Very quick and super friendly. Honestly every other time I’ve had to go to a Verizon store for example the one in DORAL it was a horrible experience FOR NO REASON. I was just there to pick up an order after I received an email that my order was ready for pickup. I go there and the store was empty but yet they took forever to acknowledge that I was there then took forever to bring out my order and they were super rude I won’t go back to that store for NOTHING. That’s why I’m so pleased with this one (Russell cellular) they were super fast and friendly and mind you they had a few people there already but they greeted me and helped me right away! I would recommend them to everyone!

Young women spent much time helping me select right phone for my father who is in a nursing home and for myself. All my concerns were addressed. Also, invited me to contact her with any further concerns or issues. Very friendly environment!

Horrible customer service came in on a Saturday only one person working. He was already helping someone which was going to take long. He didnt even ask if we needed help or to give him a few he would be right with us.They had almost no products available in the show room. Never coming back to this Verizon store. Dont waste your time.

Had such a wonderful experience at this location! They are patient, professional, caring, and are willing to assist especially Claudia. She presented me with my options and even took the extra step to confirm with her manager as well as staying after her shift to make sure I was pleased with my purchase and customer service experience . Definitely recommend this location!

Great help! I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes. The customer service associate Bryanna was able to diagnose my issue and help me get on my way.

I spent 45 minutes waiting, I never got to ask my question, only one woman helping out trying to sell a phone and a line. I will not recommend that place, unless you have a lot of time at your disposal.

For my wireless needs, I always come to this store. I’ve been coming for the past three years and I always have a wonderful and professional experience.

Claudia was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough!! She was able to determine what was wrong with my account and phone where two other Verizon consultants failed. She was the only one in the store and is a very hard working employee ! I hope Verizon realizes what an asset they have in Ms Claudia!!

Horrible service, I went today there to make a change and the person did not even move to help me.

They dont even deserve 1 star. They had an employee manipulate, lie and steal from me. They fired the employee but did nothing for me. I have been a customer for more then 10 years, I have 9 lines and usually buy at least 2 new phones every 2 years. Never missed a payment never had a complaint. Way to treat a good customer. And corporate refuses to help or return a call.What a shame. Avoid at all costs you have been warned.

Very friendly and professional staff who are able to help me replace a SIM card in a matter of a few minutes. It wasnt very busy when I visited so that certainly helped, but the agent that I spoke to made sure the process was as efficient as possible. He also noted before doing anything the cost that I might incur.

Terrible experience I went for the new I phone when I arrived I talked to the 2 people at the store one was in training I will update when I have there names. When I arrived I spoke to them about the phone and what they had in stock and told them what I wanted. I had to call customer service to resolve a issue while In the store after I wait there a hour after i had resolved the issue she tells me that the phone I wanted they sold to a person that came in 20 minutes after me. Mind you I was waiting there for about a hour to get the phone after I resolved the issue. I confront her that she just sold the phone that I was waiting for she starts yelling at me telling me the store closes at 8. Mind you I have been there since 630 trying to buy the phone it’s now 815. I have never felt so disrespected would not recommend you go to this store literally worst experience at a store in my life.

Super helpful staff. Our son locked himself out of his phone just prior to our vacation and these guys helped him when we visited after landing in Miami. Also recommended a GREAT place for dinner just down the road!

So far the best costumer service I have ever had. Fabrisio went out of his way to help me, as well as Alex and the two girls.The staff was extremely Knowledgeable and very nice. I would extremely recommend this store location, you will not regret it.

Parking very limited, may need to park on the street if available. Store is big, but will only be useful to you for minir repairs, plans and/or accessory purchases. Usually only 1-2 employees working at a time. May have to wait a while. Staff is ok, depending on who you get.

It was my first experience with Verizon, all staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful. Id like to leave a positive feedback. We need more customer service like the staff in this location.

Absolutely the worst! 3 hours wasted and they could complete switching 2 month old unlocked phone to there service. Went to ATT done in 30 minutes. Very poor service. I will never consider Verizon again.

I had the bad experience that the products I went to buy didnt have them. A cover for my iPhone 8 Plus waterproof and my invisible dark screen protector.

I put 0 strella because they do not review the document as it should be allowing them to steal the identity of people as it happened to me all for selling a phone of more than 1000 dollars bought in a walkman outside the state of florida so raise the case to the police where another person with the same problem of identity theft in verizon met me but this person got more than 2000 dollars making monthly payments for that reason to all those people who are robbed of identity as in my case by branches from verizon in stores that report it quickly in the police and that with gelen fast your credits thanks
