The Miami FP Journe Boutique is in a class of its own. I have purchased multiple watches from the staff at this boutique, and I can say without reservation, in over 15 years of collecting and enjoying horology across multiple brands, I have never had a better experience.I have worked with Greg and Isabella both and they are exceptional in every respect. Isabella, whom I have worked most closely with, is particularly responsive, caring, inspired, and passionate about both her customers and this brand. I cannot say enough good thing about her, Greg, and the entire staff in Miami. This isnt just a place to buy a watch. It is a place to start an intimate journey with a brand.And the watches! In my very humble but studied opinion there are no finer watches in the world than FP Journe. Just magnificent creations. We, as watch aficionados, should feel fortunate to have such amazing watches cared for and curated for us by such amazing staff.

Having done multiple transactions with the store, I wanted to take the opportunity to highly recommend the brand and the store.As a mechanical engineer and a watch collector, I find F. P. Journes timepieces to be highly innovative and of the highest quality. With every watch, Francois Paul seems to push the boundary when it comes to materials, movement design, finishing and/or overall aesthetics. Most importantly for me is the fact that for the watch industry, he has been able to solve problems that have not been solved for centuries, often inventing new movements that extend beyond the contributions of the greats like Breguet and Janvier. Beyond the greatness in engineering, F. P. Journe creates watches that are truly art pieces, distinct in style and often, conversation starters. I would highly recommend watch enthusiasts, collectors or even fans of fine art to indulge in understanding Journe. I promise you wont be disappointed in what you will learn.Working with the Miami store in particular has been a terrific experience for me. While I have not yet been able to visit the store because of the covid situation, Gregory from the store has managed to almost bring the store to my home! His passion for the timepieces comes through in every conversation and his responsiveness and guidance, makes the experience of buying a watch so much more pleasurable. Along with the brand, I highly recommend everyone to consider working with the Miami store and Gregory. For me it amplified the Journe experience and I hope it will for you too!

Lately I needed to find a proper quartz watch suitable for work and decided that the ladies Élégante would be perfect for the job. Due to the shortage of FPJ watches, I reached out to the Miami boutique and was delighted to know they had the model I wanted in stock. Communication was quick, the transaction went smoothly and I had the watch at my home in Los Angeles the following day. Next, I desired a few new straps in various colors, which were also quickly delivered overnight.Owning an F.P. Journe watch is indeed special, but to be treated as a valued part of the family over the years has been the real reward. I felt that way the moment I contacted the Miami boutique, and though I have not yet met the staff I worked with in person (Gregory, Barbara, Isabella), I look forward to it in the near future!

Marvelous experience. I called the FP Journe Miami boutique a couple of months ago to better understand the brand and the masterpieces made by FP. Gregory picked up the phone and we hit it off immediately. Gregory was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Over the next couple of months Gregory likely received more than his share of calls and texts from me. What an incredible boutique. I can’t say enough about both the hospitality and the watches that I saw during my visit. I was taken aback by both.Gregory and Pierre are amazing and FP Journe is by far my favorite watchmaker. Spectacular showcase of fine time pieces, amidst a bar filled with incredible rare spirits, and sophisticated events. Great setting at the Epic Hotel on the river. Really a unique place in the heart of Miami. Walk-ins and happy hour folks are welcome!
