I felt compelled to leave this review for Mercedes-Benz of Miami, because they have vastly exceeded all my expectations with regard to a smooth and enjoyable car buying experience. The entire process was extremely streamlined and handled professionally with utmost respect for my views and opinions as a customer. I never felt pressured or in any way asked to leave my comfort zone. However, as all places, in the end it is the employees that make the company. In my case, I would like to give a shout out and highly recommend Alberto Magallon, the sales associate that helped me into my new car. He is the nicest, most accommodating, and most knowledgeable guy you could wish for. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, but this particular experience was special, because Alberto was my sales associate. If you want an ally during this process, Alberto is your man. I truly think that he stands out amongst many great professionals at Mercedes Benz, as one of their shining stars. I cannot recommend him enough.

This is THE WORST PLACE to take your car for service. They DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, AS A CUSTOMER, OR YOUR CAR. They make you wait forever and come with EXCUSES; they dont give you a courtesy or loaner car even after taking longer than necessary. All they care about is taking your money. I had to Lyft my way to work and several times to the Service Dept.; Not even a discount for how long they took to fix a recall. Thats what I went there for - from Monday until Friday at 12 Noon. Then they want to charge you an arm & a leg for diagnostic checks they took forever to do when they said 2 days. Dont take your car to 1200 NW. 167th St., Miami Location or even buy there. Maybe another location might care more about their customers. The So-called Manager didnt even help. Whatever happened to the Customer is always right? - Customer satisfaction is dead at this location. Dont say I didnt warn you. (I wish you could give 0 star - thats what they earned from me
I made a appointment for oil change service. When I sat down with service person, they offer me 3 different kind of services. Which was very nice but I told them that I just want oil change service. On the their web site offer $30 off with any service with $150 or more service so I asked them if they can honor the that coupon when my oil change service was $289 and plus tax but service person said, oil change is Not service just oil change so we can NOT take the coupon. Please tell me, oil change is Not a service? Then why they offer oil change service from the beginning... LOL
The only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars is because the service guy Joel goes above and beyond to help our experience go as seamless as possible. He texted with us to keep us informed about our car and to give us the details on the tricks of how to get in and out quickly but quickly is definitely relative. The lack of management and standards at the dealership are beyond Joel’s control and they are definitely disappointing. From the moment you walk into the service center of Mercedes-Benz of Miami it feels like you’re entering a used car dealership - no one is there to greet you, it’s hot and unpleasant and on top of that even with an appointment you have to wait 60+ minutes. The loaner car center is also a joke - we had to go an hour before they even open in order to make sure we could get a loaner - the representative working the rental desk (opens at 9am) strolled in at 9:05am - slowly taking her time while setting up her desk., while customers were waiting. The loaner cars are disgusting, not fully washed - I found a used mask in ours. They gave it to us with NO GAS, broken wipers and a scratched windshield. The loaner car even had expired plates which I didn’t notice until a few days of driving it. The poor management is a pity. The lack of standards and accountability is sad to see especially considering the amount of money we spend to drive a Mercedes. I’ve driven a Honda and was much happier with their service center. And the Lexus I used to drive - that service center is the best I’ve ever been to!!
It’s nearing the end of 2021 and there is a microchip shortage which unfortunately translates into a car shortage. We were recommended to Manny Fernandez, sales consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Miami from a great friend who has purchased multiple Mercedes from Manny. There was just one… you read that right, one GLS350 model on the lot which had multiple scheduled appointments later on in the day to be seen and test driven, yet Manny fought his way through a sea of salesmen to locate the key which was neatly tucked in the pocket of a determined Spanish car salesman. We drove it and immediately fell in love, and Manny immediately began the process of securing the vehicle to us.When it came time for financing the vehicle, he secured Mr. Yunier Guerra to handle the negotiations with the banks in order to secure an outstanding APR. between laughs, and stories we felt comfortable and safe knowing we were doing business with ethical people, in the midst of a paralyzing pandemic and within the care of a wonderful company whose product we are honored to represent.Cheers Mercedes-Benz of Miami, Manny Fernandez and Yunier Garcia. ⚡️

