For a few years I have been going to a dealership by my house to do my Brakes and Oil Change, I was recommended this shop by a friend of mine. They said it was great and as soon as my brakes needed to be switched I went to EP Motors. When I first arrived I told them what I needed and they immediately gave me a price, they took my car to the back and they told me they also take a look at the brake rotors to make sure everything is good. Unfortunately I had them scratched and they called me for a look and showed me how they were. They told me the price to switch them before they even did it which I found great. They have very good pricing! Now my car brakes amazingly. And I will no longer go back to my other dealership I will continue with EP motors and there great service. I also recommend it to everyone!

Great and fast service! Took car in for an oil change and they did diagnostics right there without a extra charge and replaced gas cap. Would of spent an entire day and a small fortune at the dealer . So happy I found a trustworthy auto shop.

Great service! I took in my 340i BMW for an oil change and brakes. Honest business they showed me the old parts they changed after they finished work on my car. Definitely recommend them if youre looking for an honest mechanic shop.

The owner offered to drive me back to work and pick me up while my car was being serviced, and he was very PROFESSIONAL. They did an outstanding job on my car. My experience with this place is giving me headaches and anxiety attacks.My car was worked on in March of 2016 and it has not been right since. The owners are extremely nice but they did not know what they were doing when it came to fixing my car. The owner stated he was not going to have me put time and money into the car if it was not worth it. He said I needed a motor he quoted me one price then when I came to pick the car up the price increased without my permission. He would not release the car to me unless I paid him, so I got a loan for the bulk of it then made payments on the balance since I needed transportation. The car has not been right ever since. He tell me one this that is wrong and I take it to have other professionals look at it and is told ...it is not the problem. So to this day I have no idea what the problem is and neither do they. I wish I had never let them touch my car. Does anyone know of a handyman that will buy it off me. Its a 2005 Buick Rendezvous with almost 93,000 miles I put almost $5k in it .. Ill let it go for $3k I need to try and get some of my money back out of it. But for major jobs I will never take my vehicles to this place again.

Very impressed with the service i received here. My ford expedition was running rough and my other mechanic just kept changing parts and still ran rough. I brought it to Ep motors and all my truck needed was a injector cleaning and now its running like new. Thank you for your honest service :)

If I had to use one word to describe the service of this Auto Repair Shop, I would use HONEST! When I first walked into Ep Motors I was greeted by the receptionist and was attended immediately. Their service was tailored to my cars needs. My car was looked at by the mechanic and before any work was done they explained what my car needed and advised the cost (which I must say was so in-expensive). They advised me that my car would take about 1 hour 1/2 for the fixing; and amazingly it was exactly 1 hour and 23 minutes and my car was fixed!!! I went in there sweating because my air conditioner was not working, and as soon as I got into my car I felt I was in a freezer. Living in Miami, we all know that having air in our cars is a must!!!! Thank you EP MOTORS for fixing my car!!!! I will definitely be back for ALL of my servicing and highly recommend them!!!!!

Its a great shop. They understand their work. This is my third time and I will always go to them.

They checked my vehicle and the computer said it was my vehicle shift selonoids. So I bought the part brand-new and paid them for the labor. Went I picked up my car the issue wasnt gone,and they were trying to charge me more than what they told me. Thank God I saved it in a txt. And when I showed them they got upset. And the end they never fixed the problem my vehicle had and I waisted my money. At least for transmission issues dont go to this place at all.

This is the first time that Ive had my truck serviced at EP Motors but its not the first time that Ive had any of my vehicles serviced by Rigo. We followed Rigo from another local auto shop that has been bought out by a new owner about a year ago. My wife and I are incredibly satisfied with the work that Rigo has done in the past and today. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by in this day and age. I will, without a doubt, continue bringing all of our vehicles to EP Motors for all of our future repairs and services.

Came to this place to replace an A/C condensor, after a little bit more than a year, unfortunally im replacing the same part again out of a pretty new car, 2015 gmc. The bill at that time was nearly 900.00$ wich i didnt though was expensive till now that i gotta do the replacement again. So, the part by itself a year later it cost me exactly the half of what this people charge me, and after taking apart all the pieces needed to get access to replace it, found that the part was previously used and on top of that was repair with some welding, so i paid for all new parts and get used and repaired ones. A lot of bolts and nuts missing. People where great, and honestly i didnt spect to give them a bad review, but not all is a big smile a nice attitude, if you are not willing to do the right things, like install the parts that you are charging for, just find another business to run. Very very bad for a business that depends on customers feedback. Dont let them screw you up! You are advice!

This place shouldnt be servicing. Bad attitude of the mechanics. Bad work. They abuse power and cheat customers. The best thing that can happen is to have your license taken away

Do not go to this place !!!!! They make him wait in a very nice office, they offer him something to take and what television program he wants to watch, they dont let him see what they are doing in the car, to check the air in my car it takes 45 minutes and then he said if I didnt do the job, it was $ 90 to put the machine on for a few minutes! Some thieves !!!!

The worst place to take to fix your car take mine, they charged me more than a thousand dollars and I left the place with the same problem I went back for because they told me to return it and what they want is to continue charging me more money are scammers
