This store is super adorable! I spent almost an hour going over all the items I couldn’t get over how cute it was. Matt and Donna were so nice and helped me pick out my nieces gift ( which she loved! ). Will be coming back for sure.

Great store where you can find one of the best toys for toddlers, infants, kids. Also great cool strollers and many accessories for them, basically you can find everything you need for your baby but in a very selective way, here you cant find creepy things only selected stuff, pricy but worth it.Love to shop here.One of the last buys is playforever car for my son, its a British brand of toys, really cool stuff.

Excellent customer service (a rarity in Miami)! We had a question about the color of a product that we didn’t even purchase from their store and they were extremely willing to help us out by letting us compare to something in their inventory. They have very cool merchandise. We will definitely be going back!

We took my daughter for part of her birthday present. She has a great time going around and playing with the toys.

Another fun place to browse a bunch of novelty items and candies, cards, clothing: their baby section is pretty cool and interesting-I always find something cute for all my friends with little ones...I always score on t-shirts that are on sale....

Vanessa is the best, I am going to be a dad for the first time and she took the time to help me, really her personalized attention is fantastic, also my wife love her it shows that she must be an excellent mother since she is very detailed recommending everything.

I searched all over for the discontinued UPPAbaby CRUZ 2017 stroller in Dennison for my daughter. It was sold out nationwide except through Nini & Loli. I purchased the stroller online and not only was it quick and easy but costumer service is also beyond wonderful! They respond almost immediately to emails regarding a question I had. Wonderful business and I will definitely be a repeat costumer!

I was not a customer; however, I did apply for a retail job in your store, and the person who interviewed me asked me whether I had been born in this country and if I carry an American passport. A. Those are illegal questions. B. I didnt know basic retail jobs required international travel.

Went to shop there before leaving on a trip with my kids to europe, bought a travel cart to be able to put the car seat on for my 2year old...when i went to put the car seat on it, it did not fit, Even though is says its Universal..so i ended up buying a britax one to make sure it fits..i went to the store today to get a store credit so i can buy other things and they are making it impossible, because i dont have a receipt...neither not helping any other way, I feel robbed for my money!!!

Went to the Aventura Store and bought a Nuna Mixx 2 Suited Stroller that comes with the bassinet I couldn’t take a look at the bassinet because they did not have it on display and the bassinet its way too heavy . I called back the store to see what they could do for me and I find out they have a final sale policy on strollers which I was never told at the time of purchase . I have been wanting to speak to the store owner lady by the name of Stephanie and she will not take care of my phone calls . I feel that after spending $800 on a stroller this is totally horrible customer service . They will not see me at their stores ever again !

Attention of the worst, kindness they forgot, when they arrived 11 minutes after the closing they threw out a client saying that they were already closed and I explained that he was coming from far away. That is why it is better to buy online, to avoid abuse. They alienate customers and help companies like amazon to be displaced.

I went with my wife to see things for our baby and they treated us beautifully. I recommend you visit it
