The Blu phones are very nice and a great price! The best party is the battery lasts forever! You can go two days without charging it! But Im the store, the clerk did not speak English and he could fix something simple on one of their own phones. But these phones from Amazon because you can buy their phones cheaper on Amazon than you can directly from their own store which is kinda stupid.

They sold me a broken cell and because I brought it after the 7 days warranty they did not want to exchange it! Even though I tried to reason and gently explained that the cell phone had to do to Cuba and come back, I had to stand while they called me a liar in my face, saying they did not open their cells!!!!Really disrespectful manager and very nasty employee.Check your merchandise before leaving the store!!! Almost 200 dollars to the garbage!
