Initially I rated this dealer 1 star because I was rejected of a warranty coverage before the technicians even saw my vehicle. It still disappoints me, and I had to resolve my own warranty issue with a Firestone. Ridiculous that a Firestone would warranty my tire but the own GMC dealer wouldn’t. Either way, I’m correcting my review to 3 star because the Vice President Jeff was attentive to my emails and made up for what the service advisors lacked. I would not take my vehicle here, but I can’t ignore good attention and responses from managers.

Robert Garcia was an incredible! Assisted my every question, comment, and concern over the long process of my deciding on a new vehicle. Robert was to the point, accommodating and very informative throughout the process and including with the assistance of my trade-in (Though the trade-in manager seemed shifty in his low offer). Even after the sale, Rob checked in, assisted me with a registration issue, and provided great info on perks. Highly would recommend!

WORST experience ever. Although I have been there before this time was really bad. I got there at 10:30 and left at 1:00 ish and just for oil change and tire rotation;could not even wash my car. If your people were too busy, the person who was after the service, Carmen,should have told me before so I did not have to wait that long doing NOTHING in your lounge.Even worse, they were going to charge me for the FIRST SERVICE !!! Very poor customer service.

I would avoid dropping your car off for a service on a Saturday unless you want to sit around and wait for the 40+ cars before you to get checked in. This should be a simple 5 minute process that involves handing over keys and leaving. Instead of fixing the process to be faster, you’re offered Cuban pastries and coffee. Maybe some value a Cuban pastry over their time on a weekend, but I don’t.

I found Michael Penn to be a good listener and worked hard to get me what I was wanting, needing, hoping for, and he got it right the first time! From a simple inquiry through the internet on a helpful website, I received responses from about 7 Buick dealerships (5 in Florida and 2 in Wisconsin). All but Michael Penn of Williamson Buick tried to interest me in what they had in stock. Williamson did not have one either, but that did not stop the Michael and the Williamson staff. They searched out other dealers inventory in their network and found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Michael and thank you Williamson Cadillac Buick GMC for doing what you did to make my hopes for the car I wanted to become a reality.

Made an appointment for service. Vehicle was at service center for 9 days and no call as to an estimate. I had to call several times before I reached the service advisor. Not informing the customer is unacceptable. I finally received the most ridiculous estimate to repair the A/C which I had to pay for that was nearly $200. I took the vehicle to another repair shop and had the A/C repaired for a fraction of the cost. The estimate I received at Williamson for the A/C was not accurate as the part claimed to be bad was not. I have lost all confidence in this service center. Additionally, the oil change previously much less was nearly $100. Taking my business elsewhere.

Things I had done recently:New radiator and hosesFront brake pads changed and rotors resurfacedOil change & filterCabin air filter changeNew battery (under warranty)Engine mounts and struts replacedWiper blades replacedAll the above work was done well, and quickly, so Im pleased with it.I also requested that they wash the car, and my service rep quoted me a price of $70.Without my consent, my rep changed the wash to a detail, and I was charged $129 instead.While I understand that the vehicle had flower pollen stains on the paint that required extra attention, I should have been consulted before the detailing was done, and the extra charge was assessed.My wife had a conversation with our service rep, who told her that she spoke to the manager, and that the manager said to remove the $129 charge from the bill.The $129 charge was NOT removed from the final bill, and I am not pleased about that, considering I spent $3700 on other services.

Recently I had an important meeting and when I came out to crank up my Escalade the battery went dead and the Dash looked like like a pinball machine.I immediately called roadside service and Manny Ortega who has come to the rescue whenever needed in the previous years on my Escalades came and saved my day. A new battery in a Flash and I was off and running to work. I was promised my car on Monday and it was not brought back to me. I made it very clear over a week before the appointment that I had to have the car back on Monday. I had doctors appointments all day Tuesday. It was not brought back. I had to have someone drive me. My driving glasses were in my car. It was horrible. When I finally reached you I was told they tried calling. They had the wrong numbers. It made no sense since they had the correct numbers to pick up the car. They also had the correct numbers for my last oil change which was free. They also have the correct numbers for my husbands car that was brought in 2 weeks ago. They also informed me after the fact that I couldnt use my points for a free oil change because I was not in person. I didnt understand what she said about them but I was at doctors appointments when speaking to her and could not get details. I finally got my car back in time for my last 2 doctors appointments. I owe someone a big factor as my first appointment was at 8 am. I am very upset over the whole situation.

