Thats why, Porcelanosa is the first & only tile retailer that I will purchase from. Exquisite tile, beautiful mini-showroom designs, and the service are the reasons why I am a repeat customer. My favorite Porcelanosa design consultant, Surita, provides guidance on matching tiles, colors tones, & design layout. Every completed tile install in my home is loved by all. Surita & her colleagues are a great team. When Surita was on vacation, they pitched in and resolved my purchase issues immediately. Delivery of tiles (plus other supplies) is seamless & timely. Also, the quality of the tile is amazing as it is thick and durable. I have had home renovation contractors accidentally drop heavy items on the installed Porcelanosa tile floors and to my dismay, the tile did not crack or split in half.

They go out of their way to please their existing and new customers regarding their requests. I had the most wonderful experience working with Lorena Cuadros at Porcelanosa to renovate and design my kitchen in Miami! We worked together virtually, during the height of the pandemic, and her patience, kindness and amazing taste was such a pleasure! We worked so well together and my kitchen design is stunning! Lorena is as reliable as they come and she came through for me with every crazy request I had! And there were many!! She’s always available when you call and she’s always sweet, calm and patient! The workmanship was top notch and service impeccable! You won’t find better quality work and better service anywhere in Miami! Ask for Lorena!!!

If your looking for the worst customer service after they take your money, This is the place for you! I remodeled my entire home and it was a nightmare dealing with everyone except one individual who would assume accountability for the entire company/team including management and would try to help within the given means. The managers play the role but are entry level employees with tenure, title and zero concern. The only way to get internal errors resolved was calling/emailing Home office in NJ continuously until resolved. Never got a call or email reply from Home Office BUT they would resolve somehow and my request regarding their mistakes would be filled without extra cost. Also know, they will up sell you and try to charge you for everything unlike other companies in South Florida (some free items are at the discretion of the Sales person). FYI the 40% off twice a year is a sham. They mark up ridiculously and then you actually pay full price. In a world where Brand means everything dont be fooled by the beauty of the show room and products, there a dime a dozen, better brands, and other companies that are cost effective, high end, and beautiful if you take the time. In retrospect, I easily over spent/charged $20K but the real loss was the aggravation and frustration of dealing with incompetency. Think Twice and good luck with your remodel!

I am a customer of Porcelanosa at Doral for many years.My experiences have all been EXCELLENT....awesome customer service, sales personnel know their products and take their time to explain and give you sincere advise about the products. Their products are the best quality...I have learned that one might pay a little more than at some other tile store, but in the long rum the quality is worth it. Lately, I have been visiting their Doral store as I am redoing my bathroom and home floor. ....ANA --- SR. ADVISOR has been awesome ... pleasant, professional, very knowledgeable, patient and sincere with her advises.With this remodeling I must have been in the store like 8 times (I am very peaky and like to be sure of what I am purchasing); every time I go I am greeted with the same good customer service as the first time I went there. During 2 of my visits I met their General Manager and Manager...very professional, pleasant and helpful as well.I AM ASTONISHED TO READ SOME OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS....I, AS WELL AS FRIENDS THAT HAVE VISITED THE STORE, HAVE ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEIR PERSONNEL AND QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

Absolutely worst customer service I have experienced! Buyer beware! Not only did they failed to comply with their promise to deliver goods by an extra 6 weeks after I was asked to pay in full, didnt return calls after multiple attempts, was forced to travel another extra 40 miles to return goods instead of accepting them at store where I did the purchasing, was forced to accept a store credit despite their policy of providing options of a refund, when all this was presented to their manager (Oscar) all the did was present it like they were doing me a favor!

Beautiful bath and kitchen fixtures and tile. The one star (zero would be more appropriate) is for the absolutely worthless staff. I walked through their showroom, the only customer in the joint, for 20 minutes, and was never approached. Two of the girls were chatting away in a kitchen. I walked in, they both looked at me casually, and then they both just walked away in opposite directions. Nice, professional F U to a potential customer.Why would I ever consider working with this gaggle of girls on my bathroom project? I am sure they love working there, as they can turn in any direction and adore themselves in one of the countless mirrors. Customers are just such a drag, ya know?
