The owner Mike is very helpful and responsive. This is my fathers second time using A1 in 25 years. He scheduled to have our pool table redone, leveled and balanced and within a week it was completed as promised. Price was very reasonable and it is great to keep the business with a local mom and pop shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Amazing! I couldnt be happier with the job Mike and Carlos did on my table! I went into his shop yesterday to pick out the new cloth for my almost 40 year old table. Not only did he have a tremendous selection of choices of cloth and colors, but he had new pocket irons and leather pockets for my table, in stock! They were super fast, professional and clean. I would highly recommend Mike and A1 Billiards to anyone looking to get a new table, needing to have an old one covered and/or re-leveled, or just looking for cues, balls or other billiard related items. 5 Star!

Got an old table from a family friend. Mike and his team put it back together, refurbished, re-felted and balanced it for a hell of a deal. Hes not only been in the business for over 30 years, but hes also been in the same location for the same amount of time, so he definitely knows what hes talking about. If you are serious about billiards and want to talk to someone who has the same level of passion of the game as you do, this is the place to go.

Horrible customer service. Did absolutely substandard work on our table. Did not remove clue before Re- felting, leaving lumps in front of each pocket. Rails were improperly wrapped and not replaced in the proper location. The felt is completely loose and moves when you place your hand to bridge! Do not use this company!

Last time I was here, everything was a huge mess. I never saw disorganization like I did here and they barely had any pool sticks available. It was even uncomfortable ordering from them and paying up front. It took more than the expected wait time to get the order in and no one called to confirm it had arrived. Not too sure if Id ever come back again

Look man fix your schedules I’m not usually one to judge much but you guys say you close at 2 on a Saturday which is already early enough, you show up at 1:00 pm and see they are closed really disappointing store this is how you lose costumers