The dealrship in general is fabulous ... the service department, I think I really have no luck that I get an employee who knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE means, the lady who attended me this time although she indicated my reservation that ALICE would attend me When I said that name, the lady plus 2 more employees saw each other. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment 10am, I was 10 minutes hearing a problem of a car talking between 3 employees until the lady told me wait a moment ... and after another while she stared at me and I said I AM THE APPOINTMENT FROM 10AM MARIA BEITIA. ok .. she said I will look for your car and done .. I wanted to ask her what the first check of the new car included .. and I had to go after her and call her ... I asked her to check the brakes, I did not want a change of windshield and Please I want my car washed. When I returned to look for the car I asked her if everything is alright, and she said yes, I thanked her and asked her if they washed the car and she confirmed it ... when I pick it up gave me the car it was not washed .. but I did not return or said anything because I had to go back to work.

I purchased a tail light through the parts department so I could get my cracked one replaced. The parts department was a pleasure to deal with. However, the service department was not. I called and made an appointment to have the tail light changed out. I got to my appointment and told them what I was there for. The gentleman came back to me just under an hour later saying they couldnt find the part. I told them the parts department had ordered it for me and it was paid for. Apparently your parts department and service departments dont communicate??? I had to walk over to the parts department, pick up my light (10 ft from the service desk), and then hand it to the service representative. That was already after an hour of waiting! It then took another TWO HOURS for them to replace the tail light. It shouldnt take 3 hours for a tail light replacement. Why do you bother offering appointments if you are going to take 3 hours anyway? Not happy.Additionally, I wrote a review about a previous visit and never heard anything back about my experience. Not sure if anyone even reads these.I dont think I will be returning to this service department.

As you drive up, what looks like a runway; you are greeted and attended pronto. Very professional and they display the willingness to assist you the customer. My service guy is Tony is exceptional. Thats how I will describe him. Everyone is very nice. Coffee is always fresh and served by a sweet woman. They have pastelitos too. Free charging station and comfy waiting room. Dont get too comfy, its not like some dealers where you wait hours. They service you quick. I would give them a 10 star **********.

I called in advance to schedule an oil change, fuel filter, and side running light that needed repaired. I provided the VIN and exact description of the light and asked them to order it. When I arrived, they didnt have the light and had not even checked to order it in advance. The oil change took almost 3 hours to complete. They rinsed the truck off but left the back window open so I had to dry my seat off. This place seams too busy to do a good job and plan ahead. My service rep was friendly, but the experience at this dealership was not good. Would not recommend for service. They keep emailing/texting me asking for a review, so I leave them one each time they ask.

I recently took my truck to get serviced and they had it for TWO WEEKS. Not only that, but they did not have loaners available when I dropped off my truck and they never called to let me know if they got any in while I was still waiting. It would be a good idea to let me, as the customer, know approximately how long it will take to get my car fixed.After finally getting my truck back, it turns out they were not completely finished. I had to take it in again and they kept it for another day. I am not sure why this process took so long, but two weeks is ridiculous.

When I dropped off my car there was no loaner available until the next day and no called my to advise a loaner was available unless I followed up with them (after they told me they would be contacting me). It took over 10 days to have my car fixed, I understand it was the holiday season but it was also just for a check engine light. When my car was finally ready for pick up the dealerships phone number came up as a SPAM RISK so I did not answer the call or check the voicemail. 3 days later I get another call that I have 24 hours to turn in my loaner, so I had to clear my work schedule to make time to drop off the loaner immediately. I am not happy at all with this service as Cadillac prides themselves with superior customer service but I disagree.