Sharing a review as I received an email asking for feedback otherwise I wouldn’t have provided this review.In summary, the Service at this dealership is sadly not what you’d come to expect from Mercedes. I’m confident whoever from MB Miami responds to this review likely won’t care they just don’t want a negative review.For background, my prior vehicle was an Audi and I used to have my car serviced at Audi North Miami. Someone from MB Miami should go over there and see how a top notch Service experience happens at a luxury dealership. They greet you promptly, take you to the service advisor, and have you in a rental car (an actual Audi) all within 10-15 minutes tops.When I arrived at MB Miami first there is no one there to greet you. You basically find the valet person and hand them your keys and they tell you to just go inside. From there you don’t see your service advisor you just sit down waiting aimlessly until someone calls your name. There was a utter lack of communication between Service and Parts because they had to check if they had a particular part to address a recall on my vehicle, this is after they confirmed my appointment because they had to wait for a part to come in so they already should have known they had the part before I brought in the car. Lastly, once they took my information I was told I was all set and told I’d have to Uber home versus get a rental car. For some context, when I made the appointment I asked for a rental car and they told me they will figure out when I bring in the car that depending on how quick the service is they will provide a car or not. I said sure thing, if it was a quick thing I didn’t mind waiting an hour give or take. My service advisor basically told me that’s incorrect and they only have a few loaners and since I didn’t buy the car at that dealership they wouldn’t do it anyways. Keep in mind I just bought this car from a non-MB dealership so am basically looking for a MB dealership to service my car heading forward. Absolutely not the level of service you’d expect from MB, I asked for key back and left. I’ll find another dealership for my business.Hopefully this review is helpful to folks looking for a dealership to service their car. For the Service Manager at MB Miami Id strongly consider taking a look into how to improve operations at the dealership.
My second time at this dealership for service and had same experience both times.Service rep Steven was and is amazing, he delivers what he promises and is very pleasant to deal with.The person in the driveway that greets customers is not as pleasant to deal with, she clearly doesnt like when a customer disrupts her work flow and has a very rough delivery when speaking with a client.The team that washes the car before it is returned to customer have both times I visited returned an acceptable vehicle to me...last year my white car had stains all over the side which had to be buffed out, this time they took my rear windshield wiper clear off the vehicle. The dealership needs to train someone on QC before returning cars to clients .
This place is terrible, brought my car for service and they’re a mess. My appointment shows 1PM, theirs is for a different time so they’ve got me waiting for about an hour and the advisor hasn’t even called me yet. I recommend you go to a different location, I’m sure anything will be better than this.
Very Poor customer Service. After this Dealership neglected and damaged my van during the time when my Sprinter van was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all refusing to fix the damage by claiming that it is not their fault. I spoke to both managers of the Miami Mercedes Benz and one of them just said that all they do over there is paper pushing and nothing else could be done for me in the situation.((((( WHAT????)))) I would not expect anyone to say that to me about their job. Especially if you work in the management for Mercedes-Benz. What really happened is THAT they just too afraid to admit that they messed up my interior and it is beyond cleaning and NOW will need to be replaced at additional costs. But Hey if you mess it up - You have to fix it. It is just the rule for all people with dignity. I am still waiting for them to call me back with the solution... to be continued.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! This was, by far, the worst experience buying a car. Coming from a person that purchases or leases cars every two years from many different manufacturers, this is a lot to say. I custom ordered a 2021 G63 which they stated would take 12 to 14 months to build. The price had already been agreed upon at the time the order was placed. After waiting months for the car, I was advised that the car had arrived at the dealer. Upon arrival and inspecting the vehicle, they advised that they were no longer honoring the MSRP and that they had a $30k mark up. We requested to speak to the general sales manager (Fernando Lopez Varela) and his response was I know we agreed on that price but I am not going to honor it. They are the most unprofessional unethical people in the business. They went as far as not providing us the customer satisfaction survey to make sure their rating would not be affected. Jhousse Riera Flores was the sales person and he went as far as stating that he knew from the inception that they were not going to honor the price but that he could not advise us of that despite knowing that we were waiting months for the car because they do that regularly to pressure the person into taking the car with the markup since it is a car that is not readily available.
I just want to say how FANTASTIC Gustavo Giral was with helping me understand the current automobile market and with purchasing my new car! I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process and everything was so easy with Gus. I’m sending all my friends to Gus and you should too!
So far my experience here has been great! When I come in for any appointment I’m greeted, I’m in out of my appointment within an reasonable time. This is my first time owning a Mercedes, and any little question or issue I may run into whether big or small, I can always count on Steven in the service department. The worst experience I ever had leasing a car. Now they super cool, because have no cars to sell so they think Mercedes in a demand. But, let’s wait when they will start getting shipments. Manager told me:” take your car(which is Mercedes, 6 months old that some safety features not working) and go somewhere else” . Still in shock from there customer service. You get better treatment in a Honda dealership. Definitely never again!

