When I first walked in this place I felt that maybe I found my potential shop because of the variety of ball gowns they had. That all changed after being there for a few minutes. I looked around and patiently waited to be notice. Both ladies that worked there walked passed me and the same time. So I finally said, excuse me is anyone going to help me. They asked me if I was with these a other black women in there that was trying on dresses and I said no Im a bride. So rather than asking me they assumed. I didnt even come in with those women. They was already in there when I went in. So I told her the type of dresses I was looking for, pointed out some of the dresses I liked and asked if they had them in my color. She also showed me a catalog with dresses that can be ordered. So I asked if I can try on some dresses and she said yes but you can only try on 3 max and then she asked when my wedding was and then when I told her she said its too early to try on dresses. So my total experience was bad from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The customer service was bad. 2 women worked there and only 1 spoke English. I will not be returning.
