Phil was a cool guy until he became unprofessional. My 3 cars had alarm system, stereo, and tinted windows installed. my camera back up failed which i had to pay extra even when it was under warranty. The second time it malfunctioned he did not want to honor my warranty having that said he made me wait for 6 hours on a Saturday when i was the first customer to have arrived early in the morning. he was ignoring the fact that I was first in line and had other customer go ahead of me. I left and will never go back there again. He does not honor your warranty stay away as his china parts are failing.

Stopped into Senor Stereo to get all of my car audio installed. Phill and his team are super knowledgeable and professional when it comes to car audio. They took their time, detailed and documented their progress. My car bumps. Don’t listen to any of these negative reviews, this is a quality shop! Thank you Señor Stereo!

Horrible service went at 9:30 to do my bass installation there they told me 20 minutes my car will go in and it will take around two hours that was fine with me till I get a call that my car was done but my bass didn’t fit. Why didn’t you call me before to let me know I get there my bass in the back seat and I had to pay for the installation once I get home I had to install my own bass in my trunk when they said it didn’t fit plus the amp was all lose back there not even bolted down no where like dude plus they scratched my inside

James was very helpful when we were looking for changing the headlights of our truck. Instead of having us pay for the lights initially, he had us bring in the headlights to see if they were compatible with what we had purchased after stock. Once we brought the headlights in, he attempted numerous lights to get a right fit for the headlight, showing us how to do it so we wouldn’t have to pay for the labor. Ultimately we ended wanting to get some tints so we decided to have them install the headlights and tints. I am not sure as to why their reviews are so low, but I highly recommend speaking to James whenever possible. He’s is very attentive with his customers and tends to remember those whom he has helped.

Came and asked if they could install a radio a few weeks ago. They said yes, I said I would be back. Came with the radio this week, spoke to a manager there, he said they were swamped, but bring it tomorrow around 11 and theyll knock it out, will take about 4 hours. I left my car at 11:30 and ubered home. 4 pm comes around, no call. I call, no answer. Call again, get put on hold for 10 minutes. Call again, get someone and ask the status of my car. He comes back 2 minutes later and says, weve been busy, we havent touched it. I asked how that was possible and why no one said anything. He hung up on me. I took another uber to the place, expecting a mistake, or them finishing my car or at least an apology and attempt to make it better. Manager I spoke to : we got backed up, we didnt touch it. Want to leave it over night? Well get to it in the morning. They had my car for nearly 6 hours and it was parked where I left it. No call, no update, nothing. They dont understand basic customer service. I went there first because theyve been around a long time. Dont ever ignore reviews.

Phil and James very patient in answering all my questions. They did a diagnostic on what was wrong with my old alarm and keyless entry, and repaired it, saving me money, instead of just saying I needed a new one. Outstanding. Also installed a new radio and replaced it immediately when it had issues and recommend me with a fair alternative.

Came to this place in the morning to tint my car. The owner told me that in an hour or so he would start with it. All good there. I left the car and went to take a walk. An hour and something goes by and i return just to check on the state of the car. Well, i got told that i would have to wait another 3 hours to star in my car. I asked why they had not started with my car and I just got told that that was the way it was. I left without my tints. Too much disrespect in this place.

Its not the same anymore. The people that work there now are okay but it was cool once and now it feels more like an every day stereo shop business. Ive gone twice in the last few months for something as simple as window tints and it just seems like the sales guy is mailing it in. Tints are tints. I wont go out of my way to go there anymore and I no longer recommend them as my default place. If its in your area, you can do worse I suppose but its just okay now.