The expiriance provided by Alberto Fernandez was unreal. Ive been buying a new car for what seems once every two or three years and it has always been a stressful expiriance. Not his time. They really treated us as it should be like they needed us not like we needed them. I dislike when i go to a restaurant and the waiter treats you like you are there to served her. My truck was in the service department for 3 days when i arrived to pick it up i was charged 200.00 dollars i paid and waited for my truck when i finally got the truck the problem was not fixed the truck had the same check engine light on the display the service manager took my truck back inside for almost 1 hour i finally found him and asked what is the problem with my truck he stated he didnt know it was most likely a wire problem i was very upset to say the least he went on to tell me he would give me a refund and i should go try my luck at another dealership i was absolutely in shock when he admitted to me how poorly run and under qualified this dealership is I bought my truck at Williamson GMC and i can say i regret it and will never give them my business again

Overall I do like Williamson and will continue to come here, but the way they are running things during the pandemic left much to be desired. No problems with the guys in the front who help me with my car. But the girl who checks you out at the register does not bother to wear her mask. Ive been here recently and 6 months ago and the same disregard for their own policies. There chairs were not sectioned off to promote social distancing. The waiting room was crowded with people. They should accept fewer appointments. They also allow people to take off their mask and eat inside. I was sitting next to someone that had their mask off for an hour while they ate slower than a snail. They are not doing their part to keep the service waiting area as risk free as possible and that is disappointing.

I had my vehicle towed to Williamson on Thursday, March 25th because for the second time in the past 6 months my vehicle had left me stranded. It had absolutely no power whatsoever. This second time I made the decision to take my vehicle to the dealership since I believed the factory trained mechanics and technicians were the best ones to diagnose the problem. On Tuesday, March 2nd I was informed by my service advisor that the vehicle started right up and that they were not able to duplicate the problem and suggested the fuse block assembly be replaced. I agreed to have the suggested part replaced and picked up my vehicle later that day. That evening I noticed the vehicle hesitate to start. When I arrived to work on Wednesday morning one of my employees who is not a mechanic by trade mentioned to me that his truck had a similar issue and that the problem was a faulty ground cable that goes from the battery to the chasis of the vehicle. I called Williamson later that Wednesday and reported this to my service advisor who promptly re-scheduled an appointment for me to bring the vehicle back. On Friday, April 2nd when I drove the vehicle back and mentioned to my service advisor to please check the grounding cable that goes from the battery to the chasis and the grounding cable from the fuse block to the chasis. Later that morning my service advisor called me to inform me that when they tried starting my vehicle that it was completely dead. The very same problem that I had reported on my initial visit of March 25th.I was very pleased to find out that the dealership can now see for themselves what I was talking about. The advisor confirmed they had found the issue. It was the grounding cable from the battery to the chasis. I can only imagine what the outcome would have been if I had not shared that nugget of information with my service advisor. I would venture to say that I would have been informed once again that everything was fine. With that said chances are that I didnt need a new fuse block assembly but it was suggested to me that was the problem when in reality it was not.I would like to say that my service advisor was pleasant to deal with and really wanted to provide the best level of service possible. I feel the mechanical staff/team probably doesnt have the appropriate level of training when the customer needs to provide them with what to look for.

Unfortunately my experience on this visit did not work out at all. There was a warranty issue with GM, that was extremely unsatisfactory. The dealership is not responsible for this issue more than GM is in general. The Dealership did however and Gm had records for the concern from over a year ago. 2nd The vehicle was at the Dealer for 2 weeks. I had asked for an oil change and to fill the Def Fluid for the Diesel. I would pay for the extra Def Fluid. 3rd My vehicle has ran out of the Def fluid. And Im concern if the Oil change was ever really done being that the Service advisor had reset the Oil before it even went into the shop. When my Def Fluid is full it last over 6K miles, not just 2 weeks, So I know the Def Fluid was not even look at. This Poor Service is not necessary when I paid for it.

The service advisor Alfonso Robleto was fantastic! My car was having trouble and Alfonso made it so convenient with my busy schedule to set up an appointment for me to come in and drop my car off for service. Once I arrived everything went super smooth. Alfonso had my paper work taking care of and I was in and out with a loaner within 10 minutes. Alfonso also made sure to update me on my car status along the way. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I am forever a customer thanks to Alfonso’s amazing customer service.