I was at Mercedes Benz and I thought that I was getting a good deal at the moment. I signed all the paperwork and then noticed that the miles where higher than the price that was pitched. I had such a good experience before this with the sales associates that helped me out, although now I feel like I was defrauded. I’m going over the paperwork to make sure theres nothing else thats wrong but a few thousand miles off is a huge error.
Manny in service was Amazing. Even though it was 7am on a Saturday morning, his energy was welcoming. And Andy Garcia The Best !!! He kept us informed every step of the way. They really care about their customers!!!

This has been my home dealership since I leased my first of four cars back in 2005 - the service is top-notch and this last visit Steven really went above and beyond to fix my cars A/C in less than 24 hours - a necessity in 90+ degree weather! I don’t know how a business operates if no one picks up the phone in parts. I call until I’m automatically disconnected and I do this multiple days and it’s the same result. I call the operator for assistance and I’ve only been able to reach them once. This must be a joke.

Mercedes Benz of Miami 1200 NW 167 ST Miami Gardens FL 33169 The people responsible for this car dealer Mike Ochoa (general manager) Richard (services manager) have no respect for their customers 21 months ago I got a C300 lease what I regret the car has had more than 5 problems with the electrical system problem with the computer the radio turn off and on when the car goes from first gear to the second transmission jumps the rubber on the right side of the car vibrates when speed is lowered we receive a text from an employee named Steve saying that this is because we have to change the tires those tires were bought and changed at the dealer less than 90 days ago that shows that they are not doing their job correctly and they are not interested in the lives of their clients. The last things I hear from the salesperson Gustavo Giral is that Mike Ochoa (general manager)says that our lawyer contact him our lives are in danger and they dont want to help us change the car to end this nightmare every weekend we pick up one of our grandchildren whose life is also at risk do not buy or lease at this dealer they do not care about the lives of their clients or family. While visiting Miami on vacation my husband decided we should look for my c300 convertible. We found MBofMiami. Daniel our sales rep was wonderful. I had no intentions on buying a black car. When he drove it around I fell in love with the interior. He wasnt pushy but very professional. The only negative was dealing with the finance dept. we paid cash but still had to wait for a little over an hour for paperwork. Finance rep wasnt as pleasant and honestly made us feel like we were suspicious because we paid in full. Did not offer an extended warranty as Daniel said she would. Other than that. Love my car
Horrible. I bring my E53AMG to get serviced and they gave it back to me FULL of grease. Disrespectful. Un aceptable. A service B is around $1700! And they don’t even do a good job. They overcharge and don’t care about the customers. Service is just horrible. I will not recommend this dealer to anybody!
This Mercedes dealership is definitely the best location in terms of service and total care for the customer. The guys there are extremely helpful without being pushy. They give you plenty of information and space to make an informed decision on the car that you want for the price that you want it. Santiago was the gentlemen that assisted me in the whole process, making it easy to test drive the vehicle that I desired, as well as making the signing process run smoothly. I was able to look for the car for I wanted and get drive out of there in my new car within the next hour. Highly recommend going to this dealership and I will be back in a few years for my next purchase.
Service Department has improved since my last visit, although I did not receive a loaner 😌. The service was fast and as promised. I hope they continue this good streak.
Roadside assistance was a 5 star. Service at this location was 3 stars. They did the work quick and I got in and out within a day for a tire replacement, which was great. However, the issue I had was I had to keep calling them every hour after the car was delivered to make sure they had put the car into their system, and the first 3 hours they didnt notice my car. The other issue was to pickup the car took about 30 minutes when there was only 1 person in front of me at the register. I felt it wasnt efficient. Maybe it was a one-off since they have such good ratings. They were nice though.
I had the best experience with Yorlian. The guy is super professional helpful and kind. I leave in SC never had a great experience with Mercedes dealer like I got from Yorlian in Mercedes Miami thank you for all the care!!!
We met with Carlos our designated service manager on arrival and he was able to get our E63s scheduled on the rack for its deferential 2500 mi service which took about 3 hours to complete. Although there was a bit of a delay in picking the car up, Carlos stayed at the agency to be able to pass the car over to us, after hours for the service department. The Receptionist, Anne, was very helpful in our time at the agency.
I am not used to the Miami attitude, so perhaps it is par for the course. Where I come from in Bethesda, MD, when we drive into the service department we always get the white gloves treatment. The lady at the podium in your service department had the worst attitude that I had ever experienced...and I have been driving high end MB for quite some time. Even in Coral Gables--where they too have the laid-back attitude--they treated us with more deference (look it up). I counted at least three service specialists on the smart phone, and what ended up being my service rep talking nonsense with another woman at his desk, while I was the only customer in the lobby. And that was my GSL450... I am thinking of driving all the way up to West Palm for the service on my S model. So, you wanted an honest review, there you have it. Suggestion: change the service staff mentality, approach and, above all attitude. We have very busy schedules and the stop at the service department should never, ever take longer than 5 minutes. You already have our records from MB so, expedite.

