I have a Hyundai Tucson with high-end extras, including what was supposed to be a good sound system. Love the car, but the sound...not so much. It sounds good, but only at really high levels, and I dont care to drive around like that. After reading up on it, thought the best and easiest fix would be to replace the speakers and see how things went, and found Alan at Cartronics, with rave reviews. We discussed the situation, he took a look and a listen, and advised me against what Id come in for, saying that it would be really expensive and yield unintended consequences that I wouldnt be happy about. We agreed that if only I could HEAR the system, Id be happy since its actually not too shabby. I asked about dampening mats, and he lit up, because he was about to suggest the same thing. Adding acoustic dampening panels to just my 2 front doors, to start, took a half a day, was a fraction of the cost, and has yielded great sound results. I might go back to do the back doors, but only because I want it to go to 11! I am thrilled with the solution Alan suggested and the way my sound system sounds now. Highly recommend!

Brillant service in solving my frustrating and complex issue. Ended up purchasing speakers as well from them and couldn’t be happier. I can not overstate how excellent the service was. They even called me later to make sure the issue was fully resolved.

Theyre way toooooooo expensive and when i went there to get a quote the dude acted like he didnt want to be bother and then he gave me some outrageous price thats why i didnt want to ever go back there it was a waste of my time.

Im from San Diego, needed a quick exchange of an entire $7000 sound system with the factory speakers so I could turn in my lease. I dont know much about Miami, Im glad I chose this place (my choice was based on the ratings). Their charge was about half of what I expected, and done very cleanly and quickly. The showroom is very clean and welcoming, nice first impression. Miami is lucky to have such a professional place like this that just genuinely cares about people.

I took my 2013 F150 LTD Ford pick up truck to Cartronics on Biscayne Boulevard because I wanted to upgrade it instead of trading it in for a 2017 with rearview cameras and updated stereo system I figured it made better sense for me. My truck has very few miles on it.I have to say Alan did a fabulous job professionally installing an in-console Kenwood receiver 7 inch monitor with both reverse and forward cameras. The system has everything from Apple Play to truck system monitoring. I feel like Im in a new truck.

Had work done on my Yaris and then my Mazda MPV, wiring has been impeccable every time. Would recommend if you want a subwoofer/amp install looking factory new even 3 years later

Hands down the only place I would trust my vehicle with. What a professional and knowledgeable team they have. I brought in my Jeep to upgrade the very weak stock system. I saw Alan on Monday, we talked about prices for alarm, head unit, amp, mids and highs. I had an amp and sub already. He was honest and fair. The next day I had it all installed. This location is one of the Highly recommended if you are along US1 Biscayne. They offer In car Entertainment & Security Specialist, The gentleman who assisted me with my problem was ALAN ROATH.. It was a service the he doesn’t offer but yet got the job done !!! Implanting a broken key FOB back inside to my car key ! I’ve been to over 4 shops on Biscayne in between 79th and 90th and no one could help me with such a simple task besides CARTRONICS!! Way overpriced. Pretty upset that I was charged almost $200 for a job that I was told can be done in other places for $75. I know its my fault for not checking with other places first but common that much difference? I labor generally cost the same maybe couple bucks less or more but that much difference ? Wont come back here for sure !
