The warning lights on my dashboard all lit up at once while I was on the highway and I was extremely concerned. I called Luiss shop and he answered even though he had already technically closed an hour prior. He asked me to send him photos of my dashboard and gave me his best guess about what had happened and told me I was OK to continue driving for now. I wasnt able to be seen that day but his expertise gave me some peace of mind. He didnt charge anything and was extremely generous with his time. My emergency mattered to him and I cant express how reassuring that is. Thank you, Luis.

After taking the car to several Service Dealers I found First Class Auto Services where with pleasant surprise I discovered a serious and professional place where they give you a personalized service, the owner of the company Mr. Luis has more than 20 years of experience in Mercedes Benz and their technicians are certified, before finding this workshop I took the car to Dealer Service which let me know that the car had to change a part that failed to do it and other Services that had to do for maintenance, the estimated was $ 1,300 dollars, I decided to take it to First Class Auto Services for a second opinion since I had taken the car to them for oil change service and because it seemed to me that the Dealers estimate was excessively expensive, my surprise was that when Mr. Luis checked it and found that the problem was caused by a different piece than the one specified by the Dealers estimate and the cost of the settlement was $ 200. plus the cost of the service that the car with a value of $ 150 dollars really needed, the whole arrangement was $ 350 dollars and not the $ 1,300 dollars that the Dealer said, from that moment I took my Mercedes Benz to the First Class Auto Services and I have no A complaint about the service they provide since they are very professional but the most important thing is that they are HONEST. One day Mr. Luis told me that he did not earn anything by charging double or telling the owner of the car that he has a problem that does not exist, this should make him earn money which could bring him other problems since he guarantees all his works, that he has learned that when one does a professional job and honestly earns a good reputation with clients and that means retaining it and potentially recommending it to win new clientele.I highly recommend First Class Auto Services for the care of your Mercedes Benz.
