If you don’t know, JC Penny declared bankruptcy last year and little by little all of its stores will soon seize to exist. I think they still have some good deals, so come and take advantage.

Great markdowns (60%) on Mens casual Jackets in several styles. Saw a $200+Jacket marked down to $80 because 1 button was missing. Another was from $190. down to $60. Not bad at all.

Went to return 1 item. 8 people in line. Only 1 register. 45 minutes later finally was able to return. Other employees just walking around. The manager even came by to provide more money and nothing after being asked to help by other customers. WOW

Very organized store, great customer service in all departments. Highly recommend Sandra from the hair salon very attentive and is beyond amazing at her job.

My wife loves this store. They always have some kind of sale going on. Prices are very good and service is ok. You can also find home stuff and can get a hair cut.

They have good prices and the staff is really really friendly. I only wish they had the machines that gives you the price with the scans. Store was clean and good climate. I found really good stuff to use daily at my job. Also found good stuff at the home section, good offers there.

I love JCPenneys this is about the only store I can go in as a plus size woman and actually find clothes at fit good and are tailored to big girls with variety not just one or two shirts for every fat person around

Fantastic deals. Great range of clothing and sizes.However, if you have to return or exchange something, theres a big wait. Instead of being able to return at whatever register like before, you have to track down their return/exchange corner.There were numerous empty or semi empty cash registers along the way. Yet I have to make a long line that attends one person at a time because there is 1 register for returns and exchanges.Very inefficient and most likely a ploy to get you to keep your returns.Also, keep your receipt. They devalue the price of the items youre returning without a receipt and youre left with a store credit of 15 dollars for 50 dollars worth of clothing.

Wish they had a big and tall section. I did not see one but other then that. Everything was smooth

NOT much new merchandise, was waiting in line to pay, and cashier took care of another customer that arrived after I did, when I called it to Her(a Hispanic middle aged lady) She gave me/us an attitude, in spite of my telling Her to continue serving the other customer!🤧🥵😡🤬

JCpenny cashiers are always super customer friendly. There was a manager not allowing the cashiers to help to customer with the coupons. While I was there at least 5 people decided not to buy, and it was all that very rude managers fault. Everytime I have gone there, if you do not have the coupon the cashiers tell you at least that you can find it in the website or app. This lady was super rude.

They dont have clothing to complement every figure. Boring looking like solid colors all short shirts. Didnt get anything.

Very good variety and quality clothing. I like that they offer a Big & Tall selection (although a little limited), but at least they care to have one. Prices are low in some products if you search for them, however, always check your receipt. I had the same exact shirt (just different color) and I was almost charged full price, rather than the sale price ( The sign for $14.99 was on top of the entire section, so it wasnt a mix situation).. They did apologize and honor the correct price.

Store is well-organized...but cashiers are EXTREMELY slow. A worker in the mens suits department assisted us and I wish we would have gotten his name and given his manager positive feedback because he was probably the most helpful and pleasant person I have been assisted by in a retail store EVER.

I was very interested to get in February men sandals for my husband injury toe.Jcpenny didnt have it but they ordered.Im very satisfy that they get it in 2 days, excellent brand, too, and the best surprise,Initial cost $70. We were ending paying $25.00 with so many discounts they had.Extremely satisfy with jcpenny.

I went to look for a gift but i cannot find anything that i looking for.The staff has been always helpful i feel so bad that the store is empty of customers.

I visited JC Penney Optical, and as usual, I received a wonderful service. They were also following 100% the current COVID-19 social distancing and cleaning rules.

Good prices, however, no car or basket in the all store. I had to talk with the manager in order to get a car. All the cars were at the parking lot, no staff to pick it up and return it to the store for the customers.

Maria Lam is a super good hair stylist.....very professional and a nice person.....I always have a great time here at JCPenney salon...International mall.... I recommend it

There is a employee named Daniel. You can find him mostly on the 2nd floor children department. I went Christmas shopping 3 days in a row. He is the sweetest kind helpful person Ive ever met in a department store. The 2nd day he saw me he called me by my name. On the 3rd day he saw me on the first floor and he came up to me to greet me and again called me by my name. That makes you feel special when a store so big has an employee that can remember your name & make you feel so comfortable... kudos to Daniel your awesome!!

Surprisingly good prices over all. Good selection for men women and children. Amd most importantly a very friendly staff

Great selection of clothing and personal accessories. Customer service deplorable. Few cash registers to checkout, long lines and employees doesnt seem to care, or JCP need to hire more personal for specific duties.

My order did take longer that stated but it was delivered complete and it was given to me quite quickly. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Ill be placing more orders soon.

Staff was attentive and polite. Prices are fair. The issue I have is that the store doesnt carry many pants that are 42 in above in waist size. The store seems to have a surplus of 36 and below pants sizes.

Never order ship to store. They will take your money and never contact you again. I am surprised they are still in business. I do not recommend this location. I very disappointed at this point.

This store is my home store it always has plenty of free parking the staff here is very helpful and friendly but it was also sad to see the store so empty due to the covid-19 scare.

We went to purchase a refrigerator of the brand LG and for whatever reason, LG does not ship to our zip code. The support employee was very helpful and tried her best to resolve the problem but ultimately we were unable to purchase the appliance. LGs shipping policy made us unable to buy their products.

I always enjoy coming to this JCP. Every sales associate is very friendly. I just wished that they would have more cashiers upstairs for a quicker check-out.

JC Penney used to be a great company, but after they restructured some years ago it went downhill. Regular customers( like me) left to buy elsewhere and never returned.

I am so glad to stop by the JC Penney store, good offers, I renew my Store credit card after 20 years. I found all I need with qualily, good discounts, good service and with my wife so happy too. Great day.

Customer Swrvice the worse of all stores. Called trying to get additional help for a cashier who was slow and the line was ling. And the people that called kept on hanging up the phone on me. With the lack of personnel and assistance the store will lose business.