I just called 10/31/2019 1:01pm for a quote and guy who answered phone does not speak English, and I had to switch in Spanish and I was calling for a huge job quote and he said he cant help me because he has to many customers in front of him. What is that? Im sure there are other people I can speak to about my concerns ..... this is poor customer service specially with soooooo much more competition out there. Very disappointed

I know it’s a Saturday people don’t wanna work but if is that the case then stay closed and work Monday to Friday. I went there on a saturday morning, walked in I was totally ignored for about 10 minutes or so owner or associate behind the counter made eye contact with me but still did not acknowledge me I was told by a few people this place was like this I just had to see it for myself. Not cool. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Went in for a radio instalation they told me I needed a specific module the instalation they told me was going to be $105 but with the steering wheele controls it would be an additional $75 I get charged $180 for the instalation and the supposed steering wheele controls. I leave the store and come back the next day because the steering wheele controls dont work. Unfortunetly for me they put both the instalation charge and the part charge as one and didnt install the module. Now Im screwed because they wont help me I would not recommend this company they will swindle you with a smile.

Their lifetime warranty is second to none. Living just 5 minutes away really makes this the best place to install tinted windows, a sound system, remote start and security alarm. Ive installed all of these and on top of that a backup sensor on new 2018 Toyota Tacoma. They have the best deal and customer service, would recommend!

This place is terrible stay away. Another chop shop in Miami with horrible customer service. Went in for tints and the guy who sold it to me never called me to let me know the car was done. There’s bubbles and the film in the back is falling off. Took the car back to them to have the rear film fixed and they didn’t want to do the job. I was told I bought cheap tint. They prioritize on the people who pay for the best quality tint. Save yourself the headache and go to a better shop.

I had a Clifford alarm installed at the now-closed Pembroke Pines location in 2006. In October 2012 it shorted out and I had to have all the wiring redone in my car. I called the Miami location and spoke to the manager. He told me Clifford had a lifetime warranty so I returned the system to Senor Stereo. After numerous calls and emails he kept putting me off about the replacement. In January 2013 my car was stolen from the garage in our condo, stripped in Hialeah and totaled by my insurance company. The only people who knew that I had a valuable car which no longer had an alarm and also knew my address, was the car dealership and the manager at Senor Stereo. I called Senor Stereo the morning I discovered my car gone. Guy said oh, were working on a replacement. That was a year ago today. Do not do business with these people. I am convinced they sold my address to the thief.

Horrible experience got there at 1030am I left at almost 4pm. All of this for a regular radio install. An now my lights dont turn off. Im taking my vehicle back and they better fix it. Never going back there.

My mom took my car there 2 years ago and they did a great job. My tints still look good. No bubbles or peeling to this day.

Went there for tints and there were bubbles in all the windows except one. This was after they kept my car for 9 hours. Took it back and was told that it could not be perfect for the cost and they would have to charge me more for almost perfection. Even one of the installers thought it was a poor job and said he could not have done such a poor job. I just wanted them to own up to a crappy job and offer to fix it. What kind of company tells you that you have to pay them more if you want a job done right. Will not go there again.

This store is awesome and the owner is great at serving his customers and he takes his time guiding the customers and saving them money so they can leave happy and content with their purchases or installation of their purchases as well.

Sorry I cant give them 0 star, Used this company services 2 years ago to install 2000.00 dollars in equipment on my 2014 Silverado Truck. (Clifford Alarm, Pioneer Sound System and Back up Camera ) Unfortunately I lost my receipt and Im having trouble now with Alarm System, which is still under warranty. I just gave them a visit and they state that since I lost my receipt they cant help me, but the most unfortunate part for me is that there is no record on their system about my installation. How is that possible? I have the Alarm system brain in hand that shows the serial number, they state there is no way to know if I bought the Alarm from them. In other words they do not keep track as an authorized dealer of the merchandise they receive from Clifford, please avoid this company to do business.

Took my Honda Pilot to get a flip down DVD player for the kids. Dropped it off for a couple of hours, came back looking great and working like a champ. About 8months later the DVD player was skipping at random even on brand new DVDs, they replaced it under warranty and I was in and out within a hour. Good guys, quick job, and great customer service.

I tinted the windows to my camioneta there about 8 years ago and they did a phenomenal job. I needed a new radio so I went there. The radio was installed in 1 1/2 HRs. Good job.

