Tattoo artist “G” worked on my tattoo from beginning to end to make sure i loved it, i went in there with just an idea for my Mother’s Day tattoo and was the best at making it come to life. I had a great experience with my nostril piercing and there was different various of jewelry to choose of. They told me how I should take care of my piercing with saline solution. Ive went to different shops before but this is the greatest one so far. Thank you.

We went to Tattoos by Lou to get my 6 year old niece her first ear piercings. We were obviously not the typical client they are used to (LOL). However, everyone in the shop was very kind and very sweet to my niece who was understandably very scared. She walked out of there with her new earrings very happy and excited. Got my Helix piercing today by Jaden ( i think that’s her name.) She was the sweetest most understanding person ever! I was super nervous and she made the experience feel calm. Great service and super clean place. 10/10 will go back later to get more piercings.

Fox is one of the kindest, most considerate, and respectable people I’ve met.Recently I went to him for the first time and asked him for a tattoo of a chef knife. My ideal vision for what it would look like was nowhere near the level of artistry that Fox executed. It looked WAAAAY better than anything I could have possibly imagined, and I mean that. I’m still super stoked about how awesome it looks. After he finished we talked some more about future ideas and looked through some art on the Internet for inspiration.This is exactly how you get loyal and happy customers. Ive gotten tatted here 3 times, all by Fox and hes the man. Professional, clean, and timely. Hes also super down-to-earth, and willing to workshop ideas, and help you come up with the best tattoo idea/placement possible. I have both lettering and bigger work from him, and both came out so crisp. Come here and be happy for life (and ask for Fox!)

First of all when we walked in the staff was very rude to us saying it was a two hour wait when the place was not that full. After coming back two hours later The artist Fox was very passive aggressive towards the tattoo I wanted to get and kept making comments like “trust what?”. Last time I checked a professional tattoo artist should not be judging someone’s choice of tattoo. Regardless after waiting for hours a group of his friends show up and he leaves for 20 minutes while we’re just standing there clueless. After that we got a bad vibe from the place and decided to leave because he was careless and rude towards me and my friends. I don’t recommend coming here unless u want to be treated worthless and pay for overpriced tattoos.

Ozzy is the best! Such a cool person and knowledgeable artist. Absolutely love the way the tattoo came out. Will definitely come back to him if I ever get more. Jaden was also super kind and helpful! Overall a really great experience!

I just got home from trying to get a tattoo fixed. My 21y/o brother in law did a USA flag with We the People of the United States on my right forearm. I supplied all new equipment for him (New machine, needles, ink, sterile gloves, chux, etc...)He did it in Colombia where he lives and is trying to build his business. The kid did a great job on a Libra scale sign in my right upper deltoid area. But needs experience with the flag tattoo. I asked for a consultation and the artist, I will not mention any names, tries to tell this 30+ year Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner of Emergency Departments that he will not touch because it looks infected. Now, there is NO, I mean NO redness, swelling, pus, itching, pain, fever, joint pain, simply dry skin. The tattoo is about 1 1/2 weeks old. I totally would have respected his decision artistically, to not want to touch the tat and try and fix; but to tell me its infected. Im going to be professional and simply say, medicine is not his business. I respect his decision as an artist, but he is dead WRONG on the tat being infected. Not even dermatitis, baby rash. This is a NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!!!! I have had tats done a Lous South Beach before by Chief, and received all the respect in the world. I am very disappointed on how I was treated. Dry skin mister artist, no the difference between and infection and dry skin. Be honest with your clients, and tell them you prefer not to attempt to fix or touch on an Artistic basis. I dont want to give a bad rap, but the customer service and BS was not cool. I am very surprised. He picked on the wrong medical person to try and say something is infected. Sorry bud, I know my business well. That is why I would have simply respected his Artistic Decision not to touch the tat.

My first tattoo, I had always felt afraid of tattooing, I thought it was painful, I went for a recommendation to this place and the attention and professional recommendations were great. My tattoo artist explained the process, He designed a better image than the one I had on paper, it took me no more than 40 minutes to complete the process and I am very happy with my tattoo and it did not hurt at all.

G was very professional, kind, and patient with tattooing me and 2 friends as walk-ins. She was willing to listen to what we wanted and expressed what would look best based on the desired areas for our tattoos. Great work with nice details!