I researched this dealer before visiting. I wanted to see it myself. When I got to the place, I was greeted courteously and professionaly. Sales Agent Ernesto welcomed us. He was attentive and listened to our request.We were impressed by the way everything got handled. My wife has wanted a MB for the longest time. We came across and affordable MB 4 Door Sedan. Put it in order and was delivered to us in less than a week.We love this A220 and financing terms were on top.Thank you for giving us that dream.

Very disappointed, the service department wasn’t any help. A man by the name of Yorlian who was assigned to me tried to get me to pay $200 to strip my lug nut to change my rear tire. He informed me that they weren’t providing the service because they were too lazy and didn’t want to take the time to look in the back for the required piece. I went to Mercedes Fort Lauderdale which was a more than pleasant experience they provided me with the piece free of charge for my trouble. I will never deal with Mercedes’ of Miami again. Save your breath business is shady here always get a second opinion. Your welcome
Went in for a routine service call and Yorlian took great care of me! I had some questions about features on my dashboard after I got home and he patiently answered all my questions which was very much appreciated!
This was the absolute worst experience buying cars in my entire life. I purchased a used 120,000 car and couldn’t get anyone on the phone after I wired the money. The car arrived and in within 48 hours the car had misfires in the engine. The sales department, finance department and accounting department are all horrifically patronizing and antagonistic, yet at the same time incompetent. In the end they essentially stole over 400 dollars from me refusing to uphold their end of an arrangement to ship a car and will not pickup any calls or respond to any emails. I highly highly recommend you go elsewhere this is the classic/textbook sleazy car dealership.

For some reason MB of Miami Service Department thinking, that if you own MB - they can make unreasonable charges on very basic services. (as example - starter battery replacement)1. Any MB USA list price for the battery is $260. MB of Miami $333my question is why is $ 73 over list price? Answer was: Installation fee, recycle fee and something else. Usually You got paid or discounted if you bring battery for recycle! All places I was replace the battery in my life installation always included in price you pay for the battery!2. When you do check mark, that you want your estimate in writing, adviser bring you piece of paper, where you can see ONLY battery price plus tax. And when I mentioned about 10% discount coupon Im received - he said that is not a problem, manager will apply for you.3. So, finally everything was done, adviser calls you to the casher and hands you paperwork, where you surprisingly see different and much higher price! So you have + $67 labor (to already explained $73 labor, installation) plus $44 shop supplies for repair order What is shop supplies $44 for replace the battery???In my case is clearly ripping off for unreasonable and simple service, like replace the battery...I have good relationship with director of services. He is always trying to help, but in this time Im very upset and disappointed.

