First time cigar smoker. Great experience and helpful staff. I bought a lighter and it had problems working. The man at the front desk not only replaced it for me, but gave me an UPGRADE. Definitely recommend!

This place is very clean and the staff are very friendly, everyone that I came across were very welcoming and polite. I will definitely visit this place again once you are able to sit in and smoke inside, as do to covid-19 this is not possible now.

By far the best cigar lounge in Kendall! This is the Cheers of cigar lounges “where everybody knows your name.” Haven’t been to another place were customer service (shout out to Ray and Carmine) is as top notch as the cigars they sell! Oh, and the complimentary cafecito is amazing— ask for Carmine for the best cafecito! Keep up the great work guys!

Every shop has the same cigars, give or take a few sticks. But very few shops have this kind of atmosphere. Everybody greets everybody! I drive 30 minutes to go there, well worth it. Good prices, good selection, great conversation, and free cafecito. Hey, its better than therapy!

Ashes cigar and lounge has to be my favorite cigar lounge in Kendall. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a great amount of knowledge on cigars, and they make fantastic Cuban coffee. The seats and couches are super comfortable as well.

Ventilation is horrible and the seats and couch need to be replaced. The whole spot is run down which is shocking considering its located in the Three Lakes shopping area.