I was looking to get my first tattoo and I needed to find an artist that was really good with line work. I was in no hurry and I did tons of research to find an artist that I could trust and execute the tattoo. That artist was Ozzy. I met with Ozzy and he was really friendly and genuinely excited to do the tattoo. He listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. The tattoo took about three hours to do and wasnt as bad as I had thought it would be. We took a few breaks and Ozzy asked me several times how I was doing and conversated the whole time which made the time go by faster. I was very happy with how the tattoo turned out and will be going back to Ozzy for my next tattoo. I highly recommend Ozzy if youre looking to get an amazing tattoo.

Called when I was 10 minutes away and the woman who answered said to come and then when I arrived she was extremely dismissive and denied certain requests. None of the ideas were big they were extremely small and simplistic and I even agreed to pay their high prices. The shop was supposed to be open for another 3 hours when I got there yet she acted like our business was a CHORE. Ending up leaving.

I got a belly piercing at Tattoos by Lou. The process of filling out the paperwork was fast and simple. They provided me with the aftercare spray. Which came to my satisfaction that I didn’t have to worry about finding the spray during this pandemic. At the end of the day I had received my belly piercing. One of the gems fell out, I noticed them and they replaced free.

I was there on 12/19/20 at 5pm my experience with the female artistwas very bad .Hardly She allow me to talk,She was more concern to charge me $300 for a small tatto.i asked to see another artist Ossie but the first lady blocked him from see me....I left and the same night I got my tatto the way I want it for $150...and anothe place ..also at Tatto by Lou I din t see social distance at all,very uncomfortable...I never going back overpriced big time.

I’ve gotten two tattoos here and a piercing as well and every single time I go in I am treated exactly the same. They have never failed me. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The first tattoo I got done in this location was by Ozzy and the second was with G. Both artists took the time to explain and suggest what would look best to bring my vision to life. They didn’t just copy and paste what I wanted which I can really appreciate since some artists in other shops don’t take the time to actually talk to you. I am so happy with everything I’ve gotten in this location. I already put down a deposit for my next piece with G and I’m super excited. Great location, talented artists, and good prices.

I used to love this shop. Had great tattoo artists. The quality of this shop has gone down hill. I came to this shop 20 years ago to get a piercing, and come back thought the years to get other work done. This last time I went, Fox did my tattoo. Hes a cool guy, but I do not recommend him for work. He did a VERY simple tattoo. To say it was poor work, it was an understatement. I dont know if he was high, but he looked out of it. My fault for going through with it. When I saw him come in to work I should have left

I went for a quote on a simple tattoo with no shading or color and the size of my palm... $200!!! Also, I went with my girlfriend and the girl told her that her tattoo (also very simple and is supposed to be the one of a quarter) had to be bigger. I feel like they just wanted to suck the most money from us. Never getting tatted here.

I went to Tattoos by Lou to get a second ear piercing and a tragus piercing and was serviced by Katie. She is not only super nice and friendly, she makes easy conversation and made the whole processes very simple for me. She talked me through the entire process, start to finish. Ive gotten my tragus pierced before and this time it hurt FAR less than the first time. She was gentle and made me feel relaxed. I have been here three times now and never had any issue with the quality of work. It has always been outstanding.

I am so disappointed.I got my nose pierced in January by Gator. He did a wonderful job with my piercing, very clean and careful. However he never told me the guage he pierced me with. Yes I didnt think to ask but this was my first time getting a body peircing.This was why when I went to visit today to get my jewelry changed I thought maybe that meant they have a standard size they pierce with and they would know that when I want to change to a hoop so they would use that same size. The woman peircing me(i didnt catch her name honestly she had black hair) was not as careful as Gator. She dropped my jewelry on the floor several times and barely santized it, she struggled to get the original smaller size I wanted in my nose, that went into my nose hole much easier, because she could not find the hole inside my nose. Instead to make it easier for her, she used a larger size which hurt and stuck out TERRIBLY and made me bleed. I wanted to changed my stud because it moved and made me look like I had a silver booger in my nose, NOW i looked like a i had a shower curtain ring in my nose. I was really concerned about it snagging on something and my nose was red and irritated because of a simple jewelry change. 20 minutes later I was in another piercing shop getting it fixed. They told me that it looks like she GAUGED my nose larger with the wrong size jewelry bc she didnt know what they had pierced me with. They advised me that I was probably pierced with an 18 guage which is on the smaller side. I ended up right back where i started and just put my original nose stud in. A true exercise in futility. What was supposed to be a 30 minute errand turned into a 2 hour ordeal. Thanks.
