I wasnt sure what to do with my great grandmothers old gold jewelry. I tried few places but I felt I should get more. A friend of mine recommended Brickell Jewelers. I gave them a call, got quote over the phone and decided to give a try. They helped me with my jewelry. Whole process took no more than 15 minutes. Both guys were so friendly and made it look so smooth and easy. And they offered me $400 more then other place. Lets just say they made my day. I will be taking my jewelry there again.

Considering they are a family owned business, their store is a comfortable environment with an incredible selection of watches, jewelry, and other specialty items. I have had extremely positive experiences with both purchasing and repairing old items.

Exceeded expectations! I asked Mike to replicate a “Tiffany” wedding band and not only did he replicate it they did one better! My now wife wanted a wedding band with 7 Diamonds on it and Brickell Jewler’s was able to get us one similarly priced that had diamonds all around. I work in Maine and my wife was in Florida at the time. Mike made sure the ring was delivered the next day and it came professionally wrapped and in a gorgeous ring box! Thank you Mike! Brickell Jewelry provides excellent service and quality work. Customer service was terrific and very polite. Its located right in Mary Brickell with many other shops and restaurants nearby.

Terrible customer service! Purchased an item online at their FULL asking price then they REFUSED to send it unless I paid them an additional $680.00. This jewelry store is a total SCAM!! Dont purchase online items as they do not honor their prices, and try to extort more $$$ from you. Reports to BBB and PayPal on the way.