The worst customer service experience for a luxury car dealership. The service manager called me to verify my appointment. (I believe his name was Richard.) I took the opportunity to voice my concerns and compare the level of service at the Pines location his response was well ifthat location takes better care of your needs maybe you should go to that location. Wow thats all I could say. Unbelievable!
HORRIBLE service department. They will happily recommend unnecessary work just to make more $$$. Greedy and no customer satisfaction follow up. They gave me back the car with a pool of gasoline under the rear seat. Dangerous!!

Zero customer service. Wait times are ALWAYS in excess of 5 hours for service, and no loaner vehicles available. My leased car with them had a computer issue 2 weeks after a routine service - they returned my car and the check engine light came back on within a matter of hours. I was told I need to come back and wait another 5 hours, no loaner vehicle. To this day, my service advisor will not return my calls nor messages. The only way to get service is to come in and speak with someone. This is the last time I lease a car with this dealership.

This was my first experience at MB of Miami. I showed up for my appointment on time, and I had to wait an hour before anyone acknowledged me (I waited in the designated reception area with other customers). When the service advisor did call me back to his desk, he informed me that he didnt know if they had the part needed to fix my car (I was surprised, since I was told they had the part when I scheduled the appointment). He asked me if I was going to wait while my car was being repaired, and when I asked how long it was going to be, he said it could be two days. I thought that was odd that he would asked if I was going to wait while it was repaired, since it would be up to two days! I asked if he could arrange a shuttle or LYFT for me, since I didnt have a ride home (Ft. Lauderdale dealership provides a shuttle or LYFT for their customers). He informed me that they dont provide ride services for their customers. I excused myself, stepped around the corner, and made an appointment at the Ft. Lauderdale dealership, then asked for my keys, and I left. I had a great experience with the Ft. Lauderdale dealership service, and they provided a LYFT. The recall repair went well, and they did some body work at the same time that turned out top notch! Based on my experience, I would not recommend MB of Miami service department.
Cesar Leon is my service representative and he is awesome! Always willing to take my call and walk me through the service I will need or advise on what needs to be done to my car. Job well done at all times!
The worst costumer services of all the dealer in the world. The worst experience to leave a car in service, there is no courtesy call, they leave you waiting regardless of your time, there are no cars to solve, they hang up on the phone, the costumer services is the face of every company is a fundamental part of the 100% must go to the Mercedes of Coral Gables without a doubt. Miss from costumer services can get another job but the campaign image of this North Miami dealer will always be below.

My Battery was about dead. Contacted Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance and they sent a mechanic over to my place of employment. The guy tested the battery and explained it was the original, over 7 years old. Put in a new battery and card is running great. The mechanic was very thorough, courteous, and friendly, as well as wearing a Mask during this COVID times for my safety. Thankyou. Job well done.

Gus is a honest and patience Commercial Van Manager and he treated my with the upmost of respect. I would easily recommend the Mercedes Benz Miami dealership for sales and service. I bought my van there and have been getting it serviced there. I cant say this about the Coconut Creek Dealership. I wouldnt recommend it to my dog!
Worst experience! I wanted to change my GLC300 for a new one at end of lease. Sales person give the worst service, not too many cars and very expensive. I went to return the vehicle, and Gus Figueroa, Sales Manager offered to purchase it and that I didnt have to ay for the disposition fee or any wear and tear in the vehicle. He sat me with Ashley, make me sign the transfer documents and I left happy to save some money I was not expecting. Over 2 months later Mercedes Benz called me I owed $635 for the disposition fee, so I told them it was a mistake and I would go the dealer to clarify with Gus Figueroa. They look everywhere and at the end only excuse MB did not authorize, I did not purchase another MB, but never contacted me to let me know. Fernando Lopez-Varela, totally unprofessional and rude also telling me I have to pay for it. I made a complaint with Autonation CorporateCustomer Relations and Renne answered me that Mercedes will not pay for the disposition fee I was holding them responsible for. I am not holding MB responsible, I am holding Autonation Responsible for the actions of one of his employees Gus Figuera. This is like MB says Autonation is responsible while Autonation is trying to make MB responsible and nobody take responsibily.

