I have always visited this cigar shop because I have lived downtown for 15 years. I have no idea what the previous shop name was but I have always been greeted and treated very well. Recently when I visit there I’ve been followed and not only followed but consistently ask if I need help. As a black this behavior is familiar because this is how we have been treated in the past like our intent is to steal and not a customer ready to spend our hard earned money. I went in today and experienced this first hand from the gentleman at the counter with the long salt and pepper beard. This isn’t the first time he has done this to me. I heard him be very polite to the customer that came in after me a white gentleman and did not follow him or ask him repeatedly if he needed help. He was friendly toward him and when he checked out ask him if he needed a receipt. When I was ready to check out he did not greet me with the same tone or respect. He didn’t say a word but tell me the price. He also threw my receipt in the trash without asking me if I needed a copy, while the white gentleman that left before me was greeted and then ask if he needed is receipt. This behavior in 2021 is why as people we struggle in this country to be United. Until we see each other as equal and a people before color this will never end. I will never support this behavior or business I’ll rather travel and spend more time where I will be treated with respect and dignity.

I recently moved to Miami and did a quick google search for a local cigar shop. I stopped in a few days later and it has quickly become my local go-to cigar shop.The place is small, a few chairs inside and a few outside but I prefer that IMO. This gives you in an opportunity to actually talk to people and not just sit a huge box and stare at your phone. There is also a great selection of cigars for all your needs. Some of my favorites are the Foundation Cigars and the HVC cigars.Anytime is great to stop by but its nice to come on a Satuday and people watch and just shoot the sh*t with everyone. A quality place to frequent if in the Brickell area.

My husband was treated rudely. He was mocked by the cashier for checking the quality of the cigars he was purchasing. Would not recommend treating a paying customer that way…Will not be returning

Service left much to be desired and the cashier made the transaction very uncomfortable. For out of town visitors, I guess you have to be a regular to get treated with any respect here.

We appreciate your business sign hanging on the outside of the store but then staff was very stand-offish like I should not have even walked in. I did some research on cigars before heading in but did not find which one I was looking for. I tried to ask a couple of questions and was met with an intimidating glare. Awkwardly not sure what to do the staff eventually just picked one off the shelf and set me on my way. Looks like they have a nice selection just wish I was given some information about the cigars while there.

To begin you are asked to use their water down sanitizer, but the salesman will not use any kind of mask in this tiny place.The service is awful and rude. Avoid this place, there are better options.

Place had a good selection but the guy working there today was terrible. Very unfriendly and no help at all. Im a new cigar smoker and trying to get a feel for what I might like. I didnt ask a million questions but no one is born knowing something. 1 word answers dont help me at all. I would never go back just because that guy.

Being a Canadian cigar smoker first time going into an American cigar store. They dont sell Cubans here but they do have cigars from many other regions Nicaragua Dominican Republic. The gentleman here told me that Cuban cigars are overrated and there are many good cigars out there. Cigar he recommended was very good but I still like my Cubans.

Terrible service do not buy here

Don’t wast your time. Rude people. My husband has gone in three times being nothing but nice and has received no friendliness and has tried to ask questions, but is treated like an inconvenience. It’s sad that they’re losing a customer over their rude attitudes.

Go there if you want your car to be booted. There is a scam company more than shady who is waiting to steal your money booting you car. Even if you shop there you will pay $90 because theyll put illegallylocks on your wheels. Even showing your receipt to them. They made a life from that scam more than from what they sale. However karma is greater than that.

Disastrous, I nobly approached to park in one of their parking fences to deliver there in the area for 5 minutes. The gentleman is engaged with two boys from a parking company who are fining to each other a fine of $ 89 to how many people park on one of his fences It is the terrors of Brickell. When you go to Brickell, dont even think about parking in front of this gentleman who owns the store.
