Called about new phones oh we have some in stock but when you get there there are no phones

The guys that work there are awesome and make you feel right at home. They worked on getting the best phone for my daughter without breaking the bank!!! I would definitely recommend their store

We were in the local store and were barely even greeted. The clerk was by herself. She was with another customer and they were giggling and joking around and seemed to be chatting more than doing business. She was on the phone part of the time. We waited as long as we could. Not happy at all. US Cellular lost a customer today.

The young lady was very nice. She was kind and very informative. She helped me alot.

I did not have a good experience here. The lady who was helping me seemed like I was putting her out, and was very slow at her job. I mean, snails pace. She seemed irritated that she had to get up. Wasnt informational and was quite rude. I will never do business here again.

Mgr was rude the 1st time. The 2nd time she was complete opposite when confronted.

Very rude, know it all type...tried to charge me $197 for a phone that sells for $150. Ended up call US Cellular and having the phone shipped to my house for $162 after tax.. I will no longer deal with premier locations.. RUDE, AND SLOW