Once again the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Every single time I go to this dealership I have Mr. Rafael Marzo assist me. He’s such a genuine nice guy and he will take excellent care of you when needing service for your Vehicle. Once you are sat down he will check up on you every now and then keeping you updated on your car and on top of that he even gave me a free car wash complementary. He has excellent customer service !!! The only thing I was very upset about was when I arrived to the center to give in my vehicle the valet lady (with curly black hair) was very rude and did not seem to be in such a great mood. I definitely did not like how she handled to approach me to take my vehicle in. Very unsatisfying and unprofessional of her but other than that the dealership is an outstanding place to be when needing your car serviced.

I brought my car in this week for a recall had a 7:30am appointment with yorlian. He was super friendly ...this was my first experience with him.. He got me in and out quickly finished by 9am...my last tech never called me back when I had questions or needed to schedule service so we’ll see... also just received a notice from them that I need an alignment not sure how long they last since I just did one 3 weeks ago...
Unprofessional sales people! Dont buy it from this dealership!I ordered my custom Mercedes here and went over the each detail with the salesman. He gave me a configuration in writing as a confirmation. After all, car came with 4 missing options which were the most important to me. All the options where in writing on the confirmation. Additionally, the car was delayed by 2 months.When I asked salesman hows that possible - he laughed and said we will sell it overprice if I dont want it. Even though I ended up buying the car, I will not come back. Very unprofessional and luck of service!

Because of the pandemic, I was hesitant about buying a car without being able to see it. However, my salesperson Simona was truly the best I’ve ever encountered. She was fast and helped me get the exact certified pre-owned that I wanted. She was patient throughout the whole process, and is super responsive. She picks up and replies right away so that you never feel as if you’reignored. Before talking to Mercedes of Miami, I was talking to Mercedes Boerne and they were the worst bc they didn’t act like what you think a Mercedes experience would be. In other words, service matters and not all Mercedes dealerships are the same. Buying a Benz for my parents was on my bucket list, and because of Simona I can check that one off.

I recently purchased a lightly used 2015 BMW online with the help of Francisco Valderrama at Mercedes-Benz of Miami. Having never before purchased a vehicle online, I was nervous about doing so. Francisco went above and beyond (even taking my calls on his day off), to assure me this car was a great value and that he and the dealership would stand behind it with a 5 day money-back guarantee. The entire process was conducted remotely...sight unseen. He arranged transport service, and the car was delivered exactly as promised. My wife and I couldnt be more pleased. In fact, the BMW is even nicer than we expected. I highly recommend Francisco to anyone wanting to buy online. I do have a suggestion for for the dealership to improve the process. Paperwork was signed remotely via a notary where I live. This required a few extra days to complete the deal. Perhaps the dealer could investigate online notaries that may be able to speed the process. Otherwise, a great experience.
Sales Rep Stefano was awesome!!Dealer + MB no that cool... Less words be aware when you prepaid services because if you decide to upgrade your car within a couple of months of difference you just going to Donate $3k to MB whiteout reason and the Dealer just look to the other side and do not support you at all and then dont even advise you before you do that.. for that Reason I should rate with only 1 star.. but I can not judge Sales Rep work who was a cool guy..

I have had all brands of cars in my lifetime and never have I ever experienced such rude horrible service. I stopped by to get my phone paired with my new GLB-AMG. They took it right in then I was advised that it would take up to 3 hours to pair the phone. I asked for a loaner car and they said they do not have any. I asked if they would pay for an uber back and forth and they said no. So I waited and waited for 5 1/2 hours. The person who was taking care of us dissappeared for a few hours and we had to go to a manager to find out what was happening with our car. They kept saying they were working on it. After being there for 5 1/2 hours the person taking care of us said they couldnt pair the phone and that they would get either a way to do it from Mercedes or they would have to replace the entire system and would let us know Monday morning. Monday came and went and no one called us. When I tried to reach the person taking care of us on his line the number was not operational.I called the dealership where I bought the car in Pompano Beach. They made an appointment with us, told me that if they have to keep the car more than 1 hour they would give us a loaner car.DO NOT GO TO MIAMI GARDENS EITHER TO BUY A CAR OR SERVICE YOUR CAR!
Woefully inadequate service. I was so disappointed in how my issue was handled. They did everything they could to deny me warranty service because the car was repaired by a Mercedes Benz dealership 2 hours away.Made me want to go buy a Lexus!I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this place.