I dont know why they have so many bad reviews but to me and many of my friends they have done great work to my MB and my friend BMW radio. They took also time to fix a minor work with my AC. It a must specially on music and speakers

Worst customer service ever, called one day at 12 pm to make and appointment they told me to take it at four, get there at four, and the guy at the front desk didnt even apologized and he said that i had 5 cars in front that he will start working on mines at 7 pm, i told him i drove all the way from Miami lakes more that 23 miles and he dint give two f.. went across the street and got them done right away.

The most expensive place for tint window

These people are not interested in customer-satisfaction and the quality of work they do is below average. They blame the customer for the problem and mistakes they make. I felt like I was being attacked and bullied.I was looking for a replacement of three windows with bubbles and they would only do 2 because the back window with the bubble was in a corner that cant be seen.I had to return 10 minutes after leaving because they installed the wrong tints. They gave me a hard time again claiming it was my fault because I didnt tell them it had special instructions. It was printed on the receipt that the technician was reading.They are not interested in 100% customer satisfaction or else they would have tried to resolve the problem better.

If youre thinking about taking your vehicle to this place STOP!!!!!! And read all the customers reviews. Poor management which does not take responsibility for unfinished nor poor quality work. Unknowledgable staff with poor work ethics. Its not worth the frustration. I myself am a business owner and a true believer of customer service and working with customers to keep them returning. Worse costumer service ever, I went there to tint my windows and the car was ready like in 2 hours but they had me waiting there for like 3 hours, they didn’t tell me that It was done I had to go an ask them so they could tell me, also the scratched one of the doors of the car and when I complained the y say that they were not responsable for damages of the car. I don’t recommend anybody to go there, unless you want to Ruin the car or receive a bad treatment and costumer service.

Worst service.I came in for a tint window and there was only one car they said it will take 30 min to finish the one they were working on it and then another hour to do my car. After 2 hours and 20 min they said will not do my car because they did not have time. They took three more costumes that came after my and work on them because they were going to do something more expensive than me and after 2 hours and 20 minutes they just told to leave because there were not going to the job and to come back againg another day.They have bad service and they charge to much money for thay shity service. I dont want to imagine how is their work im sure is poor like their service.

The tints on my old car were extremely cheap but thats exactly what i got: cheap tints. they chipped when i rolled the windows down and they werent applied correctly. i paid almost $600 for tints, speakers and a radio. the speakers blew out within a month and the radio looked like a kids toy. good customer service but not good quality job.

Bad costumer service and poor spot old schools down

Its difficult to rate these guys. Over the phone, they rock, once there, the customer service is horrible BUT I wouldnt do my tints anywhere else. These people know what theyre doing and their tints look amazing. If you have any trouble, you take back your car and they handle it. Its a shame that the guys there have such a bad attitude.

Did a very bad job on window tinting leaving dirt and had to go back to redo tint and they made me wait two and a half hours for one window of a door had to leave went somewhere else for better service and better quality and its a horrible staff that they have there especially the owner

I am not sure about the other reviews here but I had my first install for subwoofers done back in 2003, they did a great job and they have installed tints on all 4 of my cars over the years and 2 of my girlfriends. No issues with any of them.

Too expensive

This place is just another one of those places who believe they actually know what they are doing. I’ll telll you this much they do electrical work with even soldering the cables because apperantly electrical tape is enough for them. They waiting time is horrendous, the staff is beyond believe. If I could give them negative stars I would. Please do your self and your car a favor and stay away from this place.

I took my Brand new car 2016 in to get front windows tinted and saw the employees on their phones texting while putting my tints!, allowing the inside of my car to get soaked with the amount of water spraying, not drying as they went. Then the unprofessionalism gets worse!, the employee attempts to dry the fabric soaked door panel with a hot blower and burns it! Damaged!DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

Dont have much in stock. There extremely over priced, in the products that the actual brand sells for less. Customer service was lacking on all categories, the installers do a ok job to say the lest. I will not recommend or go again. Ill take that one star back if I could.

Terrible service, I went to have an alarm installed today, I got there at 3:30. There were two cars ahead of mine. They made me wait until 6:30 and then told that they were about to close so they had to do my car another day because it was late and their staff would have to go home soon. Did they even care about my patronage? No. I guess their motto is Lets just inconvenience the customer, not our staff
