I paid this guy $6k to make shades and fix upholstery on my boat. When one of the cushions he replaced less than a year ago bursted in a seam I asked him to come out and have a look. I asked him NINE times over two month period (including one time in person, driving to his shop because I was so frustrated with the lack of response) and the guy never bothered to look at the work he has done less than a year ago. He does not stand by his work. Dont make the mistake I did - AVOID HIM! There are better options.

Met with Stephan this afternoon about an estimate for our grady-white boat cover. Professional, polite, and helpful. The covers he showed us, both in photos and in his shop looked great. Looking forward to seeing his numbers and, hopefully, doing business soon.

Called Stephan told him I wanted a sunshade for my 24’ Pursuit and he took the ball and ran. A couple days later he took his measurements, created a template and a week later I met him at the boat and watched him install it.. yes that easy!! My baby looks great and the wifey loves the shade while hanging at the sandbar!! A great investment. Thanks Stephan and The Captain’s Tailor! I will recommend to friends for sure!

Took in my 2015 Action craft to get a custom made cover for it. Spoke to Stephan and he explained every detail on how they will make the cover. They kept constant communication with their customers (which to me is very important). Stephan and his team do not rest until you are satisfied with your order. Stephen is a pleasure to work with! He was ahead of me in answering all my concerns with making a custom cover for my Pathfinder. I needed some special help creating a tight cover to keep out neighbor hood animals; raccoons, possum, cats, and squirrels.
