Very bad experience in this place!I paid $120 for my IPhone XR screen to be replaced the same day I was taking a flight (Can be proven), The screen didn’t work properly since the beginning but I didn’t put much attention since it was small things, now, after a few weeks the screen is not working properly at all, I can’t answer calls nor type properly and it dials numbers by it self. I took my phone back and they checked it and they Agreed that The problem is the screen, they checked it to assure there hasn’t been any scratches nor any physical damages to it, therefore, they know they provide a damaged screen but won’t change it because their warranty is only 7 days but if I would have purchased a screen protector for $20 (that won’t make any changes) would have been three months!

Staff is always helpful, both with payments and repairs. Repairs are great and fast, even when there is a problem they are always quick to correct it and provide the best customer service. Prices are also fair.

Took my Motorola G7 Power to get the screen fixed they said they didnt have a screen for it since the phone is supposedly new so I had to wait a week for them to get one delivered when I got it back theres was physical damage on the back of the phone. Paid $96 just to get my phone back in worst condition

About 3 weeks ago I cracked my screen and was in a bad situation. I called and a really nice lady told me to come right in. I cant believe that service like this even exists anymore. I was in and out in 45 mins with a Like New phone! I dont know her name but she was one nice person to deal with. She even gave me a break on some Iphone accessories .I will definitely be going back!

This was the worst experience buying accessory for my cellphone dont go there . I bought case did not fit right they screamed and argued with me saying no refund or exchange .I told them I bought it yesterday they said thats there policy. The people in that establishment are atrocious and vulgar they dont know what good customer service. Never going there again!!!
