Francesca @tobar_tattoos was amazing. My certain tattoo was fairly painless and fast. She was also able to adjust to what I asked for even when she had already started the tattoo. The shop is small and I loved the decor of the waiting room. The checkin was quick and easy and only waited like 10 minutes after my appointment to get started on the exact size and design of my piece. The entrance may be hidden but they do have a sign in the back to let you know where it is. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

Great location. The front door is a little hidden. It is not off the main street but on the side of the building. There is parking in the back. There is a set of stairs to walk to enter the studio. Not sure if it is ADA accessible. Franchesca is amazing artist. The shop was clean and provide the option of private room for those special place tattoos. The customer service was great, they made you feel welcomed and comfortable. Franchesca has a soft hand for tattoos, she doesnt dig deep. I have over 20 tats and some people have a heavy hand which makes the experience painful however Franchesca doesnt! The prices were reasonable but the artwork is priceless!

Got my first tattoo done by Francesca! It came out very sharp, amazingly speedy work as well. They have great bedside manner, always checkin when I need to take a break or stretch. The studio in general is very well designed and you can tell its kept clean, front desk Jen was very polite and understanding. My only gripe was with the entrance steps but I understand the charm of hole in the wall locations like this one!

Found them on Instagram and fell in love with the line work. Went in for a Friday the 13th tattoo and came out with 2 tattoos! Awesome designs and very friendly people! Especially the little puppy running everywhere looking for pets! My tattoos were done by @ramostattoo_

My daughter and I went to this tattoo shop today. The receptionist was very professional and kind. Robert did our tattoos and I LOVED him!!! It was my first tattoo and I was soooo nervous!!!! He made me feel very comfortable and he was very patient and kind. For my first, I hardly felt any pain. Id definitely get another one. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go to him again. The shop was very clean and organized. I felt at home there. I highly recommend!

Not only did they make time for us as walk-ins within an hour or so of calling, but they were also super professional and helpful. I was taken really good care of in this shop I happened to go during the shops one year anniversary and was given a pop eyes sandwich!! Apart from the customer service the artists here are actually skilled enough to get your tattoo piece looking super crisp and they take their time doing so. Another thing about their service is that they socialize with their customers and treat them as friends more than a customer. I was personally getting tattooed by Steve (🐐) and he did a really nice job on my big piece i would highly recommend this place!

My friends and I recently got tattoos from Underground. The place is fantastic; friendly staff, timely scheduling, great vibes at the shop, and outstanding artists — highly recommend!

My friends and I booked a group tattoo appointment with the shop with a week or more ahead of time and they chose the time for us to come in on our last day of our vacation. We arrived ahead of time and waited for our artists to arrive. The shop said it opened at 11:30am but the door was locked upon arrival. So we waited over 1.5 hrs past our appointment time. We received no text or call to let us know they were running late or canceling on us. Then later on we see that they posted they were working on other tattoos on their social media’s. We received no apology text or even a simply response to our multiple texts and phone calls. We would not have minded waiting if they had given us a heads up or reached out about being late. For all these reasons, we all felt this was unprofessional on their part and would NOT recommend.

Ive gotten 3 tattoos now with Robert. THE best artist there is. Every tattoo is treated masterfully like a passion project. The place itself is very clean and organized and your greeted with care and comfort. I would not go anywhere else to get a tattoo done.

I went in with a tattoo in mind (in arabic) and ended up getting tattooed by Steve Ramos. He took really good care of me and was really patient the whole time, especially since it was my first tattoo and the writing was in a different language. He had no problem letting me revise the design a couple of times as he wanted me to leave 10000% happy with my tattoo.... and I did! He was great! I recommend you him if you want to get any tattoos with fine lines, since he did mine amazingly. Also the vibe of the shop was 10/10.
