I have a bad experience I want to cancel my service they just said that I call to renew my service and I havent call for that matter. I just call because the sensors were not working they came to my house and fix it next day didnt work well I decided I do not want this service anymore and canceled but I received a bill asking for the value of the system again. I am going to report them to the consumer office because it is abuse of this office. I want to hear my voice /recorded call saying that I want to extended the service. I know calls are recorded for quality assurance. I want proof of what they are saying๐คจ๐คจ๐คจ๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก . Update again they havent give me any solution to the issue now they are sending a bill again a bill without any service also they are taking money from my bank. I dont even have the alarm its not working. I finished my contract and see no reason to pay for something Im not even using. I never made another contract! I think that I have to call the lawyer of the tv and channel 23 and 51. Who said that we have a verbal contract we are in 2021 not 1918????

0/5 starsHad ADT security in my business for YEARS, one of their movement sensons broke (which has happened before) they used to charge $100-$120 per hour, plus parts, to come fix the issue, which is a lot considering how much i pay them, but ok, its understandable, recently another sensor went out, so as usual, we been in business with them for many years, so i call to have a tech come fix the issue since my business is at risk, they tell me it would cost me $550!!!!!!! Per hour!!!! pluss parts!!! this is unaccetable, now they are trying to hit me over the head for trying to cancel the contract, when i call them to try to fix the issue the customer service is terrible.I would never recomend ADT again
Very bad over the phone customer service, I called ADT last week for new service the phone Rep made me an appointment for today, Saturday the 10th of Oct, 2020 however no one came out to my property to install my service. I contacted ADT again to find out if someone would be out to install my new service but was placed on hold for more then 30 minutes while being transferred from Department to Department. The last rep I spoke to said she was new and didnโt know her name or employee ID. Never expected this from ADT
Bad service, bad customer service, they installed damage cameras and after 6 months of complaining they finally changed our cameras and now we are having other issues. We will be cancelling their service.
Worst costumer service ever. Basically waiting for them to install a piece of equipment for 7 months and in the last try the tech just basically forgot to create an appointment so i lost 1 day of job waiting for them and they never arrived. And when called to to their call center the agent (incredibly the manager) asked me why didnโt i call to confirm my appointment... just incredible.
Worst service. Installer almost set himself on fire connecting a video doorbell 24v to 120v circuit. Said my open close circuit doorbell was unsafe. Made me resign the contract removed 150 off the contract. The installer said to call to add the doorbell once electrician fixed the circuit Bc installer was convinced the transformer was blown. Called electrician and installer has zero understanding of how a standard doorbell works. I installed a master transformer and called adt to install video doorbell. Adt treated this as an add on and wants close to 300 dollars to install the video doorbell. These people have horrible service they donโt train people dealing with electricity well. Connections are done poorly running wires obviously and using electrical plugs. Shameful how this company operates and lack of training given to installers. Stay clear if adt go with simpler solution. Company never specified I would charged double to add doorbell later. Installer should not be redoing contracts and misleading. Just stay clear.
THEY DESERVE NO STARS, WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE EVER . WILL GET YOU STUCK IN A 3 YEAR CONTRACT, WATCH OUT
I was disappoint that my initial request was not meet. The technician apologize for an error of miscommunication but it still was an inconvenience for myself. I do not know whether the original customer service representative disregard my request or where the miscommunication came. The technician was professional and courteous. I did get an alert but it was as if a power outage but it was not one, I check once I returned home. Was please with the action of response by local enforcement.
The service given was outstanding thru out the whole installation we where told what was happening & what was going to happen.The whole time we where asked about our opion on placement &a best options.At the end the system was reviewed waked thru and examples of what ifs where explained.The rep also set us up on our Ipones which was great...we couldnt ask for a better experience....thank you so much
Horrible Service, Ive been trying to reach customer service regarding billing only to be transferred back and forth with no help . My card is being charged without authorization for $105.93 3 time now and I dont have an ADT system or account. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! - Lets see how long this goes for before I seek legal help.

A company in decline, zero 0 customer service, efficiency and much less security somewhat contradictory and ironic to the service they provide. I have called for more than 5 days to solve a problem with the sensors and still no solution finally I stopped paying for the service after two months of trying to get it fixed RIGHT NOW I have been on the phone line for more than an hour and they transfer me from one phone to another without giving me a solution yet ... truly laughable and a great lack of respect for themselves even as a company. In closing, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my humble comment on the reality of a lousy company ...
I do not recommend this company, do not waste your time or money. We have been trying to cancel their service since we decided to sell the property and they just dont always give me an excuse and keep charging for a service that we no longer need. Super bad customer service passes you from person to person until they finally tell you that they will send you an email for 7-10 days so you can cancel. Total disappointment
Service tremendously bad. The LAURA manager without any concept of efficiency. We suspended the service and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to achieve the refunds to which we are entitled. DO NOT DELIVER your credit card details, they still charge you and they never respond. SHORELY to meet people with such a low level of commitment to their client.
